Sean the technician that came to our house came on time and fixed the problem we had with our AC unit quickly. He was super knowledgeable and knew had to solve the issue. He was very thorough and I highly recommend Master Mechanical and Sean.
Stay clear of this company! My parents have spent thousands of dollars on them, only to have them guess and throw parts at the ac system trying to find a leak. They finally claim that the leak is coming from the evaporator. Paid for the labor to change the evaporator at end of last summer, turned the ac on a couple days ago and there is absolutely no freon in the system. The will not come check unless we shall out more money. They dont stand behind their work...stay well clear of these hacks!!!
They charged me for drive time TO AND FROM the appt. They also didnt quite have enough freon to fill my very average size AC system so they charged me for another appt, once again the drive time TO AND FROM the appt. This means they are essentially charging double time to their customers if they are going from appt to appt!!This didnt come out until I got charged $600 for a simple freon fill up. Ive had many of these appointments before in my various rental houses and Ive never been charged $600 for filling freon. When I told management (John) my camera saw their tech was only on site for an hour, he pulled the driving records and showed me they charge the drive time both ways too. In addition, if the tech doesnt have enough freon, any other AC company in the world would send the tech out again for free due to the embarrassment of the tech not having the most basic material that is so common to need when ACs go out.The technician was great, but the billing practices and management have backwards and corrupt views. How is it my fault you needed another trip because your tech ran out of freon? Why am I responsible to pay drive time between your appointments both ways, when your tech could be coming from California for all I know??
Im currently in search of having a whole central AC system installed. Im not sure if it was a bad day or a general lack of social skills but anyone who is condescending (in-person, via phone, or even by written-word) is not someone I will do business with. :(

My heater went out the same night a nearby substation blew. The next day when the technician came out he said I needed a new computer control board and a high limit switch and the problem could also be my thermastat. I paid for all three parts plus labor - totalling $675. When the heater still didnt work, the tech said it was the wrong limit switch but Master Mechanical couldnt find the right one. I found the right one online, bought it and installed it myself and the heater still wasnt working. When I complained, they sent out their head technician who found the problem was simply a reset button need to be pushed (likely tripped when the substation blew).I asked for the company to work with me (seeing as how I had already paid $675) for a new heater I would buy from them, but they would not.Be very careful of this company.
Master Mechanical were great to me the last time I called for service. I will be calling them for my air conditioning needs. They were straight to the point about appointments being made and I was notified when my tech was running late which is understandable because each persons needs are different and I just needed a simple inspection service. Thanks to Master Mechanical team for being on top of my needs.
We called Master Mechanical when our heat stopped working. Kenneth was at our house within 15 minutes on a Sunday! We couldnt believe it! He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about our problem. He had our heat working again quickly and we were so grateful! Affordable, knowledgeable and great customer service! Strongly recommend this company!

John worked quickly with our insurance to get a new furnace approved before the Christmas holiday. I received the worst service from this company. The technician was fairly decent, although he didnt seem knowledgeable and was probably new, but at least he was nice and had good customer service skills. However, both the office manager and the secretary were incredibly rude. I called to pay for my invoice (which was astronomically high for the lack of service provided), and received attitude like it was a burden to process my payment.If this were my business I would be incredibly embarrassed at the lack of customer service the ladies in the office were providing. The owner should really consider providing customer service training to their employees.
Relatively fast service of our fridge with us not being a regular (first time) customer. Hooked us up with a great deal, and minimal cost to us. Will definitely use them again.
Technician got the machine to harvest ice in about a hour, however, he did not follow the directions I gave dispatch to our location. We were charged 3.5 hours for labor @ $92/hr on top of the $0.70/mile travel expense.At $92.00/hr you would think youd be extra careful not to get lost.Technician was awesome. Billing sucked.Kathy

The flame sensor stopped working on my furnace after a large storm and years of neglect (on my part). Asked friends for recommendations and everyone recommended Boyer. Called Boyer and they were all booked for service appointments till the following day so called Master Mechanical next. They were able to fit me in on the same day as well as give me an accurate two hour window for a service appointment. Technician was great and diagnosed the problem instantly and explained to me how to fix it next time. Removed and cleaned the sensor and got the furnace working. I have no complaints.
7/22/2019John the owner was well informed and directed us into the right size of HVAC system, Rheems 3.0 ton 14 seer w/75,000 BTU gas furnace, arranged 220 electric to be installed two days prior with very timely Chase Electric on a Saturday.Two men crew arrived at 9:00 am and work almost continuous till 4:30 pm. Drop clothes, shop vac and the necessary parts were on hand.Slight add on for disconnected duct work in crawl space.Rheems units are working fine, I hope they will respond to any service in a speedy manner.There pricing was competitive $5650.00 complete, 3% add on for credit card, wrote a check. I would refer and consider them for additional jobs. Thank you, David N
Master Mechanical was great. I was lucky enough to get same day service on my Ruud Silhouette II heating system, whereas another company would have made me wait a week (during winter). I was having a problem with the system cutting off owing to overheating. Aaron quickly diagnosed the problem, checked the flow and temperature parameters, and also cleaned the system. Problem solved.

Called a half hour before scheduled time, like I asked and showed up on time. Aaron was very professional and diagnosed/fixed the issue with my furnace in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend this company!
EXTORTION!!!! Was my experience with this company... A simple mistake ez to fix mistake was blown way out of proportion. If you want to be belittled and bullied jhon is your guy. For your own good look elsewhere for good service because this place seriously lacking in that department.
Was here for 45 minutes and did all needed to fix unit but then charged 1.5 hours at $92 per hour to include travel time....really??? We live in town so what the heck is that all about? Dont charge in town residents to get to the appointment....thats BS. Will not use them again.

Terrible customer service, poor communication. I set up an appointment for wednesday to fix my ac and they told be someone would come between 3-5pm. Call them at 2 to confirm and they said yes between 3-5. Well i wait till 515 and no one shows up, call them and guess what they are closed. So no one showed up and no phone call letting me know. Call them next day and they said the guy got sick and we cant come today as we are booked and have to wait till Friday, so the fact that i had an appointment and they didnt show up you would think they would apologize and put me as the priority for the next day. Yeh you guessed wrong. And here im sweltering in this heat wave, stay away from this company.
