The people who work here are always friendly! The store is clean & anytime I need help, the employees are always 100% so helpful. I love their service!

This is my go to Target. Sometimes I come here just to look around and of course I can’t leave without buying something. Today I purchased a journal a cute mug for my hot tea and a new Tazo cold brew tea called calm. The store is always clean and the cashiers are always nice!!!

The kids were very excited to see local celebrities bam and bri nation casually strolling around target looking to create some new content

We prefer target over any shop for the clothing and purses and shoes and electronics

The drive up service is so easy to use and very convenient! This may be minor, but I love the bags they use and the employees are super friendly. They make shopping so easy!

With Target having an assortment of products from groceries to electronics, it is a one-stop shopping store in my area. Plus, it is so much neater (products are in their place) than the other store that I pass to get to Target.

Shopping online for a pick-up is the easiest way to shop. If you need to go inside just know they rarely have registers fully manned.

The man who offered to get our order and then so quickly brought my purchase to my car was so friendly and nice. Good overall experience

Shopping experience was good, Target did have what I needed. However at check out the girl that checked me out played a game on her phone the whole time and did not great me or say thank you for shopping at Target. She gave me my receipt and continued playing her game on her cellphone. Your checkers should not have a phone on them during work hours!!!! You need to give them better customer service training, so that the Target experience is good from shopping to finish.

I prefer the Drive Up experience so that I won’t have to get out of my car. I ordered a microwave and when the Team Member brought it out, I was told that I had to get it out of the cart because someone else had to put it in for her. The reason I choose Drive Up is so that I wouldn’t have to get out. During my last visit, the worker said nothing to me. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. I won’t be back.

I like the quality and convenience of target. Everything im looking for in one place.

Love their clothes for the whole family

I’m so tired of buying expired food from this store!! I should not have to check every single expiration date for the items I buy. Usually it is meat/cheese expired by a week or 2. Today it was a box of granola bars that expired in January and taste like cardboard!

Toy section was a mess, mens clothing section was a wreck, most other sections like stationary also where not in order. Young girls clothes was at a very limited selection. I had not been here in awhile, and it may be awhile before I go back.

Was triple charged on my debit card.Was told to come in to have the charges removed. Went in was told I would have to wait 72 hours to insure the charges were not pending even though I showed proof that the charges were alfeadypaid by my bank.

Stores are always clean and employees always very friendly. Picking up an online order was easy peasy. No issues at all.

My order was ready in the 2 hour span. Very Quickly. Target kept their word.

Very disappointed. Long story, but I had a very poor interaction with a manager who was extremely rude to me and unhelpful. I tried to use some coupons which came off but when I waited for the employee to validate she said she didnt know the policy so she got a manager who informed they were not a coupon store and I couldnt use them then walked off. I had more items to purchase and wasnt sure what to do. So I showed the employee my coupon, made sure she understood what it said continued with my transaction and at the end when she needed to validate I had the correct one(which i did) she called the same manager over who stomped over and got in my face and began telling me I couldnt use it, I told her to read the coupon....she replied that I didnt have to get snotty and she could read. I never finished my purchases because of this. I have never been treated so rudely before and I have no desire to shop at this Target again. Horrible experience!

Pick up was within the hour and correct. Drive up personell was professional and thorough

This is the worse Target in the area. I bought a few drinking glasses online and when I went to pick them up, the just stacked them on top of each other in a bag without wrapping them. Of course one of them broke and after calling the store for ten minutes, no one will come to the phone. They just pick it up and hang up without saying a word. I’m glad it was less than a dollar but it’s well worth it to take the drive to any other store but this one

I really wish the dressing rooms were open. I would so buy more clothes and bras especially. I understand the virus issues but isnt there a way target can have only a couple dressing rooms open?

Bought some baby formula. Came home. Used it. Only to find it was expired by 7MONTHS. yeah my bad for not checking, but I shouldnt need to check something I bought today. Called the store, pretty much offered my 5 dollars back whoopie. When I asked if they had checked the dates. They hung up. Nice people.Lesson here is. The noco target is a basically walmart wrapped in red. Expect low quality and service. Check everything

The parking lot of this store is always filled with trash. I wish the store would take pride in what the customers see first, the parking lot. I wish the customers did not litter, but Target needs to take better care of the outside of the his building.

I have always relied on Target for high quality merchandise at reasonable prices. The store is always well-maintained and attractive. The associates are never rude. The store is not over-crowded with people (unlike a Walmart).

I always get everything I am looking for and the prices are unbeatable at this store compared to other stores in the area. The store stays clean and organized and the staff is always willing to help and receive you with a smile. I feel safe and comfortable when going grocery shopping which is the most important for me. The clothes and home products at target are also great quality compared to their prices which my pocket loves.

Always prefer to shop local! But come on kids, your job is Customer Service! Pay attention to the people in the store - Speak to them! Have to say tho, store was SO clean & organized! Loved that!

I purchased some pantry products at Target Drive-up. To my surprise, I had to enter the store. I noticed no personnel were wearing face masks. The woman brought me my order and asked for my ID, which she examined at an approximate distance of 3 feet. No plexiglass, no precautions. I will not be back to Target during this outbreak.

I had a coupon for a $1 off for Colgate toothpaste. The register wouldnt take the $1 off but the cashier was more than happy to help me out and had it clear the coupon. She was so nice about it. I love that youve expanding your cosmetic department too!

Does this store not have a district manager? very first time i went into this store i was baffled. moving from one town to Florrisant. i knew i would experience a different demographic in this store, which was very apparent when i first walked in. My previous target i was used to quiet music, mostly soft rock or soft pop. this store on the other hand was BLASTING what i would call rap pop. again based on the demographic of the area i wasnt surprised, or turned off, it felt like a party and i enjoyed it. that is where the good about this store ends.from the complete lack of organization on the shelves to things being thrown all over the ground. or things in a general state of disorder i was confused how a corporate store would allow this to take place. but none of that compared to the sheer lack of stock on most items i was looking for. most shelves appeared empty, rummaged through and in complete disarray. felt as though whomever was in charge of placing orders for stock has been on vacation for many months the few things i was able to find and check out with were only met by customer service reps who had the distinct odor of weed covered with body spray. as far as targets are concerned this is the most walmart of the targets in the st Louis area. and that is why people go to target. to avoid walmarts.

I absolutely LOVE Target.

Extremely disorganized took at hour to find an associate who could help us just to be given the run around for simple to contact thermometer that was in stock. We were told the thermometer could be anywhere in the store and that if it’s not where we looked then they don’t have it. Even though the app said I was in stock and they said it was in stock. If I could rate it a 0 I would’ve.

The person that was registering the coupons for the discounts was polite and quick. The staff answers questions precisely. I love Target. :)

The driveup was really easy. This was my 1st time using but I will for sure do it again. Now I can even have my husband pick up things and he wont fuss. I can order and have him pick it up on the way home.

Based on an afternoon visit:Friendly and patient cashier at the return desk, even with everything going on around her. As she informed me, she couldnt make my return since the I didnt have the phone associated with the receipt when I made my ApplePay purchase. Oh well, now i know. Still, she was nice about it.

Nice store but whoever runs the mens department needs to up their game. On two different visits Ive seen nearly empty racks and not much to pick through. Id rather go here than to the Bridgeton store, but not if the mens clothes and shoes are always so picked over.

Easy self-checkout. Used cartwheel offers with the Target App. All I had to do was scan my phone. If you check online for what you want to buy, the website will tell you exactly what aisle it is in.

The check out was fast and not too crowded

I shop at this location frequently, I have the red card and the cartwheel app as well. this location is close to home, however the last few times that I have been in I and my family have been targeted by loss prevention. I spend well over $100 each trip. I do not believe in shoplifting and have taught my family not to. I have also mentioned this to a few checkers and they said have you ever been to the Jennings location? No I have never stepped foot in the place. They have me mistaken for someone that steals from them or has. This is so sad. I will not shop here any more. All money is green regardless of your skin color.

I truly dont care for this location specifically because of all the negative experiences Ive had. Majority of those experiences coming from members of management. The reason I give this store 5 stars is MAINLY because of the manager Jason!! We as consumers seem to only give feedback when its negative. I wanted to be one of the consumers that breaks that cycle! EVERY TIME I encounter Jason he is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful!! Today he assistanted My husband and I with the purchase of a few items to help with our Gnat infestation!! He also gave us home remedies to help with these pest. Jason did not have to go far and beyond to help us. Like I said before hes always extra helpful and informative!!! Thanks Jason!!

This target and other targets have a product named preseed that I have 2 items tempered with and need a health inspector to deal with. Im ready to lawsuit the people around me because they are forcing me in a situation without my consent or permission to force contraceptive on me and to lie to me to watch over me illegally. Caused medical conditions on me such as cancer and almost killed by these same people who do nothing but stalk to or try ruining my life income and other sourcees. They even made me lose my job.theu got a job at target just to stalk me.

They limit you on the quantity of products you can buy... We went to buy 25 gallons of water... Leaving over 20 more on the shelf. My husband and I get to the front and a manager walks over to us before we get IN line to inform us that we could only 3. She professionally showed us their policy, we professionally left the basket there.

I was at Target at 2341 HWY. 67 between 10:30AM and 11:00 am today on Jan. 1 2020 I had a return for the electronic dept. there was no one there to help me so I saw a door that was open that said staff only so I stopped at the door and called out for anyone to call someone to help me and I was really loud but no one said anything and I did not see anyone until I looked to my left and there was a worker there I asked for his help and in the nastiest and rudest way he could he told me to GET BACK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THERE DOOR. Another worker came along after I was on the other side of the door. The name on rude mans name tag was AL. Neither of these men would help me they told me to go up front for help. Al really had an attitude problem because he followed me to customer service and heard me tell the people there what he did and he told them it was no true but it was. Al is on a job working with the public but he acts like he does not want to help customers, he really hurt my feelings for no reason or maybe it was because he woke up on the wrong side of NOBODY. I belong to one of the biggest churches in north county and I will warn everyone to look out for AL.

I have never had a self check out clerk search my purchase to see if they were stuffed with anything and stare at me my entire purchase while the other self checkout stations were occupied. Dont go here if you are a African American. You will get discriminated against .

No carts available upon entry with several employees at the front of store actively avoiding customers and not a single staff member greeted/offered assistance/ or acknowledged me throughout the entire store during my 35 minute experience.

I love Target. Always has trendy, stylish apparel, shoes and accessories.

This is the worst Target ever! Sat and line to check out once able to check out none of the discounts went through. Then was advised to go to guest service and still had issues. They are really disorganized. This is everytime Im here. I use to come all the time, but Ive tried to limit the times here due to the issues. Hope they can fix it.
