They were not even there. my google maps took me and there was no sign or anything!!!!! AND were not open. so i wasted time and gas! never again.

They changed their standard shipping from multiple choice to about $6 to $13 they said it because of my location ( Which is not to far away from them), so I put in their address in for shipping and I got $13 shipping. Not sure what their story is

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a product from them that I have been using for 50 years and know exactly what it is supposed to be like. They sent me FAKE product; not the right thing at all. When it arrived, there was NO padding at all with the packaging, and the product was damaged. When I immediately called in to report, they did not care at all and did nothing. Then when I used the product to find out it was poor quality, I called in a second time and they said I would have to write in to get a refund. I sent a lengthy report supported by many photos only to have them say they would do nothing at all! Absolutely terrible customer service! Be warned.....

I ordered nine boxes of coloring powders online on 04/2016 and they sent me goods with production date of 02/2015 and expiration dates of 01/2017.I want to return most of them and am informed that the company do not pay for the shipping cost of return products.It is a fairly bad experience. I will never buy any goods from this company again.

I received my ordered. They asked if they could send an alternative and I said yes. A mistake. The henna didnt even stain the skin after 6 hours. When I asked for a return And even sent picture proof I was told the product was not defective.It advertised it lasted over a week. I was told it lasted 3 days. They wouldnever admit it was defective. I will not order from them again. The henna I ordered from them in the past only lasted 3 days at most.Not worth it. Bad customer service.

I say, NOT ONE star, but ZERO stars! For 1) sending the wrong product, 2) refusing to take responsibility for this, 3) being mis-informed about what the product which they sent actually was (or, rather, was NOT), 4) attempting to mis-inform me, 5) attempting to weasel out of it all in order to have me pay for return shipping!!Two years ago, I ordered 6 jars of Baroody Henna, and received exactly what I was hoping for. (I have been using Baroody consistently for over 15 years and love how it colors my hair.) Two weeks ago I ordered another 6 jars from the same page. (The product number on my order was the same, AND my old 5-star review from 2 years ago was still posted there on the page, so I had every reason to believe that I would receive the same product.)FYI: The product description states exactly as follows, Baroody henna is made up of only Natural Henna. Henna Used in Baroody Henna is taken from the healthy plants. It is chemical free and does not have any side effect. Its color is temporary which last from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the method and time of application.. (I copy/pasted this directly from their product page, so please overlook any irregularities in capitalization and/or usage.)Also, PLEASE NOTE: They state that it will bring about temporary COLOR CHANGE.HOWEVER, what they sent to me was labeled NEUTRAL (though what I received 2 years ago was labeled RED.) As some (or all?) of you who read this may know, NEUTRAL means that it WILL NOT COLOR hair - not even temporarily! I called customer service - and the man said that that was all that they had in their warehouse and that all henna will color hair. This is NOT true - NEUTRAL henna is called that because it has been neutralized so that it will NOT color hair! To give them the benefit of the doubt, I tried it, preparing it and using it as always, and (as I expected) it imparted absolutely no color! I tried again - leaving it for longer and still no color. Trust me, the stuff is 100% NEUTRAL - as the jar states. I called back. The customer service agent again insisted that ALL henna will color hair! I told him that I have been using henna consistently for over 15 years - I know how to use it, but that NEUTRAL henna will NOT color hair! To try and illustrate the point to him, I said that if you put your car in neutral it will not move - you have to put it in drive (or in gear if you have a stick shift) or it wont take you anywhere - it is the same with henna. Neutral henna does not color hair. It has been neutralized before it is put in the jar.To be fair, he said that I could send it back - but AT MY OWN EXPENSE! But tell me, why should I pay for their misinformation and their mistake?!?Alas I was given no option to post until I clicked on a star, but 1 star is too generous!
