The same night shift worker keeps the door locked, and blatantly ignores, walks away to the back, or makes rude faces and gestures toward all customers, on this supposed 24 hour store. *I just noticed that other customer reviewers have been complaining about this for months and nothing is being done about it. Time for management to either step in and stop this behavior or to decide to list different in-store shopping hours, at the very least.

Two times now the same worker has had the door locked while people stood outside the door waiting to get in as she came from the back once and stood at the register the other time looking directly at us and still never unlocked the door. These have occurred within the past month.

Thus is the sec time ive stoped to get something after work and the door is locked the worker looked at me and rolled eyes and walked to the back!! It sayds its open 24/7 bull!!!!

They are closed even though they are advertized to be 24 hours

This place has exceptional customer service!! I just stopped to inflate my car tires. I didn’t even buy any gas or convenience store items. I was having trouble with the air machine and went inside to ask if it were working. A gentleman, I should have asked his name but I didn’t, told me it was working then proceeded to come out and help me not only read the glaring credit card screen, but also read the proper pressure setting off my tires and inflated them. I am new to the area. This is my gas station!!

Blake (Thats enough) wouldnt cut on my pump after I prepaid on my birthday! I would really want to be contacted by corporate, becauseBlake obviously doesnt need to be running a gas station.

Out of coffee. No food. Only reason to go is the cheap gas. Mapco used to be better. I would go out of my way to go to a mapco for the coffee. Not anymore. Got email saying they had a free donut. They were out. So unprofessional.

Will not be back. After waiting in line I get to the counter and the cashier asked to see my daughters license in order for me to purchase beer along with other drinks. Need I might say she never put her hands on the beer at all. I bet if I had a small child on my hip though it wouldve been sold with no questions asked!!

Always out of coffee. Manager limps around like he is in severe pain and gives me his life story as an excuse. Im sorry man, I feel for you but if you are in that much pain, go home.

This used to be the best Mapco in Florence. In the past year, it seems to have become the worst with a big turnover of employees. I used to know everyone by name but now there is someone new everytime I come in and theyre just not friendly to the customers anymore. It seems like they are running off their best employees and the new ones just dont care. Ive started going to Murphy Express a couple miles away even though this Mapco is closer. They have nicer employees and a better reward system. Sorry, Mapco, but you lost another customer until you can get this place in order.

I work at the Hyundai store down the access road next to Applebees. This is the gas station that we see multiple times every single day and were all frustrated.Here are my issues.-Receipt tape at pumps is empty... for weeks on end. Now the ones closest to the entrance you may be lucky to find one filled.-Pumps fail... regularly.-Card readers fail... even more regularly.-The window cleaner stations are often empty both in towels and for squeegee.-The attendants dont have the freedom at such a busy intersection to be able to service these items when there is often one and maybe two working.My positive comments go to the nice attendants and that the inside of the store is clean and well kept. Unfortunately the main reason most folks go inside is because of the fuel on the outside.I have emailed the corporate office too look into this but there was not a response. If it were my decision, business would be taken elsewhere and as a consumer you better believe I do not go to ANY MAPCO station whatsoever.I now shop at Chevron regardless if its higher or not, sometimes service REALLY IS more important than a few cents at the pump.
