Im from across the river so this first time dealing with Airport Ford. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It cost a little more each month (along with my car payment) and I thought it was the protection I needed for the cars my family and I have depended on for our long commutes to get to work. Thank goodness Airport Ford told me about the Ford Warranty Program. For the first time I had to use it on a large scale and I am very grateful I bought the Ford Warranty. I have purchased two Fords here with no complaints. However, I did have a bad experience with getting an oil change. It took one and a half hours. That is way too long. When I asked the young lady behind the service counter if she could find out how much longer it would be, she just shook her head and said No. I feel that this was a bit rude. I tried to post this on the Ford site but it never showed up. Hummm?
Had a recall service to get done on my 2012 Ford focus, they were great. Got it in and they called a few hours later with it done. Simple and painless experience.

Was interested in buying a truck, called them up: salesman seemed annoyed I was calling and said someone had a deposit on what I was looking at, but felt he would not buy the truck. Told me he would call me back, never did - so I had to follow up a couple of more times over a 3 day period. In the end, never heard back and decided to buy from another dealership the same day I called them; also whom was a lot more responsive and friendly.
Bob Winstel was wonderful, he worked with us all afternoon with our 2 month old. The finance office was quick and easy also! 10/10 experience.

I have read some horrible reviews for this dealership, I didnt know what to expect going down to look at an Explorer on their lot. As a phone customer/walk in, I couldnt have been treated any better.They absolutely did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer, and, while there, they did the same for everyone, transferring insurance for customers and doing all the DMV paperwork so no one has to deal with that during Covid19. In my 40 years of car buying, I have never seen a dealer do that for anyone.The vehicle was as I expected with a couple small issues, they took care of those, and all was well. I felt their asking price was fair, but talking them down a few dollars seems to be what we all want, and I like round numbers, and $400 wasnt a lot, but it rounded it out.Overall, a good experience, these guys were certainly multitasking, they all had multipul things going on, yet managed to keep things in order, and while they are not a local dealer for me(about 70 miles away), I would go back.The 2 individuals responsible for my positive dealership experience are Jeff White and my salesman Steve Kramer, both awesome guys to deal with.A obligatory photo of the new to me Explorer is posted as well.

Went there to purchase a vehicle. They will not work with you on pricing. Been a loyal customer for over 13 yrs bought 3 new cars and they were always willing to negotiate. This was a used car and would not do any negotiating.

I find there are two common types of car buyers: those who are interested in what is available, and those who know exactly what they want, understand dealers cannot waive a magic wand to reduce prices, and scan the national market for current rebates and opportunities for purchases, and want to work with a dealer to get what they want for a price that the market has available. For this latter type of buyer, a good/cooperative dealer/partner is not always easy to find because it requires more work than selling what is on the lot.I can tell you for this latter type of buyer, Airport Ford in Florence is a great place to go. The management and supervisors there will work with you and make it happen to the best of their abilities. Most of the time these types of purchases are tense, uncomfortable, and unpleasant. But not at Airport Ford. And, as a side note, Doug Maxwell is the best seller Ive ever bought from in this regard, and Ive bought a lot of cars. All in all, this is a good place to buy a vehicle!.
This is the only place we take our Fords. Weve owned at least one Ford or more for the past 12 years and the Parts and Service Departments at Airport Ford are the best. One of the Service guys has been on the job for a really long time, were talking decades. Many thanks to Mario and the rest.
I just bought a Cadillac xt5 at Airport Ford and I absolutely love it! They had it at a lower cost than anywhere around the area. Airport Ford is very quick and efficient. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. They were laid back and my salesman Jeff was awesome! I usually hate buying a car. I hate the entire process but not this time. Everyone from my sales guy Steve, the guy in finance, and the guy that cleaned my new car...ALL of them were awesome and made the buying process so easy. I would highly recommend them. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!Just had one leaky tire (Had to put air in every 4-5 days). After sitting 2 hrs for 1st service appt, they said th tire had no problem. Of course the tire kept leaking, so I had to sit 3 hrs for a second appt (yesterday) but they said they fixed it this time. Two hours later at home I went outside to leave, & my tire rim was literally sitting on the ground....not one lb. of air in it. Now I have to wait another week and give them my car a whole day....to fix the same little tire!!! Not only can they not fix a tire, they made it so much worse I can hear & feel the air leaking right back out when I fill it. So now I cant go anywhere, and they asked if I had AAA like its my fault!! Ive been left hanging, and they didnt even get me a third appt for another week. WOWW Unbelievably incompetent service center!!!!

Had a great sales consultant bob winstel.I liked two explorer’s.it was hard for me to get out to look at them.bob drove one to my work so I could look it over and drive it.I liked it but wanted to look at the 2nd explorer before I made my decision .so that night when I got off of work at 7:00 I drove to airport Ford .Took me about an hour .Bob met me there after hours to let me drive the other explorer.how nice of him.so I decided on the 2nd explorer !Bob then got the paper work together an delivered the explorer to my house!!when the wife wants a new focus I’m calling bob.

Experienced some car trouble while driving through Kentucky on way to Florida. Limped into the dealership minutes before they closed. Brandon took the time to get the car onto a lift, diagnose the problem (a hose had popped off), and fix it - all in about 20 minutes. It should be noted the Ohio State game was at halftime and he and the crew were understandably anxious to get home to watch it and they still took the time to help us. Could not have been more appreciative - good people here and excellent service.
Service department has no structure. I dropped my $50K truck off to be worked on and after 8 hours it was not even looked at. They over schedulevehicles to be serviced. Dont waste your time with this dealership.
Not very helpful since I bought my Ford elsewhere and they dont honor the Ford premier warranty which I paid a lot for! Will never buy or have anything serviced thru them!
Not to impressed with the service department. Not very friendly or even seem to care if you are taken care of. It almost seems like the customer is a nuisance. I will not be back. I was even thinking of purchasing my next vehicle here but after this experience not going to happen.
Had to bring my car back after after a reoccurring issue. I had dealt with John both times. John was very professional and told me exactly what was going on. They got the issued fixed the next morning promptly. All I can ask for is honesty and promptness and I have never had issues with Airport Ford in the almost 30 years of dealing with them

Just your standard oil change
Fixed the water pump on my ford taurus. They seemed to do it quickly and accommodated me with a rental. I was happy. Until 2 months later when my engine blew. I was told my 2 different mechanics that if they dont install the new water pump right then water gets into the engine and causes total engine failure. My car only has 80,000 miles on it.. Now im having a different shop put a new engine in. Terrible place. Do not take your car here. Take it literally anywhere but here.
Doug Maxwell took care of us with our new Ford Explorer!!!! He answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable about what we were buying! The process was fast then normal and we were surprised by that. We had trouble with one of our tires, it had a leak somewhere. We called Doug and he told me to bring it in. After getting the call to pick the car up, Doug informed us that they put 4 brand new tires on our car. This was sooo awesome since we were going to have to buy tires in the near future. I will definitely go back if I ever need to look at another car!

EVERYONE AT AIRPORT FORD IS GREAT. WE RENTED A CAR FOR AN EXTENDED TRIP AND THE EDGE WAS GREAT, JUST LIKE THE ONE I OWN BUT, DIDNT WANT TO PUT THE MILES ON IT. I HAS MY OIL CHANGED WHEN I RETURNED AND ONCE AGAIN, YOU CANNOT BEAT THEIR SERVICE.
Drove 90 miles to look at 2 cars and ended up leaving with one of them. No pressure to buy, easy to test drive and best price around for 200 mile. Would recommend to anybody looking for a vehicle.
Terrible customer service. Rush you into running your credit then they just completely abandon you. Not to mention I put a deposit on a vehicle and nobody cares enough to give an occasional update on the status of my application. Awful experience! Would not recommend!
Worst Dealership I have EVER experienced in my car buying years. I started with an inquiry online. I got zero response,then only when I asked the chat bot lady why I had no response after many hours. I then immediately got a generic text/email. When I asked a question and said Im ready to buy now Still zero response. I then attempted another chat,which was told Go to yhe dealership. I am disabled after a recent brain tumor removal,on a cane,but I did. I walked INTO the showroom...Even Got in the driver & passenger side of a Bronco and 3 guys walked around me,never said hello can I help you nothing,I walked out and looked at the cars on the lot with no response. From My car,I attempted to call and ask for a General Manager or management which I was told We are CLOSED due to winter hours. And Im sitting in my car noone is here. I also Applied for Ford Motor Credit Earlier in the day and Shocker...noone called emailed text to let me know the outcome. And according to Ford Credit only the dealership can pull the info. Now,This is after I sent them my Already Approved letter from USAA (I was just wanting the 0% ). So I had my own financing,I said I was ready to buy...Tell Me Sales people...Arent I Prime Rib Here???? Im blown away at the lack of innitiation for a sale,, lack of communication,and disrespect for out right lying to me. This is all documented,with texts and print screens from the chat bot lady online. And Im sure Their Security Cameras can show me browsing the showroom with people walking by me. I guess if you are a 40 yr old woman,with a cane,you dont look like a sale???? DO NOT DEAL with Airport Ford.
I took my truck there for a no start after 2 weeks and 800$ later they called me and said it was the overheat sensor. So I believed them I went to pick it up and the only thing it did was start it ran worse then ever before and wouldn’t even stay running it would stall. I got home changed the oil and spark plugs and cleaned fuel injectors like they told me and nothing helped. I called them back and asked them what else was done bc if I unplug the sensor they installed my truck still starts so that is not what fixed it but they wanted nothing to do with that. They said I can bring it back down and they will diagnose it again for another 200$ and we will go from there. They did not help at all for someone who has a ford truck and a Ford Mustang.
Service Department is a JOKE! Terrible, rude, unprofessional service. Set an appointment weeks in advance for them to check a rattling that is happening in my new 2020 Escape when I drive it 55+ MPH. While it was there I wanted them to go ahead and do an oil change and reset the recall notice I received. I dropped my car off at 7:35 am, and they didnt even check my car for the main reason I drop it off, to check the rattling. They said they drove it around the parking lot and couldnt replicate the noise and didnt have time to drive it on the highway (which they are literally right next too). So of course they couldnt replicate the noise because it only happens when you go 55+. They gave a bunch of excuses as to why they didnt have time and was extremely rude that I was even questioning why they didnt have time. This is not the first time I have been there for an issue, and they couldnt replicate the issue. I will not be going back here for anything ever again. I will go to any other Ford dealership. This place is a joke.
The service department is top-notch!! They have taken care of my 2012 Fusion since I purchased it new. All the guys make you feel comfortable and make sure that you know when anything needs to be taken care of mechanically with your vehicle..I was there during the Covid-19 pandemic and the place was spotless and all were practicing social distancing as well as wearing masks. Thank you so much to Mario, John, Brandon and my favorite mechanic Paul and all the other personnel who make my experience the best.

WORST car dealership to purchase from...bought a Ford Explorer through them and I have had it in the shop LITERALLY every months with new issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy lol.
Completely lied to us and said our turbo needed to be changed and tried to charge us 3k. Went for second consult, and another dealer said there was absolutely nothing wrong. This dealers service center is the biggest scam and filled with in trustworthy people. STAY AWAY and Beware. Always get a second opinion. It saved me thousands.

Traded my 2013 Ford Explorer for a 2015 Ford Fusion. I had wonderful customer service. Didn’t bombard me with additional add ons or a newer car like most dealers do. Once I said I wasn’t interested it was never spoken of again. Steve K was great. He was more of a friend helping me out versus a sales man. I could tell he really cared. Outstanding service! I had two recalls and needed my driver side window fixed. Brandon in the service department was very friendly and helpful. He even set up a free shuttle ride back to my house while they worked on my car. They finished the work fast and was very professional. Really excellent!!!

Fixed daughters car, the man that worked on it was rude to her and kept telling her that the insurance company didnt send payment to them and insurance company said they did. So took 2 hours to get it worked out.

This time I tired to make a appointment on line to get the oil changed in our daughters car so I booked it for last Wednesday @8 am then they called me and said they could not do the oil change until this Monday. You need to fix this issue with what your website says and what is really available. And also I feel If I drop my car off the night before my 8 am appointment the next day I would think my car would be done at 4 pm or sooner. When we arrived to pick her car up it was not done so we had to wait at least another 30 minutes for it to be done. I understand these are not normal times but if you tell a customer that there car is going to be done at 4 pm it should be done.This is the second time this has happened so next time we will go some place else
This was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever. The sales staff was exceptional in their knowledge and worked patiently through the process. There was no rush or push to buy. I was given time to process and think through the experience. I have been to many dealers/brands and by far the best experience.

There was a slight parts holdup but certainly understandable given todays virus shutdowns.
