Was told on the phone that a grade A pallet was worth $4. After hauling pallets to the plant, was told that a grade A pallet is a brand new, never used pallet. Was offered $2./pallet for pallets that were certainly worth at least 50% more

This place has bad customer service called and asked if they buy used pallets they said yes we drive all the way there and they say need minimum of 50 pallets to buy them and thats after sitting there 35 min waiting for someone to talk to us. Garbage!!!

The owner is a misogynistic, rude, and an entitled jerk.
