Very nice owner and workers, but the selection is a tad low for my taste. That being said, they have a decent amount... but a couple of other local stores have more...

Inquired about a firearm when it was posted on sale via their facebook page after hours, told them i would be there when they opened. I was there 20 minutes early and they let someone else call dibs on it that wasnt even there, while refusing to sell it to me. Thats not how you treat customers. 100% will not be back.

Really friendly people here, which is the number one thing I look for in a store. I am educated and dont usually need much help beyond having someone show me something thats locked up... so as long as you can be friendly to the people who are potentially about to give you money, Im cool. Not the biggest selection in town but decent prices and no elitist attitudes from the employees. Prices arent bad at all either.

Great place to go look and buy from. They were super nice and patient I asked a lot of questions and they were very helpful. I decided to buy a gun from them, and it wont be the last time. You dont need to go to a big store for the best deals. I drove from Birmingham to support small businesses.

Lock and Load has the friendliest staff and has the lowest gun prices in the Shoals area. They have a large selection of new and previously owned handguns and long guns. If they don’t have it Clagett Talley, the owner is willing to order it for you. Layaway and financing is also available. You will not leave without laughing!!
