COLD STONE CREAMERY IS NOT AT THIS ADDRESS.. I looked all around the area of where the address was listed above. Dont waste your time. There is no Cold Stone creamery for miles and miles

Two starts is generous, only because the guy making it was nice. Seriously should have read the reviews before I ordered.. :( paid almost $5.00 for a small, got my second choice and still had to substitute ingredients, was then given a bowl of ice cream soup..

Do not go here. They always get simple orders wrong, workers be high and everything. You can tell that the dont properly clean ice cream chopping area because there is always random stuff in the ice cream that you didnt even ask for. Last time i ordered a simple vanilla ice cream with oreos mixed in (cookies and cream if you will) and there was a big chunk of sticky white frosting on the side, had coffee in it (as somehow it always does) and the ice cream it self was so grainy with ice. They also never have the tops to match the right size cups (or so they say).

It was the end of the day so Im granting the third star just on leniency... we could tell our lady was tired. Could have used a little more muscle in mixing our ice cream. It took about 4 different orders to get to a flavor that the place had all the ingredients for and even still I had to sub a different similar icecream to get the combination close to what was advertised. Cant wait for banana boat to open.

No menu at drive through. Unhelpful staff. Good sorbet.

Great ice cream. The only down fall was that they failed to tell us one of our orders were ready and had just set it somewhere without mention to any of us so we stood their clearly looking for it until we managed to find it

Always out of something, like waffle cones very often,and they make them right there. There are at least 6 kinds of cookie dough sundaes yet most of the time, they are out of cookie dough.....their are almost never any managers there. .very poorly ran!

Our experience last night was not the best weve had here. LONG WAIT, the team was unorganized. I gave them 2 stars because the two guys that helped had a positive attitude and tried very hard to give us a good experience. We will try again, maybe it was just an off night!!!

The service is terrible...i ordered a signature sundae & was told they didnt have it even though there was a poster for it in the building. They finally decided they actually did have it, but the ice cream was freezer burned. This is not the 1st time I have had bad service at the Owosso Cold Stone Creamery.. I have been there 4 or 5 times & they never seem to know how to make the sundaes or seem to be out of some key component. This is the last time I go there.

After waiting over 10 minutes without being greeted, the only employee on the line, out of 3, made every excuse she could once confronted. BASIC customer service; you acknowledge the individuals in your establishment. Especially if there is an extended wait, because the other employees would rather prep for closing.

The staff is always friendly and personable. Its a good idea to ask for icecream Jesus to make it for you.

When i said ice cream the girl acted like it was inconvenient and she had no idea how to make what we ordered.. still tasted good but they need to be trained more on the cold stone part of the store.

First and last time Ill ever come here. First of all, the person was rude and ignored us standing there awhile........ But then it got worse when I tried to use my birthday coupon for a buy one get one free offer which said on the coupon it was for this location only and she was like, We dont accept coupons here. Not even when I showed the information on the coupon. She went and got a manager from the back and that person also refused to honor the coupon saying they dont take coupons there. I wont be coming back. Even when it is shown to them what the coupon was saying, they wouldnt take it. Worst company ever and I will not be back.

So it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I just got back from there to bring my family some yummy treats. Had this been the first bad experience I wouldnt be so harsh. But Ive been there three times in a week the other two for coffee and some soup. First couple times they managed to forget some stuff and got an order wrong. This time the staff was rude. Went through the drive through and ordered a dozen doughnuts and some muffins. I was apparently taking too long in the drive through making sure my order was right. They snapped at me and cut me off mid order. Told me they needed to help someone else. I was too long. When they came back they Upcharged me another dozen doughnuts. Im giving them a 2 star because I was given the money back. That is the only reason I am giving them a 2 star for the refund. Hospitality was rude. Cut off customers in mid order. And snap at them. Will not be going back to that location.

Every Coldstone/Tim Hortons combo store sucks. They all turn off the board way before the listed closing time and refuse to serve or even acknowledge Coldstone customers at times. The day prior to my Coldstone visit, I tried Tim Hortons. I waited 4 minutes at for 2 coffees with no one else in line. I have since started using the new Tim Hortons location in town. Thwy focus solely on that. Combo stores like Linden and Court Street damage both brands when improperly ran.

I came here really excited to get some ice cream because I never realized we have a coldstone here in flint. Waited for 10 minutes, had to tell her what I wanted 3 times, and she still forgot my waffle cone. The woman who had ordered in the drive through waited so long for her ice cream that she parked and came inside where they had to take another 2 minutes to even try to get it in a cup that fit the size they gave her. And after all this they still hadnt even acknowledged or asked my boyfriend what he wanted. Ps wiping down counters between ice creams is an absolute must. Try it some time. Will not be returning. Ill drive to the one in Flint. At least I know the experience will be better and worth the drive.

Really slow service. We grabbed a ice cream cake, left because the line was moving so slow and I didnt want the cake to melt so we decided to go get food and come back, there was one guy in line all he ordered was a coffee and we sat their and waited around 10 mins before they rung up our icecream cake. The peeps in the back need to be ready to jump on the pos systems when there is a line.

Not good. Staff didnt know what they were doing and the ice cream was mostly melted, so i basically sat there and ate a bowl of $5 ice cream soup.

Staff needs more training . Employee was handling food without gloves on ..She put some on at my request .Place was dirty with water on the floor in front of ice cream station . No caution signs present . I wont be back .

This is one of those shared places(TimmyHortons)...i think they need to stick to coffee & donuts...purchased a cake..for mothers day...it was terrible...red velvet in center...dry.☹ strawberries on top bad picked off...more less ate ice cream not worth what i paid for...

Employees need training. Very unfocused and slow.
