They really are the most skilled in town, which is why my brother and I use them for our gaming pc’s and laptops. Unfortunately, they are extremely rude and arrogant. I wish there was another place as reliable, but I have to admit the quality of work is top notch…even if their customer service is nonexistent. So long as you can tolerate sarcasm and condescending attitude, you’ll be happy with their work.

Im a techy millennial type and I fix most of my computer issues myself, so I had the impression that places like these were a thing of the 90s/early 2000s and not really relevant today. They were able to quickly diagnose the problems with my wifes computer and even though they couldnt get the data off of the damaged hard drive they were able to provide me with someone who could.The store itself is very well kept, the location is convenient and the atmosphere upon entering the store is friendly and professional. The best part was they didnt charge us a single penny for the analysis and for removing the damaged hard drive.I would certainly come here again with any other computer related issues. Great experience.

They fixed my computer but they never communicated with me. I had to go in twice to get updates on my computer. Once they informed me the wrong part had been sent in. The next time my computer was ready but they had never contacted me to let me know. With all that being said, my computer does work so thats a plus.

Built my own pc and was really worried when it didn’t start, Nick showed me that I had the power sw cable in the wrong spot and fixed it free of charge in 30 seconds! Would recommend!

I bought a computer from this store and had it customized before I picked it up. Once or twice Ive had questions and instead of the you better bring it in response, that really means I am going to spend money, they worked with me over the phone. That was in 6 years ago (2009) and I still use it today. Thanks yall, really great work.

There is no match in Florence when it comes to Compuforce. There isnt nothing these guys dont know. Ive been messing and tinkering with computer since I can remember and these guys know what theyre doing. Anytime I have a problem with my PC I know exactly where Im going to take it. The prices are unbeatable and unmatched. The customer service is always perfect and friendly!

I brought my PC in for repair, knowing only that it would not turn on. The staff at Compuforce replaced the Power Supply and did so without charging me too much. I walked away very satisfied; when my computer needs servicing again, I will be using CompuForce.
