Went to pick up neighbors lawn mower. Paid cash got a receipt for work, they helped load the rider, two weeks later they call my neighbor asking if he paid for his service when he picked it up, the neighbor is elderly freaking out I explained I gave him the change and receipt. He could not find receipt, so eventually I had to call them to straight it out bad service bad book keeping, best you go somewhere else. They won’t be in business long. Cant remember! Theres a shocker! Check your records didnt say it was today!!!

Bought a zero turn around 2 months ago, it starting stalling and running rough,,, went to the store, told them the problem,,, came and picked up my mower on Tuesday and today is Thursday, my mower is home, runs like a champ, Thank you all for all that you do,, Great Service!!!!

This place is great. We took our toro zero turn in and dropped it off about two weeks ago. Had it delivered back to our house, everything went smoothly.I just found out that they do have lower prices in the winter months, so I think I will look into taking some handheld equipment in later this year. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service I received. Went in to price a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. They didnt have the smaller size rider, but called around to see about getting one. When it wasnt going to until Spring, they offered a discount on the larger one. They put the rider together, installed mulch kit and delivered all the same day. Cant get service like this at the big box stores! Well worth the visit!!

Horrible service and rude. Needed a new head gasket for my lawn mower. They had to order it and said it should be in within two weeks. Well.... three weeks later I called and asked about it. Their answer was were still waiting on the part, so I waited a week and called (same answer). Did this several times and finally I asked why dont you order it from someone else? They say great idea. They call me back and say itll be done in a few days. I get it back, start it and oil starts spraying all over, its loud as can be. Found a hose that wasnt connected. Even though I connected it and it stopped spraying oil it isnt running right. Still loud and cant use. Figures they are closed. Should have listened to the reviews instead of picking a place that was closer and more convenient.

They get 2 stars because the manager eventually stepped in and pulled this out of the fire. Otherwise it would have been an easy 1-star rating. Problems were terrible customer service (rude and unhelpful are the most kind description I can use), and no follow-up from their repair team. Who knows how long that mower would have sat over there before anyone decided to tell me it wasnt able to be saved. I should have listened to the other reviews on here. Lesson learned.

Dealt with them on a couple occasions and never a great experience. Customer service is non existent. The worst was a couple years ago when they picked my Zero Turn up for service said it would be two weeks (Which is long to begin with). Three weeks later I call and explain that I need the mower back so I can you know mow my yard. The person on the phone copped a big attitude and then said fine Ill be there today. Drops the mower off with a big bill and leaves in a tiff. Find out that they intentionally installed one of the blades upside down and faulted out my hour counter. Will never go here again. Beware.

I’m not one to write a bad review however, having owned a business I know how important a good review is and how devastating bad reviews can be so here goes. I took my Toro push mower to them for service 3 weeks ago. I was told it would be a week and a half because they were backed up. Two weeks later they call me and tell me I need a new carburator and they would have to order it. Kind of strange because I have the most popular mower out there. You would think they would stock that part. Another week goes by and they said they still don’t have the part in. I asked for the model number and said I can find the part and bring it up to you. It took me two minutes to find a part with one phone call and a 10 minute drive. I drop the part off and they said sorry we will have it for you on Monday this was a Saturday. Said it would only take 10 minutes to put the part on but they were just too busy. You would have thought they would have made an exception for me since I went to all the trouble to pick the part up and deliver the part personally to them. My suggestion would be avoid this company as they are not concerned with customer service at all.I said thanks for keeping my mower for 3 weeks and doing nothing. I took it home and watched you tube video. Installed new carburator in 20 min.

My Husband owns a very old riding lawn mower. Now I can understand that it may have problems. But for about the past 12 years, every single Summer there is always something wrong, totaling around a $100 or $200. This year he bought tires for it and one of them went flat. $42 for a tire. After all these charges weve paid for repairs we could have bought a new one.

Both employees at the desk ignored for as long as they could get by with it. Then the male gave me one price for what I needed turned me over to the female and she increased the price and then taxed me for a service. As I woman I woukd never step foot in there again if they had not botched the job. Now I have to go and I expect to hear that its not their fault its mine.

I personaly feel that every parts place is over priced because there is only 5 in the area bit this place is way overpriced. The biggest down side is the customer service. The front desk person is always pissed or something because she is very rude. It was not just one time but multiple times.

Terrible service...steer clear..took 3 weeks to replace a belt ..made one lap and the new belt shredded.. stiil charged another $150 and yup another 3 weeks..if i could give it zero stars i would..and calls inquiring about the status were vague with respect to price and when the mower would be finished.. stay away

Was very disappointed with how long it took to get my riding lawn mower fixed and how they only called me twice in the month that they had my mower. I understand that parts take time and they are very busy but we felt like they blew us off and one never even returned my call when they said they were going to call back later. I had to call them back a couple of days later to see what was going on. I guess what really pushed me to write this review was when they said they were delivering our mower we called to see when it was coming and the guy was short and rude said the driver has been out since 9 am it will get there sometime. Well, we have to work and was just wondering about what time we could expect it there and that was the unprofessional answer we got. The friendliest person we dealt with was the driver who was friendly,courtesy and just a pleasant person to talk too. I never write reviews because I am not into negativity but I feel like they mistaken our kindness for weakness and the way that we was treated with the last phone call was what pushed me to write a review. What happen to customer service these days?

These people are scam artist I had a craftsman push mower what seemed to be a carburetor problem due to ethanol gas they told me I needed new mower because sears was out of business and carburetor was no longer available my friend fixed this mower and parts still available be aware they are there to make a buck ripoffs
