Had to go buy parts for my truck. Had great experience spoke with a man named Will he is a great guy helped me with everything i needed was a super nice man very helpful. I will be going back to this auto zone for all my auto parts needs in furture.

I brought my wife’s car by after having to jumpstart it. TJ met me outside, hooked up the tester to it, and was very upfront and honest about how much juice was left in the battery. He told me the battery was actually fine, and he tested the alternator too. He recommended giving it a good drive for a while just to keep it juiced and then call him back if I had any issues. I really appreciated his honesty, no up-selling or pushing a product I didn’t need. Great job, they gained a loyal customer for sure!

The most unfriendly group of people Ive encountered. When I questioned the price of an item that had a sale tag I was answered rudely and spoken to as if I were an idiot. I feel like if you have a sale price sticker below a product it shouldnt have small print. The price was there in big and bold and the part that states you have to mail in your receipt to get that price was not really very visible. I feel ripped off and the person checking us out was unaccommodating when I asked why it was so much higher than the tag. I was afraid to ask to refund me so I could get the same item at Walmart for half the price. NEVER AGAIN!!

They told me the wrong size bulb got back made me return the product instead of just doing a simple Exchange and because of that I couldnt charge the amount to my card because now that was pending. So drive around with one headlight out I need to wait a day get new headlights.. AutoZone has lost my business forever
