Went in thinking I needed a fuse for my Fiat’s headlights but Zaden knew automatically that it was the bulbs and was quick to offer me help putting one bulb in to make sure that was what the problem was. Of course he was right and I paid for the new bulbs and he put the other one in and I was off. Such a wonderful experience!!! Definitely recommend this location!!

Being an older woman with absolutely no knowledge about cars, I came into Autozone stating my battery was dead and I needed a new one. On this extremely hot Texas day, Adrian came outside to help me and informed me that my battery was good there was a bad connection. He could of easily charged me considerably more money for a new battery and I would not of known the difference. He was extremely polite and helpful. What I thought would cost me over $100 ended up costing $5. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Autozone in Highland Village to anyone!! Thanks Adrian!!Georgia Ridgard

Wonderful customer service at this location! Tommy was absolutely amazing after we had issues at another location. He listened to the issue & resolved it. I never felt like an inconvenience to him. He even stayed after his shift to make sure we were helped! The other staff at this location seemed extremely friendly as well! Will only be returning to this location in the future!!

I had to replace my fog lights and was honestly so stressed about it but Doug, a worker here offered to do it without me even asking. i was honestly having such a terrible day and his gesture of kindness truly did go a long ways. hope to see more people like Doug around. :)

Staff was very attentive in what i needed and wasnt interested in making a sale w/o FULL knowledge of my issue. Gave me an alternative to look into w the situation BEFORE I spent any money. After consulting my mechanic I WILL b going back to this location to purchase part I need for my mechanic to install. Kudos to AZ staff

I went in looking for a part that I knew was going to be hard to find. Of course they didnt have the part. But the person that worked there just sent me on my way instead of suggesting something else they may have to fix the problem... I went to OReillys next door and they were much more helpful and got me what I needed to fix my problem. Ive never had a very good experience (poorly trained staff)at this particular AutoZone. Go to the one on main Street its better.

So I walked into the store shortly after they opened and stood as the only person in line. Made eye contact with the guy behind the counter who was on his cell phone. He looked away from me and back to his cell phone without ever saying a word. I hung around for a couple more minutes without any staff being interested in helping me so I turned around and walked out. Do not use this store because they do not care at all about customer service.

Went twice in two days. Super helpful people and efficient. Despite giving me the wrong type of windshield wipers, they were so nice and helpful I’ll keep going back. Mike is great.

The manager, Austin Coffed, helped us out immensely today. We had a battery, but not the right tools to put it in; Mr. Coffed helped us put in the battery, and later, my husband bought the necessary tools from Auto Zone. I been coming to this location for about 2 weeks now. This time I came for a hose clamp (not knowing that’s what I needed before hand) I knew I needed a piece of some sort. I’m no mechanic and only know the basic car stuff, Doug with his knowledge helped and put the clamp on in 5min. Every time I come to this location the entire staff are friendly, courteous and willing to lend a hand. This location has def earned by business. Thanks a lot Doug!!

Very helpful. I just wanted to look at a part to get an idea of whether or not I want to replace it myself (water pump). Associate was very accommodating. He even filled my empty anti-freeze jugs with water for me so I could make it home without overheating.

Came in for a battery test. Doug greeted me right away and performed the battery test on my vehicle. Determined the battery needed replacing and gave me options plus updated my rewards information. He had the new Duralast battery installed in no time. In and out quickly. Great service. Thank you Doug!

I went in for wiper blades, I was in and out in 5 mins with blades installed. I know it was 5 mins because I was trying to kill time before an appointment. Amazing Service. This is my autoparts store going forward.

I pulled up with a bad battery after waiting in my car for over 2 hours for anyone to help jump my car so when I arrived at the flower mound location I was hot and sweaty. Austin was so friendly and he tested my battery and put it in my car no problem and waited to make it started. I love auto zone and this team!

Isaac was very helpful knowledgeable and most importantly patient he changed out my car battery when it was almost closing time he is professional I will definitely be back anytime I have trouble with my car.

My only complaint was this old man working there who TOUCHED me and was way too close when talking ESPECIALLY with Covid anyways! I buy parts on the weekend. Typically from O’Reilys a block away. But this store is new...figured I’d give it a try (to be completely honest I went to O’Reilly‘s first and there was a super long line)I asked for help making a purchase decision...And apparently Warren was ‘put-out’ at having to help me. I don’t care that he wasn’t helpful or polite...because I can choose to deal with professionals down the block if i want.Now we know why the line was so long at O’Reilys

Ive been to the Autozone over in Lewisville, and this is nothing like it. As soon as you walk in the door there is someone asking to assist in your endeavors. And not only that, one can tell they actually want to be there and are polite. This is my new go to for auto parts.

They ordered the wrong parts for my Dodge 2500 twice and once they got some of my parts right they sent part of them to the Autozone on Main St in Lewisville. I also ordered a radiator for another truck and they ordered the wrong radiator twice. When they finally ordered the correct radiator they did not even bother to say sorry for my inconvenience. I will not be purchasing any parts from here ever again. I hope they change the way they do service or they will not have many returning customers. I usually order from O’Reilly that is right next door but I thought I would give Autozone a try and they sure let me down.

Came in for a battery test and Mr. Doug A. helped me figure out that I had a bad battery all this time and helped me with my problem and a solution under 20 minutes. Definitely choose this one over the one on Main Street.

Glad to see an autozone open up by highland village area but my visit wasnt a good one. Store manager Austin has horrible customer service.Came in looking for wheel spacers and he denied they carried them. When another employee told me they do and dont know why he would say that. I can go on and tell detail for detail but its plain and simple. No store manager needs to be arguing and lying with customers. Especially for a store to JUST be opened.
