My trip to the Verizon store was To purchase a new phone. My old phone was not charging correctly correctly and I had already replaced chargers twice in the last 6 months months. The sales manager was very helpful, charging my old phone and getting everything transferred to my new phone. He spent time talking with me and answering my questions about upgrades so that I would have the phone that I wanted. I Would definitely recommend this store.
I came in on 6/24/2021 to upgrade my device and add another line. My sales representative, Andrew was very personable and informed us of the great deals they were having at the time. I decided to add an iPad onto my plan and was advised that it would be in within 2 weeks at the most. I called at the 2 week mark due to me not receiving any updates. I spoke to Andrew again and he advised that my name was not on the list of customers waiting on merchandise and he added me name. It has now been a month and 10 days and i have been given the run around and no one calls me back.
Nicole was an awesome sales technician she sold me a phone that suites me well and I am very happy with her customer service we had a ball our entire time together she is great and I do really appreciate my relationship with Verizon!
When I walked into the store ANDREW was very helpful and had knowledge of the situation I presented to them. Andrew helped me he was very pleasant and had a upbeat attitude, which I think is needed in this unsure time. They never answer the phone. It took them 3 days for them to complete a sale for the iPhone 12. The store is always understaffed. The only staff that was serious about her job was Nicole. She helped me out tremendously. I traded in my iPhone X for the IPhone 12 and they still have my box, my new charger & headphones.

Clerk was nice but needs more experience before shes on the floor alone. She totally messed up my transaction! Charged my bank account twice and the refund takes up to 10 days! She couldnt fix my technical issue but gave me a phone number t ok call.

Horrible store location. Went in to get a iphone & service but apparently theres only 1 rep & she doesnt even greet you so i walked back out. ill go to another company. If your busy with another customer you should at-least greet me & tell me if theres a wait, another rep, etc... just horrible customer service. Or should i say NO customer service.

Do not waste your time at this place unless you want to blow time and get poor customer service. I was there for an hour to find out that the phone that was trying to be sold to me wasnt even in stock. I went to an independent cell phone repair shop and bought a phone and was back on the road in 10 minutes. I will NEVER stop foot in ANY Verizon store again. Ever. For any reason.If they were handing out $100 bills, I wouldnt waste my time there.
I ranked it okay because this is the last time Im going to be at any Verizon store at all.

The service and wait was lousy. My mother was returning a phone and turning on new service with an old phone. We were in the store an hour and a half. They couldnt get her old phone activated so they sent her home with the phone she was returning that they had deactivated. The phone they were trying to activate they said it should take about two hours. Well after we got out the store the phone shut off. She was without service overnight.We went back the next day and we were in the store an hour and hadnt been seen. Verizon charges a lot for their phones and service, but cant provide technicians to assist you and as soon as that bill is due they expect their money. My mother had not been without service for years with this company. She changed service for a short time, came back and the company has changed drastically and not for the better.
This location was more convenient for me at the time I went. I will not be going back to this store location for anything ever again. I’ll continue to go to the location in Brentwood across from the Galleria. Wasted so much time in there and their main concern was not my satisfaction at all. I could go into detail about what led to the one star review, however, the review would be entirely too long and no one would actually have the time to read it.
Ive been to this location many times. As usual customer service at this place is non existent. The only thing they do is try to sell you other products or tell you how to pay your bill. Anything else, youre on your own. I hate doing business with Verizon. The only reason I have not left is that all cell phone companies screw you one way or another. My cell phone was malfunctioning and I went in to see if I could get some help. Knowing all along that I wouldnt be able to but I tried anyway. One of the workers told me that the problem I had on my phone was due to some apps that I have installed on my phone. He told me to uninstall the apps and my phone should work just fine. I did that and my phone is still malfunctioning. Again I hate doing business with Verizon.

At a bad location. I dont have a Verizon phone, but my dad does. we did not have to wait very long, the lady was helpful and friendly and we were able to get in and out in less than 25 minutes. I feel that Verizon is still severely over price compared to most other competitors and I dont think its worth the money.

UGH!!! Avoid this inconvenient place unless you love being bombarded with loud music or dealing with people who are more interested in selling their pricy stuff rather than giving good service. Dont assume they are knowledgeable regarding their own products. They arent. Service after the sale? Forget it. Not happening here. The several other reviews that mention “nasty” manager are entirely accurate. To this I’ll add, it’s the most irritating kind of nasty— SMARMY. Best of luck to this arrogant person in finding another job once she eventually gets canned. If there is a God, she will be gone quickly. Lastly— What a location!! Only accessible by waiting at a long and busy left turn signal then making a dangerous and possibly illegal U turn. Yet this staff has no misgivings about having you come back several times on any given day after giving you the bum’s rush once they get your money. Go somewhere else if you can; if you cant— at least you know what to expect.
I usually have good experiences here. However, this time, all I wanted was a new car charger for my phone as mine quit working. The sales person kept trying to sell me these EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE combo units. I kept telling him I just want want a simple, inexpensive car charger...Im not wanting to pay over $100 to get one. I finally ended up with a fast charger for just about 40 bucks (which was still more than what I was expecting to pay), It is a nice charger and seems to be well made, but I left feeling that I had to fight to get what I wanted. Not a good experience. I will go back again based on previous experiences here. I just do not want to deal with the same sales person.

Long story short.. after calling and being approved for 6 lines and nothing down.. just sales tax. I decided to go into the store to start up service. When I got there the person who waited on me took my information and I think an order number from me calling prior to going in store. After that he left. Then came back 15 min later to tell me it would be $1000 down on both phones. And $400 for start up... so 2$2400 all together. I told him what they said when I called and didnt understand how it was that much. They didnt have anything to really say but sorry. So I went to the one off olive. Right after that and gave them the same information and had no problems walked out with two galaxy note 9s for $120. Bill is $260 a month.. this is probably the worst store Ive ever been to. Ive had them prior for 3 years. I will never go to this store again

Ive had mixed results at this store. Waits can be crazy long, as they get insanely busy on some days/times. Staff helpfulness is usually good, but can be hit or miss.

Friendly staff the clerk gets a 5 star however you are selling an item that doesnt have all bells and whistles without extra extra money. When a customer spends more than 500 dollars they shouldnt have to pay another 500 to protect it.
Jolan and many other staff members worked their butts off to get all of the information off my old phone and onto my new one. I had a lot of info that was very important to my business and despite many hurdles they were able to get all of the important info I needed. Jolan worked late and even communicated with me on her off day to help me out. She and many others at the store really went above and beyond and I definitely appreciate it.Thank you!!
Bad service, they really didnt want to help me at all when I wanted to switch my phone. They told me it was not possible. Then I went to the Verizon in Brentwood and got everything switched over quickly without any problems. AVOID THE FLORISSANT LOCATION!

I only gave Verizon 5 stars so people would read this. I would give this company a zero if it was an option. I recently ended service with this horrible, deceiving company. My husband & I did not have any service for hours at a time for weeks. No service in places like Florissant, St. Charles, Affton, etc. Just horrible. Verizon tried to update the towers, reset our phones & send us different phones but it was the same result. The last phones they sent us ran extremely hot. Verizon didnt care. They told us to keep then a few more weeks & call back. I would think a BURNING hot phone would be a safety issue. Finally we were told to send the phones back & the account would be credited. We went to this store to get a return shipping label like 6 customer service reps all advised us to do & promised once the phones were received we could end our phone contact. Once they got the phones back we were told thats not their policy. Then they lied & said there was no evidence we called & complained as not having service. I told the rep to listen to the recorded calls & read the notes. According to her there were none which I know is a lie. I spent multiple hours daily trying to problem solve these issues with Customer service. What liars! They scammed us out of like $700. I will never be a Verizon Customer again. They used to appreciate their customers but now they are just money hungry & have no loyalty. They dont stand behind their word. They just make excuses..

If I could give zero stars I would. This store has always been hit and miss, I have only used it in the past because its the most convenient location from my work. The store supervisor/manager is a nasty nasty woman, they wasted my time, were rude to me, she yelled at me across the store with customers present. I was given instructions by the store employee, those were not correct. I was told there was nothing they could do for me so I called customer service. Customer service came up with a solution, to which the store manager told me no, they were not going to help me and then lectured me and yelled at me in the presence of other customers. I have been a Verizon customer for 5 years and have had anywhere from 5-7 lines over those years. Verizon as a company has always been great, this location is the worst and the manager should be fired for what just took place.

Staff is in a rush... I bought a Samsung S9 plus there a few months ago.. I sent over $200 plus for an outer box, wireless charger, and a screen protector so I can a screen protector put on my phone for me... The girl there was to busy watching football on television behind their service counter instead putting on my screen protector correctly... She sent me out of the store with my new S9+ with over 20 air bubbles on my screen and my phone wasnt being responsive when using it.... I had to to the Verizon to Kirkwood to get me in working order.... The staff at Kirkwood is more compassionate with their sales....
