My favourite gas station in Florence. easy in & easy out. rarely is there a wait. very friendly guys that work there. buy 3 packs of cigarettes & they always give me a free lighter.

A frequent customer of the store for 30+ years= Never again. The only 2 times ive had a problem were under the current new ownership. I was in this past week when i purchased an assorted array of items one of which should have been a can of butane lighter fluid. Upon leaving my items were in a bag, i left and that was that. The following night at home i went to retrieve the lighter fluid being the remaining items were still in the bag and found that the lighter fluid was not there but yet a glass pen. I travelled back to the shop to explain the mistake and pick up the lighter fluid i assumed i had paid for when i noticed the same clerk on duty. Upon explaining my situation i was met with more than a rude and condescending attitude and even told i asked for the item. these items are used from what im told to smoke crack cocaine. Sorry but I am going to pass ugh, I was told not only did i ask for the item but also i couldnt have my money back. I was also told the lighter fluid was then 2.00 higher than before. Naturally i had reached a boiling point and demanded my money back. I was told that if i got the money back i was then banned from the store. Days since being banned = 5 . Money spent at my newest store Lil Stevies north Pine street $76.50. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys and their crack pipes.
