As soon as I mentioned budget. Instant turn off for them because they where a High end store and quick to correct you if you miss speak of audio information....so if your an average Joe, like me Id go do my research and get the best you can from Walmart, they had a better attitude and let me check out the brands for frequency and ohms info and had a great attitude.

10/10 but Google only goes to 5...Had an Alpine 7 Touch Screen and Backup Cam installed.Their service rep was saint-level patient with me as in the weeks leading up to the install I asked every question you can think of to be sure my wife got the setup she was looking for.The team there did a perfect job, I will be taking all my vehicles there for any future needs I may have. Highly recommendCautionary Tale: My only regret is my forgetting to ask if the Apply Play cord could be installed where the lighter adapter is.

I had a remote starter installed by them and they did a great job. They were able to schedule me in the same day I called, explained my options and the total price. They were able to program it using my factory fob ( which Best Buy either couldn’t or wouldn’t do) and it all works looks and works great!

I recently got an auto start installed in my car and the staff exceeded my expectations!! I was very happy with the service, the product, the cost, and the turn around time. They took the time to educate me on what I purchased and demo it as well. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Guy at the desk sold me a brand new $430 amplifier not too long ago that cant even run with the manufacturer recommendations (1000 watt amp running 80 amp fuses on 5.5 ft of 8 gauge wire like the instructions say. Doesnt accept any smaller power wire). The amp keeps blowing my in-line fuses without any speakers even hooked up. Havent gotten it to run at all, and amp isnt damaged at all. I called to see if i could return, and still have all the parts from the box, but he says aint nothing i can do. You can call the manufacturer for a possible warranty. Very rude tone, and no integrity or confidence for the product he sold me

Staff is super helpful at helping you find exactly what you are looking for. I wasnt sure if they could do much for my old truck, but they ordered speakers and a single din stereo for it. At first they could only find this marine radio and offered to order that, and since I didnt care I went with it...however when it came time to place the order she confirmed with me if I wanted to switch to something else...in this case just a bluetooth stereo, and that saved me a bit of money. I would definitely recommend this shop...prices are great. Some other place wouldve costed $300 just for installation...but I think these guys have reasonable prices. Plus I only had to wait an hour and a half for the installation. Support small local business!

Best Buy was a 3 month wait to get a radio diagnosed. I called the Audio-Shop and they were flexible and was able to squeeze us in. We had a foreign radio with no instructions and they were willing and able to figure out what was wrong. Hope they didn’t have too much trouble using Google translate to get it up and running, but they succeeded and finished installing the head unit completely. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer everyone I know!

Went in to have my speakers stereo and subwoofer put in. The techs are extremely great. Brian the owner not so great. The bill was messed up on their end. I paid 3** something to have it all done. Well I left had issues with the system and I called him, he goes well we messed up on the bill so if you want it fixed you are going to have to pay the remainder of the bill. Will never ever ever go to them because of Brian. Took it somewhere else that corrected the issue. Wont give these guys another dime

Great place! Windows tinted fast

Bought a brand new Hyundai and had tint service included as part of the contract. The dealer sent my car to the Audio Shop to get the windows tinted. Picked the car up after service to discover bubbles all over every window and decided to give it a week or so for the bubbles to evaporate. After two weeks not only were the bubbles still there, more popped up so I called them to fix the issue. It seems as if they replaced the tint on the side windows, but the rear window looked untouched because the same bubbles were still all around the entire window. On top of that, I discovered they damaged the heating elements on the rear window as if they were scraped off in many different places. Also discovered they left spots of window adhesive all over the carpeting under the back window which will not come out. Tired of dealing with crappy work and multiple excuses from the Audio Shop so they will be hearing from my car insurance about the damages very soon. Cannot believe someone would do this to a brand new car!

Installed new front speakers about a month ago and no issues so far. They installed quickly and it was not expensive.

Bought a new radio putting it in my self... drove 45 minutes home opened box no face as well as wiring harness... never again will I buy anything from here...

If you want your windows tinted right don’t take your car to this place. The first time I took it there my windows ended up with a lot of bubbles. I took it back to get them re done and ended up with more bubbles and fuss behind the tints. They also didn’t put back parts of my doors right and left glue on the paint of my brand new 2018 car.

Expected the Worst. Got the Best.Went in expecting factory amp to be shot, needing a total after market replacement. The Audio Shop had my vehicle for less than 24 hours and diagnosed the issue (a wire to the amp rubbing on a piece of metal). This was music to my ears, as they could have very easily attempted to up sell me. Alex was a pleasure to to deal with and everyone else was very courteous. They corrected the problem and I was out the door for less than a hundo.Thanks, Guys.Satisfied Customer

PLEASE LISTEN AND NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH IN ORDER TO GET SPEAKERS INSTALLED IN MY CIVIC. BETWEEN TAKING TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM DONE BECAUSE I KEPT FINDING PROBLEMS- AND ITS A YEAR LATER AND IM STILL FINDING WAYS THEY ARE COSTING ME MONEY STILL. THEYVE DESTROYED MY WORRYING HARNESS IN MY DOORS, DESTROYED THE PANELS, DELETED SPEAKER INPUTS AND LEFT THEM TO FALL OUT WHEN I TOOK PANELS OFF, ALL OF MY CLIPS ARE BROKEN... I dont often feel very compelled to do customer reviews despite the number of time I have reviewed them personally and how much I value them but The Audio Shop is the exception to that rule. In 2013, I discovered The Audio Shop online and based on past customer reviews and a tour of the shop I decided to purchase a remote start as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. With the cost of a remote start and being a first time buyer I was skeptical at first but Bryon and his crew never let me down. I was able to come in and turn right back around and walk out that night with everything installed and he even was nice enough to treat me to lunch. Who does that these days? Not the dealership. My girlfriend and I love our Compu-star remote starter with Drone technology and love never worrying about locking our keys in the car, scraping the windows, or getting fried in the summertime ever again! I called them to see if they had 10 gauge speaker wire, they said yeah and to come on in. Took a late lunch from work to do it. When I got there they only had 16 gauge. Real shady place.

When I dropped my car off and walked inside to tell them I dropped my car off, they said they were closed, but everyone was there working. They were very rude about telling me they were “closed” and said it would take them awhile to work on my car because they are “closed”. Not a good experience so far and I haven’t even picked my car up yet.

I took my Camry to this AUDIO SHOP which is as new as you buy today or was . They did horrible scratches on my car dash but when i asked whats that ? Owner the Bald guy and his 2 stupid workers all came together and yelled at me . Said : WE ARE DONE .. NOW TAKE YOUR CAR AND GET OUT . YOUR CAR IS OLD AND ITS FALLING APART . well thats how i was treated and my car dash looks bad now . PLEASE NEVER EVER GO THEM . THEY ARE JUST NON PROFESSIONAL !!!
