Granddaughter was visiting from Alabama State! We walked the mall! Sheesh! And then she seen a Journeys!! It was on then! The staff was fantastic! Even had to buy me a pair for work!! Highly recommended!!!

I like Journeys & the decent selection they have. The only reason I didnt give them a higher rating is the size of their store. Im disabled and I use a rollator-walker. Its very difficult for me to maneuver in such a small store. But a lot of stores in Genesee valley are hard to get around in, either because of their size or the fact that they have so many racks out on their floor, theyre difficult if not impossible to get around in. But Journeys isnt too bad merchandise-wise; I just dont go in there that often for that very reason, for the difficulty of getting around in there.

Worst customer service ever!!! Went into the store to purchase some boots for my granddaughter for Christmas...they didnt have them in stock and the girl insisted on ordering them for me and said I would have them in 3-5 days..the boots came 8 days later..Wrong size and were MENs...I took the boots back in the store at Genesee Valley to get the correct boots, they didnt have them in stock and told me I would have to send the boots back (for there mistake) they couldnt do it and when I said I would let them order for me another (correct) pair, said they wouldnt guarantee I would get them for Christmas, but could put a rush on them but I would have to pay for a rush after they messed up....will NEVER go into that store again, brought the boots back home with me and had to drive to Birch Run to get the right boots, and now have to deal with sending them back and trying to get my money back...horrible customer service...they need some training!!! should get it from the really nice salesman in the Birch Run store...he couldnt believe it either...total waste on my money and time!!!!

If I could leave a zero star I would. Rude inconsiderate. Gave me two different size shoes had to come back into the store. They tried to let me leave again with two different size boots. I was spending well over 140 dollars. The woman barely apologized. I will never ever do any business with journeys ever again.
