I have been using Dynamics for years and they have been very attentive to our needs. Most especially, this year during our Junior Black Belt exam when I needed custom belts quickly. Great place for uniforms and belts. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Floral Park and the adjoining areas of Nassau County and Queens New York. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast especially on the weekends and at night. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. No public restrooms. We will definitely be going back.
Need to work on customer service skills! I was double charged for an order and when I called I was told that I wasnt and that I needed to check with my bank. I called bank and it was confirmed that I was double charged. Called back a second time and was still told that I wasnt and I needed to send my bank statement by email so I did. Even after that they still said I wasnt. I had to talk to manager and make her to check it out. Long story short she called back and blamed it on their credit card processor and it was not Dynamics who double charged me and I would have to wait 2 days to receive money back. I was never told sorry this happened and they made me feel like I was lying or something. I have a business and I would never treat my customers this way. Customer is always right! Needless to say they lost me as a customer! I understand mistakes happen but they should have said sorry and resolved the matter quicker instead of insisting that they were not at fault when it clearly showed that they were!
The uniform quality is fine (you get what you pay for), but the customer service is atrocious! I worked with one of their sales representatives to order some custom taekwondo uniforms.There is no online infrastructure at all and the sales representative was extremely unorganized. We spent 5-10 one line emails just defining all the customization options (v-neck style, pants color, etc). First, they got the colors of our logo wrong in their drafting software. Then they gave me the wrong base price for the uniforms and didn’t say anything about how the customization options affect the price. Instead, they just quietly increased the prices on the invoice and I had to press them for an explanation. After I paid, they told me that they forgot the silkscreen setup fee which added another $120. And then, several days later without saying anything (at least they’re consistent), they charged my card again for shipping.What a scam! The final invoice ended up being over 2 times more expensive than the initial price. The sales representative did a horrible job communicating the actual costs up front (i.e. they didn’t, even though I asked several times). It was actually impossible to organize a group order because of the constantly changing details and needing to recollect money each time.The cherry on top is that I’m pretty sure their email system just converts everything they type to all caps so you can feel like you’re getting yelled at the whole time.
I have had bad experiences with this store for over a year now. I have kept a log of every error they have made on my orders, and the number is in the triple digits. I am finally leaving them a review today because they sold me boards with damage, stains, and something that looks and smells like mold. Many people are allergic to mold and even without an allergy, mold is bad for your health.02/13/2020 update. going from 1-2 stars. Their sales rep Mr. Jay has been handling stuff really well recently. He tries his best to make sure that customers are satisfied.
Great place to go to buy things for a Taekwondo. Prices are pretty decent. If you are serious about what you do I recommend you visit this place.

Hello Public,The customer service here is awful. I purchased four Adidas doboks from Dynamicsworld and was excited to use them in competition. We purchased three poom doboks for poomsae (doboks for black belt youths with red and black collars) and one senior poomsae dobok. Before wearing any doboks, we wash them in cold water and hang air dry only. We washed these new doboks as we do all other doboks. Two of the poom doboks (with the red and black collar) had red color from the collars bleed onto the white fabric of the tops. They also left various red/pink spots throughout the back and front of the doboks. The third poom dobok was fine with no spotting.We called to report this to Dynamicsworld and informed them of our experience and issues with these products. We were asked to send photographs, which we did. After almost a month, we were told by them that while the stain is so irritating, they would not address the product deficiencies or reimburse us for the two doboks at issue. What they did offer us was 15% discount on our next purchase. Given they did not address and make good on our purchase of deficient products, why would we possibly want to to continue to purchase from an online company that will not replace or refund problematic items, even before wearing them?We have not had any negative experiences with J Calico or Motto poom doboks. I am sure if we had purchased from Adidas directly and not Dynamicsworld, Adidas would have taken the time to either refund or send us new dobok tops. We are a taekwondo family and we are affiliated with various schools and participate in various tournaments around the country. I cannot fully express how surprised and disappointed we were with the customer service of Dynamicsworld, but I hope this helps others in not supporting this online store and using other resources for their combat sports needs.
Horrible Stote! I took my son to purchase boxing gloves and told the cashier I was going to bring another parent to purchase one for her son as well. We went back about 20 mins later and the cashier said hes at luch and will be with us soon. We said ok and waiting about 10/15 mins. I went back and asked how much longer will you be at luch the kids needed to be at class in 15 mins and told him we have what we wanted, can you or someone else just cash us out. He said we are all at lunch and they would be about another 10 mins and that was our problem if the kids had classes in 15 mins. I then told him I would like to return my gloves since you are so rude and if your all at lunch you should have closed the door. He replied with well leave so I can close the door! Need less to say we left and I left the gloves however they never returned the money back to my account!!!!! On the phone with my back! You will regret going here.
