Avoid this location at all cost. I spent 10 min trying to scan my documents only to have am error message say that the machine had to be serviced and canceled out my job. I approached the service desk with 3 employees were there and zero customers and yet I was told to wait!!! After 6 minutes I was fuming and walked out. Normally a customer waiting for help would be more important than whatever they were working on the computer. These people had no customers and were not busy and I can see why. Awful!!

Needed two images printed out and laminated. The employee simply says they can’t do it. I have to do it online. I understand they want to push everything online, but I waited for 15 minutes for two pieces of paper and she simply said she can’t. (Or that she could but it would take her a few hours). TWO PIECES OF PAPER. (Also, it has nothing to do with the laminator because the gentleman in front of me had just had something laminated)

Some experiences just stick with you and make you so grateful for kind people. I want to share my experience with Andre Williams, print center in Florence, Alabama.My grandmother was laid to rest in her beloved home, Colbert County in June. With all the arrangements and grief of loss, we forgot to do a program. It was so important that we did this program to share the story of her life, a beautiful poem she wrote and to give everyone in attendance a keepsake to hold dear. We created a program the evening before the funeral. We arrived at Office Depot the morning of funeral, that was scheduled at noon, with worry for the program being completed in time. We were quickly put at ease by Andre. He was so kind, reassuring and let us know he could get the programs completed in an hour. We were so relieved!What we thought could possibly be a hassle, became a comfort. We were able to take few moments to fill out greeting cards to be delivered to nursing homes that were made available at this store. What a beautiful idea and blessing to all in nursing homes during this difficult time.In less than an hour, Andre called to inform us the programs were completed. Not only were they completed, they were perfect! They were even better than the file I emailed him. I could not have asked for a more exemplary experience. The only good thing we can say about this place is that it is clean. The employees need to learn about customer service. Not a single employee asked if we needed help or to give them a minute to find someone to help us. This is the last timecwe will ever set foot in that place. You gave electronics n Huntsville a heck of a sale....599.00 cash. They know how to treay customers.

The print and design center is very subpar. My first issue was an order for cards that were printed they were horrible they were different colors and white was showing in different places it was just very unprofessional I definitely shouldn’t have picked the order up and paid for it but I did. I tried to give them another chance on a simple same day print that should have been ready at 4:15 I got there at 6:00 not ready and once again same subpar look white showing on the cut, cut not straight. I placed an order for cards for front and back earlier that will be ready Friday and after that I will never be back. I have dealt with Office Depot Print in several markets larger markets and have never had an issue with quality.

Andre in printing was awesome! Handled everything perfectly and diligently. Made it very easy. If more people worked like Andre did the world would be a better place. Office Depot has my business now.

If you need something for the office you can find it here. If youre not picky about the specific items you can usually find at least one of anything with a substantial discount.. lose one Star for spamming me to death with at least one email per day! Had to unsubscribe to make it stop. But my local store has a good record with me. Always nice knowledgeable staff that are patient and pleasant!

I needed help deciding which office supplies was better for my husband, this young man opened package an showed me the difference an even saved me money by pulling his phone out an doing price match!! No rush just great service.

I like to think positive going in to businesses but this place is very run down and dirty, staff is disorganized and not very happy, they are understaffed on qualified associates, and do not have basic materials required for customers such as scissors, a work station, trash cans, utensils, and X-acto blades. I normally do my business with Office Depot and couldn’t receive an exact blade to get to my second step in business. Do not recommend and never coming back.

Stood in line for a while even though there were only a couple of customers. Manager seemed to be unavailable to assist cashier. Staff were taking extra time to make sure customers understood though, so they had good reasons.

Great prices but hard to find someone to answer questions. Merchandise is scattered around the store. I needed labels but had to make three trips up and down aisles to find the right ones.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with most any office supplies one will need. Has a good printing department and a good assortment of computers, printers and supplies.

The people there was not friendly had Lied ahead of time before I went to the store about a laptop charger was told they had the specific one i needed get there and it was universal Im the type of person that dont like to be lied too and i dont like for people to get me a smart attitude when your trying to sell me a product at the same time

They have a good selection of office supplies. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also accept empty ink and toner cartridges.

Excellent customer service . But I would make one suggestion regarding the copy fax and print service counter. Dont have confidential order forms on counter where it can be seen by customers like me! Particularly when I know the person (old boss) that signed the purchase order. Yikes. Be careful.

Had to start going back here after Best Buy left. Nothing flashy but totally competent for most urgent tech needs. No TVs. Not for casual electronics gazing, but gets the job done.

Its the only full office supply for miles. Staff turnover is high, and training quality is poor. Simple print tasks are often not within the knowledge of the staff. If you have a print job, know exactly how to make it happen before you arrive. The staff is very friendly, too bad the company doesnt give them the tools for success.One gripe, they stopped taking UPS packages. It was the thing I used then for the most often.

Getting them to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. I took stuff there to be printed out and the guy told me it would be done that day after 4pm (I brought it there at 11am) and when I called there the next morning the lady said the paper says it would be ready at the end of the week, she was rude and not customer friendly at all considering I was on hold for over 20mins just to be told something I was already told would be done, wont be ready until the end of the week. Very unfriendly staff. If I could rate it a 0 I would. Definitely wont go back there.

I done an online order from Office depot and was charge twice ($597.67) for one computer, 2 days apart. When I called the 1-800 number I got the run around said they didnt see where I pay for the computer twice but at the bank and online it show one payment coming out on the 2/22/2018 and the other coming out on 2/26/2018. I called the home office florence to see if they could help, their answer was that they were not connected to the online Office depot but on Google the address under the same ad has Florence location written in bold letter with a link to the store. I finally got some lead way from a clerk on the website by chatting. I show her all proof before she got back with me and said the full amount will be back in my account in 24 hrs it would be refunded. I will let you guys know tomorrow. As of 8:57 on 2/27/2018 has been 24 hrs NOT reimburse (funny how it it took 2 second to take out of my account but for some unknown reason it is going to take 24 hrs and plus to put back into my account) Online Office depot is starting to feel like a scam. I finally got my money back into my account, Thanks to my bank. Looks like I will be doing business elsewhere.

Hard to get any help and once you do they do not seem to be knowledge enough to help with selecting a computer that works best for your situation
