The pharmacist at this location is rude and unprofessional. he gave me my flu vaccine without verifying much information with me (full name, DOB, allergies), which is dangerous. luckily i am a healthcare worker myself and knew what questions to ask. he also was going to let me walk out without any proper documentation of my vaccine. i knew to ask because my grad program requires certain information in order to approve the vaccination record, but he acted like it was such a major inconvenience to him and didnt even do it correctly the first time. its concerning that people must be walking out of this pharmacy without proper vaccination records and that the providers here take very little care in what they do.

Most of the 1 star reviews regarding the rude and unprofessional staff at the Pharmacy are accurate. Had the [sarcastically] pleasant pleasure of experiencing this first-hand twice in two days. While attempting to pick up a prescription, the Pharmacist questioned the Doctors orders and wouldnt let me pick it up because it appeared to be too much. After unsuccessfully contacting the Dr., and waiting an hour, she finally decided to give it to me anyway. Did she apologize or show compassion? No. Instead she verbally provided her credentials to the cashier so she didnt have to deal with me again. Like many others, Walgreens in Madison, here I come!!!

I’m a regular at the Florham Park CVS and have had nothing but fast and courteous service.

I agree with a lot of the previous comments. The Pharmacy receptionist was extremely rude. I will be switching pharmacies asap! Other than that the front desk staff is usually very helpful. The one star is for the pharmacy in which I use the most.

Singularly the rudest, incompetent & condescending pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. Because they can’t seem get my Rxs correct, an additional call must always be placed to my doctors (then they are rude to my doctors as well).

Nobody answers the phone. They hang up on you.

Terrible and rude pharmacist and receptionist. They asked my mom if she had any questions about her new prescriptions (like all pharmacists do), and when she said yes, they talked back very sassy and said “your doctor should have explained this to you”. And then they made a huge fuss about her needing to go to a different counter to have a consultation as if it was a big inconvenience. DON’T go here. Horrible service.

The most rude pharmacist I ever met, I had a question, first there were 3 workers, pharmacy was not busy. I stood at the customer service window for 10 min. Finally I had to ask for help, pharmacist put up his head made me ask across the room, answered in such an abrupt manner. I am so happy that I switched to Walgreens months ago. I love this place everyone is so helpful and pleasant. No matter what time you go there.

The pharmacist is the worst person to deal with. He needs to learn people skills. Moved all my scripts to Walgreen in Madison and great people to deal with.

Being very rude to the customers

Bad experience. I was super uncomfortable and came here to pick up my prescription. I was told it was not ready and I needed to wait for 15mins. After 15mins, I was told I cannot get them because my insurance didnt cover. If I wanted to pay cash, it took another 15mins to proceed…and the person at pharmacy counter was just not nice...

I would give this location a higher rating if it wasnt for the creepy older cashier that works here I dread being next in line when he is the only cashier available. There is a such thing as being overly friendly the kind that makes you uncomfortable when a stranger is getting too personal sometimes bordering on inappropriate I even had this creep call me by my name as if we were old pals when I ask how he knew my name he said oh it pops up on my screen i guess me using my debit card gives cashiers the right to get familiar with you? at that moment I felt like I was starring in an episode of dateline.. no thank you now i have to drive further away to another cvs location. Maybe someone else would think this is cool I dont.

The absolute rudest most difficult unpleasant pharmacist I have ever met. So much so that myself and our entire family switched to Walgreens Pharmacy where they couldn’t be nicer or more willing to help. DON’t Go!!!

Great place!!! Its always busy during lunch hour and they have everything you need.

Every time I go I end up waiting over 30 mins for my prescription. Last time i went i ended up waiting 40 mins and then when it was ready they told me i had to go back to the end of the line so i ended up being there for an hour. When i called them recently saying they had to get in touch with my doctor about my prescription, the pharmacist told me they would not call and the doctors office had to call them . I thought they were rude and left me very upset. My parents have had similar experiences.
