Well let me start off saying that my wife and I went to Jay Phillips in December of 2020 and spoke to him about some homes and walked around with him and he was very helpful with all the 1000 questions we had and made me and my wife feel very comfortable while we looked at homes, rather some other sales people wanna rush you in and out of a home and just sale you whatever gets them a bonus that month. But Jay took his time with us and made us feel like he cared, and you were part of his family. so after we left Oakwood homes my wife and I of course went and looked other places just to see what other prices are out there because Oakwood was are first place to visit. so we went on the hunt for homes and buddy let me tell you we went to every dealer you can think of and every time we went somewhere other than Oakwood homes my wife or I would get a funny feeling that something isnt right or just didnt like what we were trying to be sold, and I always brought up Jay in our conversions saying to my wife I liked that Jay guy I should call him up and see what we can do about a home because he was the only salesman that made us feel good about buying a home and we felt as he would talk to us about a home, was telling the truth not trying to feed you some bull. So after all the crazy dealers we met and the lies that were told or not enough information was told to us I said thats it Im calling Jay and see what he can do for us. and guess what he did and more. Mr. Jay got me, my wife, and kids into the most beautiful home that I always promised my wife that I would get for her one day. every step he took with getting us our home he would call me and say hey this is happening and when the next step comes along I will call you and he did. so we are very happy and blessed that we walked into Oakwood homes and met Jay Phillips, because of him I gave my queen her castle. so if you are reading this and your looking for a new home just go to Oakwood homes and ask for Jay Phillips I promise you he will do everything in his power to put you in your dream home. #Jay Phillips for president.

I WOULD NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER recommend this disgrace of a Company to anyone!!! If they had negative 10 stars to select, I would. The worst customer service. Once you purchase and have your home set up they do not care anymore. They got their money and thats that. Ron is the biggest joke ever. It has been almost 2 months since our home was set on our property and NO REPAIRS have been done nor do they plan on it. Keep getting told they are waiting to hear from the Manufacturer. When we purchased the home, we also paid to have our water and electrical hooked up which was never done. We ended up paying others to do the work! The inside of the home has so many issues I lost count. The siding on the home looks like a 5 year old did it. Never put a dishwasher in our home either even though it is suppose to have one. They destroyed the living room carpets before we even moved in because they were in the home doing trim work with MUD on their boots. Sent a complaint and nothing was done! We are now in the process of hiring an attorney to sue this poor excuse of a company for the cost of the home and legal fees!!! Please dont be fooled by the other reviews. The try and have you do a review immediately after purchase. I waited long enough for them to make things right and they have not.. The ONLY GOOD THING about this place is NANCY..........STAY FAR AND CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE
