Honest mechanics! Ive been coming here for the past few years for work needed along with typical inspections and oil changes. The owner is super honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. I usually get my car back the same day. Good pricing for the work too. Ive never had an issue. Its really hard to find a trustworthy mechanic like this one.

Unfortunatly they are not kind to their elderly customers. When they fixed the wrong tire and were told, there seem to be an adverse reaction. Price gouging the person then telling an 85 year old man, you dont ever have to come back here as a customer.KARMA

This is hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to and unfortunately I’ve been to a lot but ever since I found this gem of an establishment I will never go anywhere else! The owner bayo is such a nice Indian guy his workers are all fabulous and he is also very very good looking!! The personal were very polite and professional. I when in to check my tires because air kept coming out. I thought it was a puncture but Randy found out it was due to the installation of the tires. He didnt charge me for inspecting it and recommended for me to go back to where I had them installed and to reseal the wheels. He even mentioned that if they decide not to do it. That i can come back and he will do it for free no problem. Very nice guy. I would definitely come back for any other service in the future.

These guys came highly recommended from close friends so we wanted to give them a try. Both my stepfather and father know a decent amount about cars so I know when i originally went to pep boys to get my car serviced I knew they were trying to get me to spend more money than I needed to. However when we went to floral Park bayo we meant Randy. Super charismatic and informative and told me the same info my family advised me about my car so I felt like I could trust them. Randy seemed like he just wanted to help us and not just make a buck. I live in the Bronx and make the loyal trip to come to this place for the big stuff b.c they are trustworthy and dont leave you feeling you just ripped off.

After getting some recalls done on my car, my dealership found some issues they wanted to charge an insane price for. I held off and came here instead for a quote - the guys were really honest and up front with me and gave me a fair price. I’ve taken my car here for any issues since then. They are really attentive and honestly seem to want their customer’s cars to last and run well which sadly is really hard to find in shops these days. I would highly recommend this shop!

While driving, I began to hear a grating noise coming from the front passenger wheel. I attributed it to the brakes shield since that had given me a similar noise in the past. On my way to the shop, much like when going to a doctors office, the complaint (noise) literally stopped Two blocks away. They took a ride with me to see if the noise was truly gone and then put it on the lift to give an honest look to see if there was anything dangerous. They did all this without charging me a dime. Honest shop and would definitely recommend. I have found my go to mechanics in the future due to my experience.

Randy and the team there did a great job. As a new driver, I was nervous to take my car to a mechanic shop for the first time, but they made my experience a good one by explaining to me exactly what the issue was, the different things that could have caused it and what they did to fix it. The parking brake on my vehicle was too tight which prevented the car from driving as smoothy as it should and put a strain on the engine. Im glad I was able to find somewhere close to home with trustworthy and honest people to fix that for me. I Will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone with car issues to give them a visit as well.

This shop is one of the greatest! Needed my car to be fixed and brought it in here, the service was immediate. Reasonable price as well. Customer service was top of the line!

I passed through the area on a long 10 hour drive after my car had some unknown compound present inside the wheel area. They were able to lift up my car and diagnose the problem immediately within 5 minutes. They were very knowledgeable, and they charged me nothing--they did it purely out of goodwill. I have been very impressed by the experience and definitely recommend them.

My BMW was at BMW bayside for 3 months and they could not figure out what the issue was with the car. The car wasn’t passing inspection. Spent more than 2.5k on the car at BMW with no results. I went to Bayo and he fixed it in 2 days and the car passed inspection. Bayo has fixed my Mercedes, Porsche and BMW and is very helpful. Highly recommended!

I was stuck on a Sunday without any brakes.. These guys did everything possible to find the part and get me back to Georgia. They put in the after hours time and effort to help me out..They communicated very clearly and their price was extremely fair.

Needed my brake pads and rotors changed on my Subaru Legacy. I saw the great reviews these guys had and so I called them and dropped off my car during my lunch break. Within 90 minutes, I received a call telling me that my car was done and ready to be picked up. They did a great job and did not try to sell me on anything, I really appreciated their speedy service. Could not have asked for anymore than the service they gave me. Will definitely be returning to have my car serviced here as the location is perfect - right down the block from my job & the costs are excellent- as they should be. Prices arent inflated and you dont have to worry about a thing. You will be charged for the cost of labor - and they work fast, which is incredible on your wallet, hehe. Literally a life saver! Floral Park Bayo Repair is one of the best mechanics Ive ever brought my car to. Not only was he open on a Saturday evening, when all others were closed. He quickly fixed our brake problem as soon as he could get the part and had the car ready the next day. He diagnosed the issue quickly (our dealer had failed to sufficiently tighten the brakelines when I brought the car in for a recall the week before. Without him, we would have been stuck on Long Island for at least another day. As a bonus, theyre friendly and clear in their explanations.

Randy did a wonderful job with my inspection. I called 5 minutes before I came and they were able to service me and it only took 10 minutes for Randy to go through my entire inspection. Definitely recommend coming here!

They do great work and I highly recommend them! They remounted tires for cheap after I powdercoated a clients rims and they did a great job without damaging the newly finished rims as a lot of shops do. Theyre careful, friendly and do great work. They are also very good on prices and beat any of their competitors by a long shot.

Just Wonderful and Relieving. Took my SUV here to get a second opinion on needing a new rack and pinion (costs a lot of $ to replace) with new ends. Omar the shop tech quickly noted that all I needed were the tie-rod ends replaced and the shop that I previously went to was wrong about the rack-and-pinion. I had this shop do it immediately and I was back on the road in about an hr. These guys are honest and clear about what you will need and how they will handle it. I will be using them from now on for all my cars especially because they do the work the proper way.

I just went here with my car because my tire pressure sign came on the dashboard and I didn’t know how to check which one of the tires was low. The mechanic was very helping and assisted me by checking all the tire’s pressure and turned out they were all low. Great place to go to for car needs and they do oil changes among other services. The mechanic didn’t even charge me which was much appreciated. Highly recommend to everyone and easy to find on the corner of Plainfield and Jericho. Great customer service as well. Went a couple times to get and inspection sticker for my toyota yaris... Unfortunately they were always busy so I had to take my business elsewhere, but they seem like genuine people, would recommend.

Been here two times now and both times have been pleasant. Came recently to check for coolant and they were very fast and genuine.

Went in a while ago for an inspection. One of the younger guys hit on me, and later when they were discussing a quick fix that had been done to display my license plate(duct tape in the back window cause the bolts were rusted), they mentioned how shotty it was and said we knew a woman had to have done that (actually my boyfriend had). Those two instances made me really uncomfortable, and I still got a ticket because they didnt finish the work on the license plate. I went because my family had used them in the past an recommended them, but Im definitely not going to risk being hit on AND insulted again.RE: your reply. No, I am 100% certain it was this location

First impression walking in to Bayo’s repair shop was the jaguar and BMW they were working on. Mechanics seem very knowledgeable about high end cars and do a professional job.The mechanics at Bayo’s repair shop were extremely attentive to my car considering the fact that I drove in on a Sunday afternoon. Randy, the shop manager, was beyond helpful and explained every step of the process. He quoted a fair price for all the repairs necessary and had the car ready in a timely manner. Good service and explains things. I took my vehicle in for an oil change (first one) and he explained I needed a specific type of oil as recommended by the manufacture rather than the basic oil, which is accurate. But he didnt force it and said its up to me. Oil change took about 10 mins. Typical. The mechanic and owner, Bayo, seems truthful and experienced. Will be going to him again.

We get gas from this gas station all the time, a few days my parents car had broken down a few miles away at the home depot, I called the guys from this gas station and not only did they came down to help my dad they were able to get the car started. YEYYY ! ! and once the car was started they drove it back to the station and checked out the problem.
