Its so hard to find a good pharmacy and I really liked these guys for awhile. I came in earlier this week right before 130 pm when they open back up for lunch, so I could be first in line and get my script on the way out after picking up a few things. I was scheduled to view a home Im interested in purchasing and needed to be there by 4pm. First they allowed people to cut infront of me which were there for a covid shot.. it took a half hour for them to just fill something out. Then when I asked POLITELY if I could just drop off in the pick up line because Id been there first and that line had gone through 6 people already they replied with were the only one heres were trying. I understand that but you serve people in the order they came in. I didnt get out until 330 pm and was late for my appointment in fenton (they told me my script would be ready at 230 and I was the first in store script after lunch). Best part I had a control substance and they FILLED IT WRONG. My doctor ripped them a new one and when I showed up to retrieve the correct medicine THREE days later they had an attitude like I did something wrong. Doesnt seem like it requires much to be a pharmacist anymore. Really sad couldnt even get a proper apologie. Youre dealing with peoples medicine not flipping burgers and regardless of peoples age you serve them correctly and with respect. Never ever go here if your medicine is serious, or reocurring.

They have helped considerably throughout pandemic with this added service. I feel more comfortable entering now so, Im getting in 1 more stop. Thank you!

Walmart pharmacy in general is my favorite pharmacy, but the one on Corunna Rd in Flint, MI has given me excellent customer service. Ive done pick-up a couple of times and Ive done the mail delivery option also; both ways service was fast. The employees were polite and thats a big pet peeve of mine. I will wait in a long line as long as customer service is responsive, professional, and polite. Thankfully service was fast and thats a plus👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

They always call and let you know when your prescriptions are ready. Best place to get your prescriptions filled!

Many of the people that are picking up prescriptions are not always feeling well. Customer service is poor and they have No since of urgency. They are not cooperative with contacting your Dr. when there’s a problem. They don’t care if your voice is heard. Your just a $ to them.

This store does not control the truck noise or trash. The management is well aware of the issues but take little to no action to correct the problems. Walmart does not care about anything except profits. It’s a simple fix but the store manager doesn’t care about being a bad neighbor to the neighborhood! Don’t shop at this store!!

They were working so, so hard to fill orders and be polite to the increasing irritated mob as their computers kept crashing and stuff, the lady cop watching the store even helped me out!

Good Pharmacy. Quick and easy to get my scripts filled.No complaints.

Staff are very helpful and the pharmacist are all very caring and helpful.

Too many problems to count and they never take accountability. So now once again I’m without my prescription and wasn’t called within the time I was told By them and then the pharmacist yells at me on the phone when I call to check and explain it’d been 4 hours on an important medication when I was told 45min and they lacked communication.

I went to walmart pharmacy to fill my adapex and the the lady refused to fill my girlfriends prescription. I am aware they have the power to do that but the lady was very rude while doing it. Not to mention she refused it because she thought it was for wieght loss and thought my gf doctor wasnt knowledgable enough to make the decision. There are other issues that adepex is used for and thyroid issues are one of those. Also she falls within the regulations for having it for wieght loss anyway because shes only been on it for 2 months. The regulation is 3 months on and 1 off. We will never return to that pharmacy considering that the pharmacist likes to think she has a doctorate. Oh btw right aide had no issue filling her prescription.

Horrible. Went there super sick w sinuses and stood there of over 10 mins waiting to ask a question about a couple different medication( WITH NO LINE MIND YOU) just compelety ignored!!! Walked away and called my doctor got the info from him. Walk back TO A LINE, asked for the medicine I needed got Id and couldnt sell to me because it was my expired one. My oldest son who lives w n needed the medicine also is 20. I said he is old enough, and they would Not sell it to Us. Smh. Didnt want to give them my business ANYWAY. POORLY RUN WALMART.

I would honestly rate this store a 0 outta 10 or 0 outta 5, people that work here are not good at helping customers find stuff where things are, very un organized, trashy and employees are not that respectful
