Saturday We were headed to the beach and one of our tires started separating and rubbing the others. I called and from the beginning it was amazing customer service ! They said they had tires and so we limped in. We were given a time they would be completed along with an exceptional price. About 5 minutes prior to our completion time (they were still changing out our tires ) the manager gave my husband an update that it would be a few minutes longer - didn’t have to do that we saw them working and were so greatfull! From start to finish we were in and out in a little over an hour ! Again. Truly exceptional experience !!!

Warranty saved me today. 2x cut tires.. Good job guys.Went into the store thinking I had to fully purchase 2x new tires and ended up spending like 57$ because of the warranty. Get it.. it pays off.

Great service over the phone, even better in person. I had a crossthreaded nut on my stud stopping them from removing my wheel, they called prior explained the issue how to get it fixed if it broke and asked if I wanted them to proceed. After I agreed, they showed me the issue and recommended a local shop to get a quick replacement. 10/10 will use these guys again! Thanks guys

I had wires sticking out of the rear tire of my Tesla on my way to Charleston. Have to spend the night in Florence. I visited the Discount Tire store in Florence first thing on Saturday morning hoping to get it replaced and on way way. Unfortunately, the 275/45/20 size is rare and no one in the area carries it. Jonah (assistance manager) and then Brad (manager) helped me to find an alternative. Brad called around and found a pair of tires an hour and half away. He dispatched his wife to pick them up since my car was unsafe to drive. I appreciated what he have done for me. Thank you Brad and team! There are still good people out there.

The guys here were outstanding. Bought some rims they installed them asap.. but had some issues with strap tpms, went bk right before closing and Tanner a assistant manager got me in the service bay immediately and recommended the newer tpms that were better and then handled the job himself. The rate and professionalism at which he handled the service was truly inspiring, I recommend this spot to anyone needing or wanting anything to do with tires or rims.. Tanner youre the MAN!! UPSELLING! at THIS location! Dont let them to try to explain its the NEEDED EXTRAS that people dont take into account. I have the same set of 2 tires with the life time maintenance in my cart on THEIR website for less. Then the managers response otp was you have to add taxes 🙄 Okay then from $178 to $186 youre quoting me over the pbone is still LESSS THAN $212 that Tanner priced in store!

America is in a really dark place all around the world; but, experience as a customer could have ended bad for me had I spoke up. As I was being serviced today in Florence, SC a caucasian couple was stand off to the side. I heard the woman complaining to the salesperson that was assisting me. She stated, the monkey out there(tire repair area) was jumping around with that music up loud. Immediately, the technician stepped away to the repair area to inform the young black technician to turn the music down. I later explained to the salesperson that he should have addressed the woman by letting her know how unprofessional she conducted herself. Instead, the salesperson, scolded the technician by instructing him to turn off the radio.

Great service. Had 2 tires with metal in them and they were able to change and get us out within 30 minutes!

Tanner Garrison and the team there were awesome about scheduling and servicing us due to a tire blow out on the way thru Florence. The other chains in town were too busy to fit a passing traveler with his family in that afternoon but these guys had me in and out in less that 45 minutes. I had a flat tire on the way to the beach. I was able to call for help and get someone there to put the spare on however I would have never made it the rest of the way to the beach due to the other tires being bad also. Discount Tire stayed open until I got there and I was able to purchase new tires past their closing time. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Ive made a few purchases here over the last couple of years, and Ive never had an issue. Process are always better than what I can find at other places in the area. Ppl are polite, which goes a long way. Unless something drastic happens or I find somewhere with better prices, Ill continue to use them for my tires.

Had a tire shred on Interstate 95 just outside of Florence, the car could not proceed on its own without a tow. Bubbas towing, yes Bubba, got to me in an hour and rescued me from a dangerous narrow part of 95. Bubba took me to Discount where they had the tire I needed to replace my tire and they did it all with a smile, efficient and reasonable pricing. Luis the store employee took care of me. They were busy but they got me back on the road quickly. 5 stars for Bubba, Luis and Discount.

I needed tires for my truck and checked local places and websites. All websites have you request a quote or by phone tell you they have tires but need to come down to be sure...not at DISCOUNT TIRES. I spoke with Carl, Very polite and knowledgeable and gave me prices over the phone. I called back to speak with Carl and Tanner answered, Tanner was a replica of Carl. He gave me different options of tires for my truck and actually steered me to a cheaper tire but the highest rated, BF Goodrich K02. I told him over the phone I wasnt going to call anywhere else because of the Customer service Ive received from him and Carl. I said, I might save but its ok and he encouraged me to check other places. He said, if I could find a better price they could beat it, thats all I needed to hear. Tanner, met me at the door, walked outside and took measurements of my old tires and called me 2 hours later to let me know its ready. Tanner was so professional I thought he shouldve been wearing a coat and tie, GREAT GUY. The Senior Manager. Steven, I spoke with a couple of days later and I can see why his other managers perform the way they do. Obviously, this was a GREAT buying experience and when you are spending over thousand dollars you would hope you are treated this way. Only complaint would be the name. Change it to Name Brand Tires at Discount Prices

Pulled into discount tire today for tire balancing and was immediately greeted by the manager who checked the tires and gave me a 45 min window for completion. While I was there:-Special accommodations were made for my father who had mobility issues.-We were offered water (93 degrees outside)-All employees we interacted with were friendly, attentive, and respectful.- Upbeat service crew observed working together as a team.Less than 45 minutes later, we were on or way.Stellar service and a hard working crew that knows how to treat a customer.

On our way home and got a flat due to a screw in tire. Arrived at 9am, they had it fixed, with tires all properly inflated by 10. Staff could not have been nicer or more professional. And... apparently this service is free regardless of where you purchased your tires. Panera being next door is a nice bonus if you need to work while waiting. Ill be back to Discount.

My family had a blown tire on a Saturday morning while driving South on I-95. We called ahead to make sure that they had our tire size. We drove the twenty minutes to Florence and had all four tires replaced in less than half an hour while we ate lunch. They also gave us coupons for our lunch to the diner across the parking lot . Great service and friendly staff. They even helped us load all our luggage back in the trunk for our continued trip south.

Got us in and out with an hour when I needed two tires. You will have to pull your car in the work bays and back out after they are done because of covid regulations.

I stopped there to check out a tire that would not inflate. Allen Edwards, the salesman who dealt with me was extremely courteous and, even though the store was busy, removed the tire, checked for leaks, replaced it and checked all the tires at no cost! The young man servicing my tires was great. All round an excellent experience and we continued on our way from Charleston SC to Washington DC.

We stopped in Florence overnight on our road trip home only to discover a nail in our tire. I found Discount Tire on Google with great reviews and decided to go there. The rating is spot on. I bought my tires here after having problems with Blacks Tire several times. I have now had my tires for 6 months and had to go back several times because I seem to pick up a lot of debris in them. Between the rotations and the way that they honor their warranty I can completely recommend their services to anyone! They stand behind their warranty and are quick to get the service done.And their waiting room is clean and comfortable.

Such a great shop! Friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our SUV while traveling, and they got us up and running in no time. Even helped with a non-tire problem, which was a big relief.

I drove all the way from myrtle beach to visit this location I have a set of off road tires and wheels that I was completely convinced were defective while I was at the location I worked with three gentlemen Jamal Aaron and Brent they treated me like a real VIP even though I did not buy my tires from them well after leaving my lifted 16 4runner drives perfect these guys really know what they are doing I will never go anywhere else and most importantly my wife wont have me sleeping on the sofa because her truck doesnt drive like a off balance washing machine

Today June 20, 2019 we started a trip from Sterling VA to Orlando Fl. We departed in a Doodge Caravan, and during our trip, 3 nails got stuck in the front tire . We looked for a spot in Florence to fix our tire and we were recommended to Discount Tire. The workers worked very hard in taking off the security nuts because they wouldn’t come off. The manager and workers did not give up despite the fact it was a very difficult problem. They provided us with excellent service. The manager dedicated his time and provided us with a fenominal job well done. Right now we are continuing our trip. Thanks again to Discount Tires, my family recommends 100%! :)

Got me in and out as fast as they could everything is great all tire shops seem to like to steal your little Chrome covers and replace them with little plastic covers this one did the same thing but they allowed me to go back in the shop and with the help of another gentleman we found all of my Chrome covers and he even found an extra one and gave it to me so other than that I was very happy with their service and their manager hes just too happy always too Pleasant to Happy I wish I could be like that thank you for a pleasant experience
