Florence locationBusiness is under new management and used them to tint the windows on my truck for the 1st time.The staff there was great. When it comes to customer service Ti (Manager) makes sure youre fully satisfied with the work that comes from thier business. If not she will make it right for you. Tint job came out good on the truck and would highly recommend them if youre looking to get yours done.

I should have read the reviews.. everyone else was right. After calling all day Friday and never getting a answer I decided to physically come to the shop to get my windows tinted, got there at 9:15 am and doors were locked with 3-4 customers outside sitting in their vehicles waiting. I waited probably 10-15 minutes and still nobody to work and customers outside..I finally left. Dont even waste your time.

I entered this shop for a tint job after seeing my friends tint job that was done flawlessly. I also had a really really good tint job done and decided to get a Car Wrap as well since I was looking into getting a paint job. I literally feel like I have a brand new car!!! These guys were professional, affordable, and their shop was clean and entertaining. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good tint or car wraps. They also do audio as well!

Very unprofessional. I was told to buy my own racing stripes, when I did I was told I bought a cheap product. The original price I was given was $100. That $100 quickly turned into $350 because the kit that I bought was “cheap” fast forward 5 hours. I was called and told my car was finished. I could pick it up. I arrive. My car had ONE stripe on the roof. The “professional” had has child sitting in my vehicle, charging his phone in my car playing in my car. I called back a few days later because the “professional” told me that he would reimburse me for the stripes that he messed up from the kit. The secretary I guess you would call him told me he would speak to the individual and call me back. A few days go by. I call back. “Oh he’s not in right now, I’ll give you a call back” a week later. I call back basically to see what’s going on with my reimbursement, he asked like he has no idea what I’m talking about.

I feel the need to warn people of this place it is a compete and total joke . I went there to get my windows tinted it was the worst tint job Ive ever seen. Called the guy back immediately to tell him how awful it was he said wait for it to cure which was fine but that doesnt help where it was all scratched up and the gaps left. But I waited to bring it back when he told me and by the way it was completely covered in bubbles. When I arrived Saturday morning you could get high in there from all the majuarina smoke the guy offered to try redoing it on another day but it was so bad I dont trust leaving my car back up there. The guy said they do good work its just my car is hard to do which is a Toyota camry one the most common cars on the road

Work performed was impeccable. Polite and courteous staff...AND I was able to watch the Lion King while I waited. 👍🏻 Taking my second vehicle to get tinted as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for A+ service.

I needed a professional tint job cause some of these tiny jobs in Florence I’ve seen looks DYI-ish. Those guys at Black Optix Tint explained everything, inspected everything before they got the job done. It’s worth the wait. I will be back soon! Very professional & the tint looks GREAT!!!

Black Optix has locations in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Charleston, when I heard they were coming to town I got excited! Sheduled my appointment with them for Friday. Super nice place.

Worst service ever went to get a tint job waited 5 hours only to find out first guy made a complete mess with the tinting was told to come back they was sorry he didnt know what he was doing told me they fire him went back a second time to who they say is the best only to see tint peeling off call them and was told to come back a third time please stay away from the one in florence sc they have no clue to what they are doing so I just took a lost and gotta find somebody else to straighten out there mess up
