Ordered a sofa, I was told by staff at the store, I had a scheduled delivery. Called the delivery guy, and was told I was not on the schedule. But he made it happen. Love the sofa

Place was very organized and clean.. I gazed the store and checked prices and in my opinion prices were on the high side!! I understand the consignment process but if you want stuff to sell price is should be more realistic. I did see a few things I had gotten at family dollar and dollar store and prices were 5.99 and 4.99 so noticing that I left.. Store is still nice and nice things but I will stick to Amazon and random garage sales..

High prices for older style of clothes. Styles geared more towards older women. Plenty of large sizes but only 1.5 racks for sizes S/M. Furniture was the same price as a new retailer.

Awesome place! Beautiful selection for every area of your home, cottage, workplace, life. Wonderful selection of clothing, brand name purses, shoes, coats, jeans, coats, jewelry... You could spend a day here & not see all. Beyond excellent pricing, sale prices based on color of tags and even green dot items for $1.00! I was absolutely floored. The people there are kind, helpful and actually HAPPY to see you! Furniture, paintings, glassware and items you would find no where else but a consignment shop. Loved it and you will too! Oh and bonus bucks too. You cant go wrong, I sure didnt!!!! 😁

The staff is not friendly, very snooty and not helpful. The shop seemed to be cluttered and unorganized.

I have minimal success here-as expected a few things sell, but many do not. The items I bring are always clothes & jewelry. Most (80% ?)items I bring for resale are Chicos so if you know Chicos quality not to mention list prices, you can get some very nice stuff- at least mine is! :-) Most of the ladies there are very nice to work with-most! Its a good place to go if youre a buyer but very frustrating as a seller.

I love this place Brand new furniture you never know what you might find. They have 3 locations. Good stuff good prices and the ladies are always very friendly and helpful.

I was in the store for approximately an hour and was never acknowledged by the sales staff. Every other customer that came in was greeted asked if they could be helped chatted with a little bit. I attempted to ask a question about one of the products and the lady working behind the sales counter completely ignored me. I had gone in there originally just to kill some time before my next appointment and was very surprised at how rude they were. Needless to say I did not purchase anything. I will not go back into the store there other consignment stores in the area that I will frequent.Since someone from the store felt the need to respond to my review let me clarify. When I stated that they were greeting everyone who came in I should have correctly stated I was not greeted when I came in. I was never acknowledged that I was even in the store, even when I attempted to ask the question . Also when I attempted to ask the question the lady was talking to another lady about people they knew in common they werent discussing business and I waited. I did not interrupt them. I did not demand her attention I waited and when she was finished with her conversation I said excuse me and I tried to ask the question and she turned her back and walked away . The store was NOT busy there were two ladies working, no one was bringing anything in for consignment and there were maybe 3 people total in the store including myself. This incident happened probably a month ago maybe a little longer I just had not had the time to sit down and do reviews on Google.

Great place to find hidden treasures and for cheap prices. Always have new stuff hitting the floor. Love it

I so LOVE Gotta Have It, I ALWAYS find what I need. You cant go wrong with the prices. I just walked out with 2 bags and 1 LG 1 sm and a bed spread for under 15 dollars. Im a HAPPY lady. Thank you Val.

I always love looking for great finds here!!They get new things all the time. I wish the location was a little bigger and was a little more handicap friendly. It always smells really nice in here but the prices are a little more expensive then the other resale shops.

Nice resale shop with a decent selection! My only qualm is that some of the prices seemed a bit high for the types of items being sold.

Very nice selection of consignment items, most tend to be on the higher quality end of the spectrum. Not a large selection of bargain bin items, but everything is of the highest quality because of that

Most of the associates are helpful and courteous. The prices are competitive.

I take alot of stuff there. The only problem I have is trying to get the doors open when your arms are full.

There are a few gems in the junk, but it is a lot of whatever peoples grandparents left behind. Some of it is reasonable, but Id say much much more is overpriced.
