What an amazing “old school” experience. Felix and his staff are so knowledgeable and were so helpful. They were more interested in helping us find something to fit our needs than they were in trying to up-sell us or selling us something with higher profit margins. They actually told us that a more expensive bike in stock was an overkill for our riding needs. Felix spent a lot of time with us going over all the differences in bike components, maintenance requirements, etc. We left, not only with a new bike, but with a renewed appreciation that good, honest people are still out there! Thank you for a first class experience we will never forget!!

Very friendly and accommodating business. I had a family emergency after placing a deposit on a bike for my son and they held it for about 3 weeks until I was able to get the bike. Not sure how many other places would have done the same, but Im grateful that they did because most all kids bikes are out of stock.

I live 2 hours from this place. It was the only place that the bike rack I wanted. They let me buy it over the phone, had it assembled by the time I got there, and quickly and efficiently installed it when I got there. The father-son duo(at least I think it’s a father and his son) that work there are so sweet and attentive. Great customer service. Quality, old-school level service. This bike shop also has a wide rage of bike accessories, from mid to high end, all great. And tons of selections on bikes.

Very knowledgeable and informative, especially with Trek bicycles. Most helpful was their consultative approach in recommending the most appropriate repairs and maintenance given the issue, age of bike and type of riding I do.

Careful! Bikes are more expensive than what they show on website and they use their shipping coat to justify. But I bought the same bike 3 days ago and other retailers don’t charge you the shipping cost. Pretty poor customer service too.

Brought my bike in for assembly (Marin San Quentin 3). Felix was really helpful in answering all my questions and George (mechanic) took the time to properly fit the bike, explain all the features and give me pointers. As a new rider I really appreciated the extra time they took to explain everything.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. We have used them several times and they not only met our needs but exceeded them. When my son first got his bike for his birthday he was so excited, but popped the chain the same day and was very upset that he would not be able to use his brand new bike for his birthday party. I took the bike over to the store with my son, the owner examined the bike and took the time not only to fix the bike right away but showed my son that this is a normal function of the bike to protect the chain and gears. He then proceeded to teach my son how to properly reset the chain on his own in the future. This attention to detail and care was just awesome. This is why we have and will continue to use their services. Thank you.

Felix did a wonderful job of making our first bike store purchase easy and seamless. There was no sales pitch or pressure, rather a good explanation and their service is excellent as well.

I love this bike shop! They are always willing to help me tune up my bike or pump air in the tires and adjust bikes for the kids. We have purchased two bicycles for our children and a bike rack for the car. They also help with the rack when I need it. The products they sell are reasonably priced, the selection is good, but the support staff is great!

After a long search for an SE bike for my son I finally found one at Felix Bike shop!!!! These guys are GREAT!! I called a bunch of places and FINALLY got one! When I called Felix’s bike shops they where getting ready to close, I told them I would be there after 6 and if they could wait for me! Well they did! They are courteous, professional and thorough. Even though they where there beyond closing time they took the time to explain the bike to me and the care instructions! More stores should be like this! Thank you FELIX’s BIKE SHOP!!!

We were looking for a women TREK bike, called Felix. He didnt have any in stock, but recommended a bike of CORRATEC brand made in Germany. After ten days of riding, we love it. Felix is very friendly, knowledgable, and patient.

Dont even deserve 1 star. I bought a $900 bike from them about 1 year ago. The bearings on the rear wheel are no good. I called them about getting the wheel fixed or replaced. Spoke with Steven who took my name and number and said someone would call me back ... 4 days later not hearing from anyone I decided to call again. Spoke with the same person, Steven who assured me this time someone would call me back. Now 5 days later still havent heard from anyone and called again. This time spoke with Charlie who defended Steven by saying they were busy... this guy said the owner, Felix would call me back... 3 days later... no call back Horrible Place!

Very pleasant buying experience! Wanted to buy a new hybrid bike for occasional riding, and was recommended a used one for the fraction of the price of a new one. Even offered free delivery! A few rides later, I had some issues with the gears, the guys were made some quick adjustments, also for free. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received here.

Growing up I was very lucky to have bikes given to me by me parents. Last week I walked into The Bicycle Store for my first bicycle buying experience. I had no idea what to expect. I wasnt even sure if I wanted to buy a bike that day. The owner Sal took great care of me. He is super knowledgeable and answered all of my silly questions. He knew exactly what type of bike would fit the needs I was describing and also had it in the store for me to see. Long story short, I walked out of there with a new bike that day. I even went for a quick ride around the block before I loaded it into my truck because I was so excited. If this review had ten stars for me to click, I would have clicked them. My bike was ready before I even walked home! WOW that was fast!! The staff is also very friendly and didnt try to sell me anything other than what I came in for (new tubes and tires).

Buying an ebike was a very big decision. Not only is it costly but for a young “senior” who hasn’t been on a bike in 30 years, I needed a bit of attention. I had to do a search to find the Trek Verve + step thru bike I was looking for because there are so few left in the shops and nothing on line. It was my great fortune to find The Bicycle Shop In Florham Park. And then to be taken care of by Felix. His energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and patience was a true gift. He spent two hours walking me thru every aspect of the bike and ebike cycling. I left there confident that I could become a happy and competent cyclist. My only complaint is that I live almost an hour and a half away so I can’t just drop in for regular service. I would recommend the shop which is well organized and each person on staff was helpful. There is a substantial inventory of bikes and any accessory one might need. A great experience!! A 10 plus!
