Great local souvenir shop in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. So many cute local options to of things to choose from to have a souvenir from flagstaff. The staff was very friendly and the store very clean organized and welcoming. Definitely stop in here if you are looking for a little something to take home!

My daughter and i were looking for a shop to gather souvenirs while supporting local businesses this morning during our stay in Flagstaff. This was the perfect place to go! Amazing service and the most adorable gifts all made locally. 10/10

This is one of our favorite spots to do Christmas or any other kind of gift shopping! They have all kinds of awesome gifts and random items, from home decor to local wine/beer, to Christmas decorations and more! They’re always very friendly here, and we’ve always enjoyed stopping by any time we get the chance.

Wonderful little store with a lot of locally sourced goods. The hoodies are amazingly comfortable.

Nice staff, neat stuff. Picked up a couple of weird drinks and I was forewarned on the taste. Very courteous as it definitely was a new taste for me and I drink anything in glass!

They have Ellens baked goods Dutch apple pie its is delicious!

A great example of a local business. They have a variety of items ranging from local wine to wooden signs. A nice place to wander and spend a few minutes. We always find some treasure here.

One of the best shops in Flag. I love coming here to find unique gifts and treats. The sell just about anything you can imagine here from jewelry to stickers to antique furniture. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in Flagstaff. The staff is always really friendly and most everything they sell is locally made.

I love to shop at Flagstaff General Store. The owner is delightful and sweet. The employees are helpful and kind. I purchased a cute hat today.

I misunderstood what the name meant by “general” and went in looking for trash bags after a dog peed an insane amount of urine in my car and all over my stuff. Even though they don’t sell trash bags, the lady was so nice and gave me one of their own! Awesome store too.

I love this store! Every time I visit, I find something new and amazing there. They have beautiful, unique handcrafted items, like Heather Meyer jewelry, all natural hand lotions and soaps that I cant go a day without, one-of-a-kind furniture made from reclaimed materials. Its a fantastic place to go for gifts, but when you go, youll end up spoiling yourself, too.

Such cute stuff! Get a soda and find some cute refreshed antiques for the home.

The Flagstaff General Store is a fun and kitschy stop just off of Highway 89. My husband and I popped in for a visit and enjoyed chatting with the owner. The eclectic shop includes a fun mixture of home decor, chalk paint, furniture, and other items.

This store is not ADA compliant. I was told I could not shop and needed to leave the store because my service dog was with me. They asked for cards, paperwork, and even commented on gear my dog should be using. All while saying none of it mattered besides even service dogs aren’t allowed. I was specifically told “they can refuse service to anyone.”

Love the crazy mix of food and furniture. Really nice selection of unusual items and the prices were great. Plus Annie Sloan paint to top everything off .....what could be better.

Tourist store, a bit pricey. But a fun way to while away an afternoon. Didnt buy anything, just looked.

My husband and I came to the store to return a pillow that has stains of all sorts obtained at the store obviously since we handnt even used it. We spoke to Cheyenne who was extremely rude. 0 out of 10 Would recommend. Left this store and will never return after the rediculous experiences.

I went to the Flagstaff General on Tuesday October 2, 2018. The person i spoke to was Cheyenne who was at the front of the store. My wife purchased a $60 pillow from this store. Its not very bright in the store so she didn’t notice the stains. She never got a receipt from the store. Once i saw the pillow had numerous stains i intended to swap it out for the same pillow. Especially since it was a $60 pillow. The pillow also has strings that kept falling off. When we got to the store and explained that it had multiple stains Cheyenne instantly rolled her eyes at us. Not a big deal but definitely not professional or curtious. She said she wasn’t going to do anything for us because “people come in and take stuff all the time.” Not sure how that applied? Long story short Cheyenne stated “I’m the general manager and i have no supervisor other than the owner So there’s was nothing you can do.” I asked for a phone number i can call she refused to give me any info. She denied our request to even swap the pillow out though it had all the tags still intact. Cheyenne laughed at us when we were clearly upset by this. My wife and i planned on buying more items from here but will no longer be customers, EVER. I’ve never experienced more unprofessional and rude customer service at the downtown shops which are known to be pretty sincere here in flagstaff. There are plenty of other shops i would reccomend you go to before here. I would leave zero stars on here if i could given our experience but it requires one star to post.
