Too expensive. Tries to sell u something you dont need done.Changed filters even though they didnt need changing. No common sense workers. I did ask them to change if they needed changing.

We were out of town visiting family when our wheel bearing broke, we brought it to Florence Toyota which was a little expensive, but I feel very confident that I got my moneys worth bringing my vehicle here and that they did the job right. They fit me in for an emergency appointment, brought me back to my hotel to wait for my vehicle to be done, they were very polite, professional, and FAST! They were done in no time and we were able to get back onto the road home.

Service is great and but the wait time for an oil change and tire rotation is usually 1 to 1.5 hours. They do offer a shuttle service which is nice
