I had two front tires replaced this morning after having a flat on my way to work. This is my second time using this business but had used their sister business on Florence Blvd a few times before that. It has always been a good experience. The service is always good, prices are good and they are friendly and quick, which I appreciated more than normal this morning. Highly recommend!

I have used Tire Pros the last few times for service, tires, wheel bearing replacement, etc…and they are always on point. Very informative on cost and delivery. They won’t work on anything until they have inspected it and given you the cost up front. Plus they make appointments so your car doesn’t spend 10 days at the shop. It’s done when they tell you it will be done. I Highly recommend using them.

Great customer service, the technician working on my Sequoia performed a thorough inspection of all the drive components and made recommendations to replace my front brakes and rotors. No pressure from the manager, only a suggestion that we may want to address the brakes sooner than later for a safer smoother ride. Very satisfied customer! I have bought several set of tire at the killen store and always been great service.Called today to see if they could balance my tires, they worked me in and me back on the road.

My grandmother of 81 yrs old took her car there because she had a nail in it and she bought the tires there they have to fix it a 10 minute fix wasnt fix from 12pm til 4 pm this is not right she should have not been put off for that long because I know they were at least 4 people there and they took advantage of the fact she was a women and elderly!! These guys should be ashamed of themselves!!! Making an elderly lady wait that long for a 10 min job smh smh!!! Shame on you!!! This was the Petersville store

Great and fast service on new set of tires for Tacoma 4wd. Isaac’s recommendation was perfect, new Falkens ride so much better.

Told them to check front end alignment and to ensure nothing worn out that needs replaced. They quoted alignment with 2 new tires $199. Then came back next day to pick up car....Tell me it cant be aligned without replacing knuckle on passenger side. I told them to put the old tire back on it since it cant be aligned. The manager says once he mounts a tire its not his anymore. So he refused to put old tires back on. So they over charged my female cousin for 2 tires and never fixed front end alignment. Sounds like they taking advantage of young women at this place. Ill never use these folks again. Crooked and sorry as hell.

Went in for just a tire rotation even though I have spent more more money in there at times over the years. The rotation was only $20 and they still treated me as if I had spent $800, very nice and they keep you informed about the work they are doing for you. I don’t see myself going anywhere else, thank you very much. PS There’s several tire places in the area who should do themselves a favor by hanging around this place for a day!!

I called Thursday and spoke to Sam to get prices on a set of tires. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I called back to schedule appt spoke to i think Will could have brought it in the same day but chose Friday at 11. Sue to circumstances was able to drop vehicle off Thursday evening and it was ready before 11 on Friday. We have used them several times in past for mount and balancing and fixing tires. They have a continuing customer. Thanks guys!

Took my vehicle in to have the front tires balanced. Ended up paying 498.00 dollars for a brake job. I still have the original problem for my visit that they said they fixed but according to the odometer the car was not driven to check the work on the original problem. Needless to say, I won’t go back.

Overall experience was pathetic. Not one of them was willing to admit they didnt pay enough attention to what was asked of them to do. Threw each other under the bus on that one.Needless to say, I am $40 out of pocket and still sitting one flat tire that they swapped out.I will not go back!!!As to reply, they were bought used on rims from an individual, he was parting out a mower, not offering a Tire service. Your business being just that, does offer a Tire Service.

Woke up to a flat tire already late for work so not a good day. I knew I needed all new tires anyway so I called for prices and Tire Pros had the beat price and wasn’t to far away. I aired up the tire and drove down. I was in and out within an hour. They were friendly and fast and I plan to go back there for some more work that I need done.

Ordered tires online on Friday and was told that they would be installed on Monday. Dropped the truck off on Monday and was told that they had no idea when they would be installed because the tires were not there. This was distressing because I had a long out of state drive on Wednesday.On Tuesday afternoon, I called to check and was given a million excuses, blaming FedEx. Finally, he decided to check, and the tires had been delivered on Monday. If I had not called, I would not have had them for my trip.When I went to pick up the truck, I discovered that the oil change I originally requested (from the same guy) was not done. He just said I dont know anything about that. I saw him write it down on my ticket when I originally requested it.The first complaint is something I would easily forgive and even give at least a 4 star rating, but the two together...no way.

I am always impressed with this tire store. They have or can get tires or inner tubes for any wheel. Their work is typically quick and thorough. They are always courteous and friendly.

Sent wife to have tires balanced, she sat for over hour they told her no since in it cause tires wore down.and that is not true still have good tread 20 thousand or so left on them.my opinion is them takin advantage of womens knowlege on cars.will go elsewhere next time.

The hot the tires for me the next day. There were 3 young men who worked together and got the tires changed quickly. They are also very close to where I live. They will always check the air in my tires even tho the tires were not purchased there. Great customer service!

Got an alignment. Had to take car back because itWas pulling hard to the left the next day (wife took to work and hadn’t been driven). Took back and they realigned for free. Got car out on a long stretch going to Huntsville—pulls to left again. Took back and was told a long wait time. I felt like I should have been a priority since I already paid $ and had been there once. Took my car over to Hines and they aligned. Drives great! Thanks Hines!

First time I’ve ever been to Stephenson tire. I could see I had a screw in my tire, a Phillips head screw to be exact Anytime in the past I’ve gone to the tire store I’m always worried and frankly it usually happens they tell me I’m gonna have to buy a new tire.Not the case with these guys he looks at it and says “yep we can fix it”about 15 minutes later they tell me it’s ready. Walked up to counter and guy told me that would be $20 and I looked at him and said “its never this easy man”True Story ~ happened today.

These guys are great. I called yesterday and they picked up right away. In said I need 4 tires and told him the size. He quickly helped me pick the right tire and they had them for me today. I arrived earlier than my appointment time. They had the whole job done within half an hour even though I was early. The price was very reasonable. They checked my alignment on all four wheels. Ill go back every time.

Had a great experience with these guys!My tire warning light came on so I asked them to take a look at my tires. They immediately took my car in and found the tire had a screw in it. They repaired it immediately and had me out in no time without a charge. They were friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them.

This place is by far the best tire shop I’ve been too! Sam took care of my Jeep, I had new wheels and tires mounted. I also had an alignment and everything went fast and smooth. The customer service here was above and beyond the norm, I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time using Tires Only Tire Pros. I had a leaking front tire on my car. I decided to try them out, and I was very impressed. Sam was very easy to deal with and got to my issue promptly. While there the man working on my car showed me my rear brakes were in horrible shape. I had those repaired, and all was done at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them for all my tire and brake needs in the future.

Great place if you buy the tires there, and the credit card is nice. UNTIL I brought a lawn mower tire I got online in to swap. $10 to mount, got home, leaks. Took it back. $10 to seal around the rim. Took it home. Still not sealed. Finally got it fixed somewhere else - for 5 bucks. They dont have to worry about seeing me again.

The staff is courteous and prompt to perform desired services. I have two suggestions, when getting in and out of the customers vehicle, please be careful to protect the interior of the car from oil or dirt that can be transferred from shoes, hands or work clothing. Additionally, when tires are purchased or repaired, please remove all evidence of chalk or glue from the tires so that the customers vehicle is clean and neat when leaving your establishment.
