They were so amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the baby Yoda things for the big 9 year old birthday girl! They were all very helpful with my facial jewelry. They even referred us to their sister company, Box Lunch! Both of those places have the most amazing and friendly employees! 🖤❤💜

Always a treat going in to Hot Topic--I never visit the mall without shopping here, and I always buy something. The staff are always cordial and helpful; they really contribute to the great atmosphere of the store. Great selection of products, from collectables to clothing, and they probably have the best T-shirt selection in the entire mall. Its a must-visit in the mall for sure.

I really like this store. It is pretty small inside and if to many people are in there it makes it hard to look around is the only issue. But as far as the items being sold I really like what they have. The staff is always nice and helpful.

There’s like only one employee here who isn’t rude. You can tell they treat you according to the size you are, and not just employees but whoever decided that they will absolutely not carry plus sized items in this store. It’s a complete joke.

Extremely rude manager. My mask had fallen below my nose and she comes over and tells me to get it above my nose very harshly. I had a handful of last minute gifts and was trying to adjust my bags to get the mask up before she came over. I put 300.00 worth of merchandise back on the shelf and went over to Spencers instead.

Avoid at all cost. Placed order at store got something totally different. Returned it to the store to get the correct item. When the correct item never showed I went to the store just to be told that they couldnt help. And couldnt refund. Go somewhere else dont waste your money.

Always wanna just buy everything. Best store for gifts.

Every time I walk into the Florence Mall store I am impressed all over again. The salespeople are always extreme polite, knowledgeable about the in-store and online merchandise and availability of stock. They are more than willing to check other stores, and have volunteered to place an online order. I can only wish for this kind of service in other stores. Kudos,

Store is completely inaccessible for those with wheelchairs. I used to love Hot Topic until clothes and funko pops completely cut me off from getting inside. Im stunned theyre still open and nothing has been done about their inaccessibility!

Always one of my favorite places to shop! I go especially for their BT21 collection. The staff are very helpful and sweet making you feel very comfortable in the store. They are willing to order items online if they are out of stock in store and have them sent to the store with free shipping. Also I love how the Hot Cash coupons are stackable! Most places will not allow this so you can really get wonderful deals if you save up all your hard earned Hot Cash! Overall a wonderful company to buy from.

The store itself is great. And the employees are decent but when I went, my service wasnt great. The person helping kept trying to get me to buy things that were more pricey ( I know thats how buisness goes but it was unpleasant and giving me anxiety) then when they finally went away so I could shop, they seemed to be rushing me to leave. It was only one bad experience though, so overall a good store.

I like how cheap everything is to buy but the sales girl spent 7-10 MINUTES holding up the building line trying to sell us other stuff and trying to push us into giving her our phone number for a rewards program (when we told her no 10-15 times she finally just rang us up) but it was not a fun experience and that employee should not be working the register. I dont remember her name otherwise Id tell you

Absolutely AMAZING!! I am an older parent with a 12 year daughter that loves anime. Needless to say this was the first time I allowed her to pick a place to shop. Megan was working and she was great!!! She helped my daughter pick out age appropriate yet cool clothes. Megan was upbeat, respectful and fun!! Your selection is great appealing to all different people. Megan represents Hot Topics in a very positive and awesome manner. I can not Thank her enough!

Pushy, rude, nagging, and over all incredibly uncomfortable. I love the store dont get me wrong. I love that they sell all different things but I HATE having things shoved in my face telling me to buy more or buy another thing or being asked you sure you dont want something else? We have this and this and this five hundred times while Im checking out. I hate how they shove things down your throat. And plus I needed to return something I bought online and they were so rude about it. They kept asking me to exchange it for something else instead and telling me they have a ton of other stuff I could buy and it took 20 minutes to do the return just because they were trying to make me buy other things. I hate not wanting to go into the store because I know Ill be forced into an uncomfortable situation.

Not too good of An experience at all..I myself am a big Fan of Viking ...Death&Black metal..Moral of the story I wear an XL to a 2X ..was looking For an Amon Amarth shirt in my Size..All I seen were Small and Medium ones..When I asked if they had Any more mind you Store manager was nice...So not a problem with him...But says well we only order one in that size..1 mind you...Hmmm I dont know if You know Amon Amarth or Any Viking metal bands Fan base....We are stout Whether muscular or some portly Nordic and Celtic men and Women..Question how many men of Nordic or True Celtic Decent like myself do you see or know Wear a Small ...Medium or Even a regular large shirt...Prime example look at the Band Amon Amarth ...None of them are below 6ft tall if not more...none of them are small guys...So in conclusion...I feel if someone is not a Screamo/Emo core. Tiny person You dont Cater to a bands Fan base too well...But as I said the manager I believe he was very kind and polite...No problems with him or Workers of the store..They were pleasant..I know Probley what Im saying isnt going to make a difference ..But just my Thoughts ..And have a blessed day..

Walked around and within the first ten minutes and was asked if I needed assistance by three different employees. It visibly made me nervous. A lot of the shirts were mislabeled too. Only bought one thank God. After checking every possible label it had. I put it on. Way too tight. It was labeled XL (Extra Large) everywhere. I put the shirt on a friend whos about a M (Medium) and it fit him just fine. Ugh..

In this store you will find lots of band merch as well as a lot of tv show and movie merch (sweat shirts, sweat pants, t-shirts, accessories, etc). They also have t shirts for other things, some have sayings some have pictures. Make-up, nail polish, jeans, shorts and lots of accessories. But, the prices are pretty high for some things.
