This place is huge! They have sections of the store with 75%off which are awesome! Only complaint is that they have so much beach themed items and I wish those shelves could be filled with other items since we are no where near a beach- but thats just preference

I have been shopping here for years at this super great store! My husband is a Veteran so he gets discounts! They stopped selling small appliances at the store location I shop.... they make great gifts for many occasions. However, that never deviated my pleasure in shopping there. I find other things to purchase for gifts and my home. Overall, I love this store and as long as we are both around, I will be there!

My wife went in there, and said it had really gone down hill from when she had gone there years ago. There were a number of lights out, and just not a good overall vibe from the place.

I was with a friend who was looking for a large rug for her front room.

I read a lot of reviews on this store. None of them mentioned no refund or exchange on clearance merchandise. Buyer beware almost everything in the store is clearance. I purchased 1 bar stool marked half price. At the time of purchase i was speaking with the manager and said if this doesnt work, i would like bring back or purchase more if it does. He never said this merchandise is non returnable. Unfortunately the stool did not work for me. I treid to return if only for exchange. No refunds. No exchanges. Will not shop there ever!!!

WOW! I visited Old Time Pottery in the Nashville area, but this was the first time Id been in this location. 75% AWESOME! 25% okay. Some shelves were empty, but I assumed for the Christmas change over. I could spend hours just looking around.... oh wait.. I DID!!! Bathrooms could have used some TLC, but I enjoyed the shopping and unique items I found. Really a Mickey Mouse crock pot!!! How cool is that!

They have a lot of neat stuff so have plenty of time to look around!

Always a positive experience. The staff are always there to help! Looking forward to my next visit.

Majority of the items are decent quality and very reasonably priced. I can find a lot of the same items for my yard at Handyman for 3x the price. They always have great deals on home decor and a wide selection. They are a great place if youre looking for a gift. Prepare to spend some time in this store if youre just browsing!

A great place for inside and outside decor

Just had worse experience and will not be back! I have been coming here for years and received below customer service support expectations! The cashier was rude to me and didnt tell me my total because she was too busy talking to others, I just wanted to get out of there. Right when I was about to walk out I looked at my receipt which was charged more than what it should have been. When I went to return the overcharged product I was told its classified as Spring and not Easter even though there were many other alike items that were all 75% off. If thats the case then dont put all the items together. Waste of my time and respect.

Worst store ever. It was a mess and empty shelves everywhere else. The ladies that work there are very rude and dont help with anything. They need to close this store they should be embarrassed.

Do not purchase anything and have it break within 30 days without a receipt, because if you do you are SOL! Unlike many stores, they are not able to look your purchase up via a credit card!!!! or so they say!

Unorganized, overwhelming mess of a store. Prices generally appear to be clear, but if you find something out of place your better off ignoring it. If you can find a staff member, they will be sure to go out of their way to be as little help as possible.These stores are why people shop online, and self check out is starting to spread like wildfire.

I drive about 35 miles one way to get stuff for wreath making. They use to keep it all in stock, now they barley have anything. Really disappointed.

Manager was very rude didnt want to honor price advertised and has a smart mouth dont waste your time or money for poor customer service and bad management take your hard earned money to the Home StoreP.S. he also complained to me that he had two people call in like thats my fault for wanting to shop and by new dining chairs *called corporate and no one Ever called me back so a waste of time*

I think I like this store a little more than the one in Fairview it seems to have more stuff I am upset with Old Time Pottery all around my husband is military and we used to get a 10% discount now they feel that everyone is entitled to it the sad part is the person behind you is cussing and ranting and raving about how bad they hate America and theyre your husband is gave his life to it and this man gets the same discount as he does I thought the military counted for someone thats why we always shopped Old Time Pottery Im starting to feel a little different I hate to say🇺🇸💖🇺🇸💖🇺🇸💖🇺🇸😟😟😟
