Horrible service and delivery they push back delivery’s for DAYS when they say it will be delivered in 2 days and the driver is just really really really rude and no respect at all and told me that it’s gonna be here tomorrow when he’s literally only 2 hours away, upset with y’all’s service.

Horrible customer service, paid $120 to send two packages the cheapest way and the guy acted bothered like he was doing me a huge favor. Seemed to be talking down to me, he even said he was “100% sure” I had the wrong zip code. He said Montana zip codes don’t start with a 5. I went to my car to get my phone and double check (which he probably could have done with his computer). I had the correct zip code afterall. Bad experience.

Got a package big or small,domestic or going overseas,light or heavy? Not a problem! Located on Woodlands Blvd in Flagstaff they have it all! Lots of parking for big or small vehicles and handicapped friendly. Call for hours of service if necessary. Its waiting for you!

They are fast and pleasant and helpful. I generally see the same guy who waits on me. He is a nice dude.

Big center with all the services- shipping, copying, faxing, computers, etc, but only one employee working. I forgot how long I waited, but it was about an hour, and for most of that I was next in line. Even after I was at the counter I was still left waiting while that one person interrupted service to me to help someone else. Many people walked out. I dont blame the one worker, but Ill never go back.

Waiting for package today that requires a signature. While waiting I get a text that the driver tried to deliver the package. No driver showed and no tag left on door. I called and after a wait they advised me the driver would call. Still waiting as the work day comes to a close. 2nd time FedX has failed me in past month.

This is how a ship center should be designed - automatic doors, no hidden trips in the ground, and easy drop off. The front area could use more space for dropping off big packages, but this place is significantly better than the UPS Ship Center.

The customer service is great and items are shipped very quickly!

They called me yesterday evening and said they could not make it out to my house yesterday for delivery, so it will be delivered today 3/7. Package tracking # says it is out for delivery, and they were a no show! Use UPS!
