Nice place has a lot more product to choose from and more stock then most wish the store closer to me was more like this one

This Schnucks location is very neat and organized. Shelves were stocked a lot fuller than other locations.

Treat your workers better. No reason cashiers need to stand all day for a job that is 90%+ stationary. Get them some stools already

I usually shop at the Cross Keys one and its always super busy with long lines. I came around 11:30a here and it was so noticeably quiet, calm, and easy to get what I needed and get out. I also like the layout of the store better. If you miss something you need at the front, its easier to circle back to it. Im tempted to drive the extra bit just because it was such a better experience here.

We usually shop here for groceries as we live relatively close to the store. They tend to have most of the items we need, but they are expensive as Dierbergs on most items. Got to catch the items on sale, in season or buy store brand, if possible. Nice people work there.

The store has a lot g vegan products enjoy shopping there and has very good prices

This store is very well kept! Im typically able to get in and out pretty quick finding everything I need without having to ask any associates for assistance.The associates are also very respectful and have made sure that I got what I needed before leaving.

In florissant they are the best Schnucks and what puts them over the top is 2 women in the night shift who are awesome, one is Susan but the big hero is s cashier who has kept up with our familys babies etc, and we so look forward to seeing her. Night shift YAY

This store is clean, always has a fresh look and most importantly had fresh produce and the shelves are always stocked. The customer service is top notch as well. Even with the lines being a little longer because of social distancing the lines seems to move fast enough to not keep you waiting to long. Also a great place for a quick stop in and out.

Terrible, at least the deli is. They have no clear way that the deli is organized. They have numbers but they dont use them. Apparently you are supposed to walk up to what you want (hot, meats, seafood), but this is not clear at all. After waiting over 10 minutes for a worker to cut meat and clean the machine I was told to go to the next window. This isnt clear at all. And they were out of what I needed anyway. Just needs to be more organized and clear.

The late night cashier is the most friendly and informative customer service workers I have ever come across.

The pharmacy is GREAT, even after they were bought out by CVS, canceled my prescriptions at Walgreens because of how amazing and personal the service is. The bakery, deli and regular store are basically always consistent but the store itself switches up its stock of items and runs out alot.

Very good place to shop for food

Meet section was dismally under represented, several isle shelves were empty. The store is dated and the patrons in that neighborhood deserve better. I left a few non-perishable items in my basket and walked out. The store at charbonaire(less than 1mile west?) was brighter and vibrant. Shelves were full and meat shelves were neat and full with multiple choices. Why is there such an environmental difference in the two stores?

Staff not very friendly, was out of stock on a lot of items, only came here for meat selection which was not very good either. Will just continue to shop at the location on mullanphy.

This store has been getting crowded during the afternoons beginning about 1:30p-2:00p; however its one of my favorite grocery stores to shop within the Florissant area! Its clean and the staff is WONDERFUL!!!

No one prefers this Schnucks. Many people wish the former store was still in business. Foods expiring, no checkout lanes open but self checkout and overpriced items. Yes, this Schnucks will upset you. Limited selection of groceries, and their own brand is not up to par

I love my Store Ive shopped there for over 20 years and was pleased with my experience and service there am a Extremely happy that it now a schnucks I dont have to go to 2 Different stores to get all my shopping did I was just there today and as always the Staff was Extremely happy and well in to help with a smiles on the face yes I love this store

My best friend lives in Florissant, so I find myself stopping in this store on a regular basis. The last two times, I needed the customer service center (it was around 5:30-5:45 pm)-BOTH times, the service desk was closed! Needless to say, I wont be using this store for that purpose anymore.

This location was a Shop N Save until October 2018. They are still getting organized. It looks good but things arent always where you think they should be. Prices are like your typical Schnucks stores, not lower like Shop Save was. Ill keep shopping here because its a convenient location not for the higher prices.

I was in and out, but the cashier was friendly and the stockers were busy putting items on shelves. Its clean and fresh. Nice atmosphere. Was looking for wrapping paper in the stationary aisle but no luck. Still Nice.

Their deli is sub par at best. I bought a $6 meal which includes entree and 2 sides. Pork chop breading was gooey and wet on the underside. Roasted potatoes were half burnt, half raw and the baked beans tasted like orange juice. Everything in the case of ready made food items looked old. I miss Shop n Save so much.

Never many checkers here but WAAAAY better produce/ selection than 67 and Manresa, worth the slightly longer drive.

This is my favorite schnucks other than st.charles area... They usually have good options and have great staff ..i love how they hire and support disabled or challenged individuals they need jobs too....thanks schnucks!

Very nice place to shop Isles are organized the only problem that I have with Schnucks this particular one is one of the cashiers appearance is very absolutely not acceptable. Its nice and close to home. A little more expensive than the Shop n Save it replaced. People are nice. Selection not as good as it could be.

They need to clean their carts, serve fresher seafood and meats, and remove trash from the entrance of store. Its ridiculous. I moved to the area 4months ago, and I even came to visit store before I moved, it needs improvement. Ill just go to Cross Keys Location

Beautiful produce today and for once they had everything I needed.

It was a busy sunday. A lot of their sale items were out. Navigating the aisles was familiar and we found everything we needed easily. The cashier was cordial and efficient. The lady at the customer service desk was less enthusiastic. All in all we left with what we needed virtually unscathed.

Only bought the soda on sale.

The employees were very helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. I was a little bummed I couldnt get raw sunflower seeds or the vegan mayo I needed. But, I found everything else on my list.

It has everything I need except checkers (employees) theres always a long line to check out because theres usually only 2 checkouts available. I dread going to this schnucks because of the wait

This is not one of my favorite stores for the simple reason why during peak time there is Never Enough. cash registers open which means you have to wait in line a half hour to 45 minutes to get checked out

Me and two other customers were in the check out line when the register malfunctioned. Instead of opening another register they made us go to another lane. There were three other lanes open with approximately three customers in each lane. We got stuck behind all of them. And wouldnt you know it, as soon as we took our places in the other lanes, the register started working properly. Needless to say, that lane filled fast. For me, the worst part was that not one member of management acknowledged the situation. A simple, Sorry folks, the register malfunctioned. Will the three of you please move to register so-and-so? We will check you out.

Not happy with them most of the time. Poor stocking, still missing items after 3months. Taking advantage of the situation, very few products on sale. Never enough cashiers. Wish shop n save had never left!

I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. The worst store so far. The customer service ever. Will not shop at this Schnucks again. The cashiers have no knowledge of store policy or even how to do their job you’re not getting paid for your opinion you’re getting paid to scan my items. The store is never stocked like it should be and when you ask for help the employees do not know where items are. Just miss the Shop n save.
