First and foremost thank you! I am an active duty soldier who went on a trip through the Grand Canyon, when i received a flat tire. Although it was memorial weekend, Nate quickly replied and literally helped every step of the way. Other shops didnt reply back or said they were too busy, despite me being stranded over 6 hours away from home. Nate also identified several other issues and actually showed me some of the problems i was having. Nate thank you!!!!!

My buddy and I came up to Flagstaff for a four day riding trip and on the first day my shift lever broke going around a huge boulder on Fort Valley Trail. Well, turns out Nick at Santa Cruz was the only shop that had a shift lever available and only charged me a fraction of what was quoted at other shops nearby. Came back later after riding to throw some new tires on and had a special on the tires, so a great deal once again. Highly recommend and will use anytime I need any parts for my bike 👍
