I had terrible experience with Ashley Furniture, waiting 13 weeks for a couch that never came. I went into High Point Sofa today, picked out the couch I wanted and it was delivered by 5pm this evening. The whole process was so smooth and quick! From the employees & delivery drivers provided great customer service. The salesman/manager negotiated with me and gave me a good deal. I will definitely be returning!

When tell you this company is beyond 5 stars. They are more like 1000 stars. Im beyond grateful for the very best customer service everrrrr. They have the best deals ever.. You will not be disappointed at all. Please know it brought me to tears on how they handle customer care.

Only order from here if you like to wait and be lied to. Prices are good but I have been told six different delivery dates on when my furniture will arrive. I still have not received All the furniture and I order 2.5 months ago.

OMG where do I begin! High point sofa factory of Florence,SC really has mastered the art of customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied with my purchase. The staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the merchandise. The delivery time was magical. I have never had such promptness when receiving furniture. I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends. I will definitely be back to purchase more quality furniture!

Mostly cheap made furniture. Prices not bad, depending on what you are looking for. Owner/manager will negotiate on prices. We did buy a nice cabinet at a great price!

We always get out furniture from here. We have bought two mattresses two bedroom sets and a living room over the past five years and we are always really happy with the price and service. We will be visiting soon again for a new living room set!

This place has bad customer sevice i put a product on layway i changed my mind but now they say i cant get my refund back i can only get store credit no one explained or told me this before i put it on layway or i would not have got it now i am out the money i paid on it and can only get store credit not good customer service they wont have a repeat customer i will never get anything from them again
