I will pile on here with another 5-star review. I recently purchased a home in Flower Mound and needed to address some deficiencies in my existing surround sound setup. I also wanted to install speakers/volume controls in various rooms to play music throughout my home.Charlie helped me thoroughly think through my needs on a consultation visit. He gave me good advice that helped me keep the project within budget. I never felt that I was being upsold on anything. On the contrary, he was a voice of reason on some of the expensive extras I was considering.The technicians who came and did the actual work, were extremely courteous and professional. I lead a customer service team in the Service/Repair industry - I wish my employees were as customer-oriented as the guys here. I had some issues with a pet who recently had a stroke and was doggedly following them around underfoot. They were as patient as if my pet was their own.I wasnt exactly following them around, but I didnt see the techs wasting a single minute while on the clock. The work itself was done perfectly and I couldnt be happier with the end result. If youre looking for someone to do some A/V work in your home, I strongly recommend Charlie Brown Sound.

I thought I had written a review but cannot find it now. In any case I used these guys about 2 yrs ago to have a TV mounted. Today I needed a light fixture installed in a new location in my house. They were able to send Ty out same day. And had the job done in about 2hrs. I was very impressed with the work and attention to detail. He mentioned it was close to the next hour of chargeable time and asked if he could skip the vacuum/tidying up to avoid charging me for it. Which was absolutely fine! I really appreciated his awareness and attention to that. Will definitely use these guys again!

Had Charlie Brown Sound complete several AV and electrical projects at the house recently and I was incredibly impressed with the speed and quality of their work. The two technicians were very knowledgeable, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and even improved on one of the ideas I needed executing. Experience was straight forward, no surprises, the system actually works with no bugs, and the work was executed responsively and professionally!!They reworked and replaced a previous installation from a provider who would not provide service after the sale. They also added some items to our system.

2 for 2. Twice now I have called on Charlie Brown and twice they have delivered with professional and quality service at a fair price. Both good experiences that included upgrading my wifi to a mesh network, TV wall mounting that hide the wires in the walls and re-wiring my receiver/electronics. Definitely recommend them.

We stopped by the store on late on a Thursday before a holiday weekend and were promptly called back with an estimate. The installers arrived promptly on Tuesday morning. They answered all of our questions and provided great feedback on not only the project they were completing (mounting two 55”+ TV’s) but on a future project we are starting to plan. Its great that they are licensed electricians as well, because they were able to quickly fix a wiring mistake made by our builder. I was in a pinch when the sound installers I had scheduled for MONTHS cancelled on me 4 hours before my appointment and would not come out for another week. I called Charlie Brown and he was able to work me into the schedule after other jobs were completed early. Ryan and Zack did an outstanding job. They installed 8 ceiling speakers. They look great and they left no mess!. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for Sound work or future electrical needs

Two guys came on time as scheduled. We discussed what I wanted which was to move my router from an upstairs closet to downstairs for easier access, get better wifi response and to simply clean up the closet space (enclose all wiring in the wall cabinet). The job was done in 3 hours and were happy with the results.

Charlie and the guys did a great job for us. Set up my home wireless in 2 hours installing access points, running cable. The areas they worked were cleaner when they finished than when they arrived! Will definitely call CBS next time we need any work.

I booked an appointment with the very nice lady at the office. And 3 days later 2 gentlemen hooked up my tv,blu ray, and surround sound in a timely fashion. They were very polite and explained everything to me. After they finished they picked up all trash and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. I strongly recommended this company to anyone.

A few years ago Charlie Brown Sound installed a two TV in my living room and in my bedroom.I disconnected my cable TV and they put digital antena in my attic. This guys runed all the cables without problem, didnt put bunch of holes in the walls,all wiring was neat. They were fast too. And yesterday my old TV went out, so i called them agan. Now they have a store front, so i bought the TV from them, they delivered to my house for free and installed it. They were in and out so quick. I will always use them, highly recommend this company.
