I was greeted by a friendly man today. I went in to buy a charger for my phone. I was given a double braided one and told it had a one year warranty with the manufacturer. I really appreciated the information because I have gone through so many Apple chargers in the past four years.

I just upgraded my iPhone X to an iPhone 11 Pro. I am so glad I discovered this store because the process of purchasing a new phone and transferring all my apps and data was absolutely painless here. I was assisted by Tom, a personable and knowledgeable sales person who handled everything very professionally. The result is that my new phone works just great. Thank you Tom.It was so much better coming here than to one of the larger Verizon stores in the mall or on the highway, where the first thing they do when you walk in is tell you to take a number and wait (which in fact happened to me before I walked out of a highway store and came here). This store is different. Its a much smaller store that provides prompt individual attention. But dont let the smaller size fool you--they had the phone I wanted in stock plus all the accessories I needed.If youre in the market for a new wireless phone or need accessories, I definitely recommend this place.

I had a fantastic easy experience at Florham Park Wireless. I had to replace my phone in emergency and Joe and his colleague or extremely helpful. My IPhone 6 was malfunctioning and I went to Verizon to get it checked out. The sales representative Adam examined my phone thoroughly before suggesting a new one. Went in earlier today to upgrade my mother and I to iPhone 7s, we showed up around 7:30 PM, not realizing they closed at 8:00 and Sonny was more than willing to stay late to finalize our upgrade and help us. After he applied screen protectors and cases to our phones and going above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs in a very professional manner he was not even bothered by the fact that he stayed 45 minutes longer than the stores close time. I definitely would recommend people go to this store and be helped by Sonny, thanks again!

Visited Florham Park branch, to ask about a tablet problem; I started seeing a No SIM card found message. The Verizon rep checked the card & found an impact denon one of the upper corners of my tablet & gave me a phone # to call, to make a claim. He was very polite & straightforward. I will call on Monday p.m. I forgot to ask the sales reps name. But Thank you, Verizon!

I had a problem with my Iphone glitching so I went to East Hanover Verizon location and they would not even look at my phone. once they learned I was not there to purchase a device they basically wrote me off so on my way home I stopped into trader Joes and next store was the Florham Park Verizon so I went to see if they could help me with my problem. I spoke to the manager Joseph who spent a half hr with me trying to sort out my phone issues and we came to the conclusion that I needed a newer device because mine was just so full and out of memory and since he was so helpful I decided to upgrade 2 phones on my account.
