I love the Honey Baked Ham Company! They have the best ham and turkey around. Great sandwiches. Amazing sides and sauces. You can order online. Very clean store. Friendly staff. Great picnic deal right now for $19.99.

Excellent food, very clean, large open space with easy music. Ham is awesome. Cheese and broccoli soup was good, tea was fresh. Regular prices. Croissants were great.

This will be my first and last time ordering from this store. They got my order wrong for one then when I questioned them about it all the employees had a nerve to get an attitude and get smart with me. Then when I asked for corporate number nobody knew the number then had the nerve to tell me to look it up. And corporate was no help either. I work in restaurant management and I already know how things work, but everyone in this store needs a new lesson in customer service ASAP! You dont have to worry aboutvme spending anymore money in this or any other honeybake ham locations because clearly customers dont come first in your establishments.

I was very disappointed with the ham I recently purchased. It is was very fat and I would not have bought it if they had shown it to me. Maybe they should wrap them in a clear package so customers would know what they are buying.

Ham sandwich always good, but counter staff arent very friendly. They had to handle my phone to use the coupon HBH emailed me. She wore a mask but handled money, the register, cups and my phone. Apparently COVID germs dont stick to her hands. She might have said 5 words to me.

Horrible service! The staff at acted like they were doing me some huge favor by waiting on me. Rude and abrupt. No kindness, no manners, no graciousness! Very disappointing from a company that in other areas shines!!!

Every time I go in the store the wait staff is rude, unfriendly, non responsive when asked questions, Etc !!!!It has been that way for over a year !

Came in to use a gift card and had a balance, so we went to the cafe. We ordered the meals, and we had a question because the advertised sign said it adds an additional $3.49 for a side or chips, cookie, and drink. The cashier said we werent getting the cookie and we asked why and she just told us that the meal didnt come with the cookie. We asked for the manager and apparently it was $2.50 extra to get it without the cookie, which wasnt a big deal, thats fine since it was finally made clear to us why we werent getting what we thought came with the meal. The problem came when the manager had a very bad attitude and treated us like we were stupid. They wont let you have the receipt until you get your food, so how were we to know how much they charged us for each item? Instead of addressing our questions, she went on a thing about corporate pricing. Nasty bathroom, place is a mess. Food was okay. Employees eating the at the counter. First time coming and this will be the last.

Always great food amazing flavors and convenient if you need help with a meal.

Ham was as good as always. Have to say though that the cinnamon apples were mushy.

Dell customer service is not good and everytime I call that asks a question they act like they cant hear the last time that I placed an order they drive through only is open to 2 when I called to confirm my order no one will pick up I guess they prefer you to go in but why have a drive-thru?

Went in last week, terrible service. The workers were just plain rude. MY sandwich had a load of fat on the meat, as well as about a pound of honey mustard. Will not be back.
