Publix.... sometimes, their prices, on some items can be a little pricey. But, if you find an item, buy one, get one free, then its worth your time.I went to the store off Cox Creek Pkwy, and its a very organized store, with helpful, courteous employees.

Theres a very nice lady working there and her name is Robin. I was buying a few groceries and when I got to the checkout I discovered that I had left my wallet at home. This nice lady paid for my groceries. I would like for all the supervisor at this store and all other stores to know just how much I appreciate this lady. She works at the store in florence AL at cox creek Blvd. She should receive the highest recognition for helping her customers.

Publix has to be the number one supermarket in the Shoals area. The selection variety cannot be matched in the quality is second to none.Some think that Publix is more expensive than other supermarkets however when you factor in the bogo values that they offer as well as the Publix branded merchandise which is top quality as well, Publix is just as affordable as other supermarkets.Another thing that you will always find at Publix is a clean well organized store and friendly employees.

Produce is always good, people are always nice. Things are always stocked. And I can always use cash without hassle.Walmarts produce Id garbage, their workers are rude, nothing is ever stocked and I cant use cash there without waiting in a 30 minute line.

Deli workers are fantastic at what they do! There are so many wonderful workers in Publix it really is a Pleasure shopping here. My husband has Glaucoma and has to ask for help if I am not with him but he has never had one worker not be patient and kind. We not only live their workers their Deli has the best freshest choices and truly this is the best store to shop in.

The store feels warmy, the people are absolutely friendly, makes you feel like family. The Man Manager that was there today, him and the Lady cashier, they went over and beyond!!! Great visit today. Blessings continually on this business 💙💛

These five stars are based on the deli alone. I go to JT every time and he always make a the most amazing sandwiches, for real if you want to be impressed tell him to wing something for you and watch what he makes. Ive traveled all around the country and have rarely found deli subs on par. Hes always good conversation, has great recommendations, and is very cordial and outgoing. Id honestly end up shopping elsewhere if it werent for my deli trips each time. On my way home with the most amazing chicken tender sub Ive ever seen right now.

I was disappointed by the cake I purchased from the glass show case. It tasted old, not like a day or two old, but OLD. Store is very organized and love to shop there. But will stay away from the bakery section.

We had always enjoyed shopping here however after shopping yesterday we will no be returning for a while. There were 3 people shopping with no face masks. My brother and a friend here in Florence have died of CV-19. The Alabama law is to wear a mask.Very simple way to limit the spread. Walmart has placed a person at the entry door and will give anyone a mask who does not have one.

Kept very clean. Stock was good only a few sale items low but offer rain checks. Everyone on staff wearing masks. Announcements about social distancing but hard to hear. All in all, good prices and friendly service.
