CCV is a family run vacuum store run by 2 generations. Upon walking in, one is struck by the massive Chockolate Labrador Retrievers whom greet you warmly and the massive inventory of vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners parts. I am convinced that these folks could fix anything you could roll in there. Heather is the youngest, and greets you, and enthusiastically fixes whatever ails your cleaning machine. A fix-it sort of shop that you grew up with. A great family run business; however, call first as business hours are not 9-5 M-F

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! The ladies in here are so friendly and polite. I am super happy with my repair. Poor poor girl had alot to work on with the chaos I brought her but they were Champs about it and I was beside when she brought out my Vacuum. It looked amazing. Everything was fixed perfectly.They have multiple scents for your Vacuum Cleaner to make your house smell amazing! And you get to enjoy 2 Absolutely beautiful friendly Labs at the shop. The bonus to our shopping experience! We love the furry babies!Cant wait to go back to see them.🥰

Outstanding shop! Heather was able to restore my sputtering 1980s-era Royal hand held vac back to life while we waited, and for a very reasonable price. In my view, Cross Keys is the only place to go in Saint Louis for vacuum repair and sales.
