Shelma, Dan & Gab are TOP NOTCH!!! We were traveling and my Dad needed to replenish his oxygen supply. All three worked together to find solutions for us. We can now finish our trip with little worries! Can’t recommend them enough!! They are our angels!!

The boss or whoever is in charge is so lazy! He wouldn’t even put in the time and effort to make some delivery’s for patients that live out on the reservation. We had to drive all the way to flagstaff when we live out on Navajo mountain! This place is just really lazy

The nice gent who delivered the nebulizer was totally surprised when he took it out of the box: I think this is how it works, I think this goes here, I think theres an air filter somewhere. Where are your meds? You tell me, you work for them and I dont have them. Meds were being sent to the wrong address even after three calls to confirm. I get a call wanting to know if I have all THREE meds - but I was only prescribed for TWO. The nebulizer and meds were returned to them IN PERSON over a month ago and they are still billing me. that my friends is fraud - both upon myself and Medicare.

Growing up, I’ve always heard the name Lincare. My mother has been a patient for as long as I can remember. I personally have seen a big growth in the company over the years and the quality of service and quality of care is unmatched. Now, of course I am bias, as I am an employee of Lincare. But being an employee has its advantages. I am now able to see and experience what goes on behind the scenes. The hard work and dedication it takes to give the quality and care for each patient. I’ve heard Lincare practically my whole life, and now, I get to work for them. And i love it. I love my patients. And I have a unique perspective now, as I have always been a family member to a patient and now being an employee. And my mother is still a patient that I get the opportunity to care for personally now. Lincare gets 5 stars because they deserve it!!

Thomas - CPAP specialist is the best! He goes out of his way to help and give advice. After a year of using my machine, I was having an issue that Thomas addressed and solved in one phone call. I highly recommend Thomas at Lincare.

Much improved service since I started with LINCARE in Arizona 7+ yrs ago (first in Cottonwood - now closed, then with Prescott). Shelma was like a bulldog trying to get my replacement CPAP approved. She worked with my former PCP for the right documentation, insurance for approval, and with corporate replacement office. She kept me in the loop throughout the tedious process. Very personable, very professional, and very good at her job. For the O2 concentrator that my wife uses, we had a service tech (Dan I think) come out to Inspect, clean, test the equipment. He discovered the machine output was below threshold and replaced it on the spot! No ordering, no approval process, no waiting and most importantly NO HASSLES! Very personable and very professional too! Kudos to the LINCARE- Flagstaff team.

Flagstaff Lincare is friendly and very efficient. Once, when shopping around town, I was at the point of running out of oxygen and forgot to bring an extra tank. So I went into Lincare to see if they could give me an extra tank, without question they set me up. I was so grateful. They’re great and friendly!!

Thomas D’Addabbo, RRT, is a very experienced, personable, and attentive respiratory therapist. He consistently provides great care as he is very knowledgeable about the equipment he dispenses. Linncare is the best durable medical equipment company in Flagstaff! Their staff is second to none. Always courteous and helpful when calling in to ask for service. Appointments are scheduled swiftly and accommodating to differing schedules. Their COVID-19 adaptations are safe and easily followed.I have been working with Thomas D’Addabbo one of their onsite healthcare specialists for over a year now and he has done a fantastic job for me. This company is absolutely incompetent! My mom has Leukemia, needs heart surgery, and is oxygen dependent. The delivery guy threatens her about taking her oxygen, acts like she is an inconvenience. My mom is now afraid to call them when there is a problem because she feels like she is going to get the delivery guy again that treats her badly. I have called several times and complained but nothing has changed. Lincare has terrible service! The delivery guy is a POS! I cant believe he feels entitled to treat my mom who is old and sick like a bother. The head office needs to know how this company treats their customers!!!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!

It was the Friday before memorial day. We knew theyd be closed memorial day. We had to get through the weekend and Monday. Id be using more oxygen traveling to the parks all weekend. Our next travel point from Flagstaff was St George UT. Being higher elevation and my condition I was using more oxygen and was being proactive. At the end of each stay wed switch it empty tanks. The lady (didnt get her name but had red hair), said we had to log a travel plan. We informed her we already had. My sister had to spell my name two different times. First time she spelled my first name wrong. Second time she had spelled my last name incorrectly. She told us that in AZ I had to carry a prescription on me. Again my sister informed her that no one told us that, not even the travel center with Lincare. Finally she found the prescription and mad a big deal about trying to find a newer prescription in the computer(it was only like 7 months old). We felt she just didnt want to wait on us. Another lady stepped in and was like its just easier if you have the prescription on you. I dont understand when its in the computer. Id like to add, at all the other oxygen places on our route, they were so nice. If you dont like your job please find a new one. To Flagstaff Lincare: please hire better people with social skills.
