This place has amazing bagels and amazing service. Brisket sandwich is recommended.

Not quite NY Style but a good and reliable choice. Favorites are Poppy, Everything and Cranberry. One of the few places you can get cranberry bagels

The spinach and egg bagel was excellent. Definitely fresh spinach...not some warmed up pre-frozen stuff. Very yummy.

Food is great, and service is immaculate! Always ask for Lidia, she goes above and beyond on making our weekly brunches memorable and fun!

This place is a hot mess.Currently 6 employees are working the counter and at least 1 in the back, yet its taken over 15 minutes to make my sandwich. These people have no hussle at all.When I inquired about this, their employee claimed that there isnt enough counter space for them to make sandwiches... As he then gestured broadly to the 12 of open counter space that isnt being used.

Im a NYer. Been here for over 30 years and have enjoyed Einstein Bagels since Ive been here. With that said, Ive noticed a disturbing trend in their product. Ive been okay with the price constantly rising, everyone needs to make a living. But, the constantly shrinking bagels they now produce are going to make me find another place to get my bagel fix on. Todays bagels are ridiculously malformed and tapered by whomever formed them. Also they are the smallest bagels Ive ever seen Einsteins produce. They certainly are costly enough they shouldnt be getting this small. I hope they change their ways or they will lose me as a customer very soon.

After not having these delicious bagels for quite some time, I was super excited to have one! But when I received it I was instantly disappointed! First, it was made incorrectly so went back in to have them remake. The girl making the bagel wasn’t friendly and was using the same gloves she was wearing to push buttons, make bagels and to scratch her ears!!! Ummm gross! The guy that rang us up was sarcastic and probably needs a new profession outside of customer service. He also, wore the same gloves as he used to ring people up at the register, take money, and then went and helped make bagels... same gloves mind you!!!! How unsanitary!! And yet the dining room is closed to public. Wont be back here again!

Not only got my order wrong, but put something Im allergic to on it. Didnt notice until I got to work because I was in a rush. When I called several times to get it corrected, no one even answered the phone.What a waste of money.

When you have customers standing at the order ahead sign a simple “hi I’ll be right with you” is SIMPLE. 6 workers not extremely busy because there was time to play with coworkers. This is the 3 week in a row I had to ask to be acknowledged. 1 baker 5 up front with all backs to the door. The point of order ahead is to make it easier for the company/employees/customers.Been going to this location for years and never had this much of a issue before. It’s really sad cause I get bagels every week but I’m getting frustrated. Also at checkout first question should be “ are you apart of a rewards?” I had time to watch other customers as myself and another lady we ignored at the order ahead sign....

First time at an Einstein and the staff (and customers behind me) were awesome! Nobody made me feel rushed and the bacon/egg/cheese one was FANTASTIC! Would give more stars if possible!

Farm house hash brown bagel!!! Get the jalapeno garlic sauce. Delish!!!The young lady who took out order let me try the sauce before I got it in my bagel. Very GOOD customer service

I love Einstein bagel store freshly made in the store.They can slice them for you for no extra charge.Or you can order a toasted bagel to have in the store. You do have to ask them to lightly toast a bagel or it would be burnt around the edges.But its really good.

Pickup was quick and easy. But This was 2nd time they got online walk-up order wrong. Shouldn’t be this hard to make bagels correctly.Tried calling store to remedy, just got COVID message saying they’re all busy.

Was VERY busy. Sunday morning with a 1/2 dozen special. Line moved quick but they submitted order before we were through ordering, so we had to wait a bit longer. This is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. Everyone was nice despite the rush. Food was tasty. The honey almond schmear is delicious! I had the avocado toast on plain bagel and added an egg. Mmm

Einstein brothers bagels is an incredible place to eat whether it be breakfast or lunch or even something in the evening. You could also take stuff with you and make larger orders for events such as a business meeting in the morning and they have such a wide variety of things to choose from that it’s a win win no matter what and the customer service and people that work there are very kind and very friendly and the bagels are just to die for. So is there a bagel dipping sauce. It isn’t too costly either so if you want to get a large order to bring to your employees can help get their day started off right and this is a great place to go utilize for that.

Order from this place on doordash and my driver send me a video of you guys only taking care of walking in orders they were getting the orders right away and could get my order ready, had to wait 1 hour and 30 mins if you cant comply with doordash orders why having that service?

I love this place! I didnt even know that I like bagels till I tried it out and now I come everyday! One of the workers his name is Sean and the service is spectacular when hes working. Makes the process much faster and the food tastes even better.

Always fresh, had one of their 2 egg breakfast sandwiches its very filling and cooked well. I enjoy grabbing a dozen for the team at work from here its a nice treat

Good location. Bagels are fresh and tasty.Get there early as their hours are limited and their choices are very limited the later you go.You can get in and out in a couple of minutes.One small bit of feedback. Towards end of day, workers sometimes don’t even offer to have bagels cut so if I forget to ask for it, have to deal with it.

Caribou Coffee is so good! A little weak on the bagel toppings (not much smear /lox) but still yummy. The bagels are always extremely fresh. Try the spinach florentine one!

Great place! Friendly staff, when it gets busy (which it often does) the employees really turn it up a notch to get customers in and out as quickly as possible. Even if its rushed they remain calm and you can tell that the customers seem relaxed when the employees are.Pro tip: If you plan on coming later in the morning call ahead and they will hold your order for you. Busy place and the best bagels sell out fast.

Clean store, not great coffee or selection & prices are high for it. Blueberry muffin was just average. Starbucks prices are the same but much better coffee, beverage selection & muffins. This store is probably best to sell only bagels.

The bagels are pretty decent for Texas, the Irving one has never gotten my order correct once, but the employee is so nice its never a big deal, he always messes it up and we always end up with 2 or 3 free bagels🤷‍♀️

The farmhouse sandwich is so good, and they serve great coffee. They are very busy during breakfast time, but always have enough people working, and are very quick.

Amazing breakfast food! The Farmhouse was incredible, and they have outdoor seating. Outdoor chairs are a bit hard on your bottom though.

The best I have ever had, plus the selection is really quite unusual compared to other places, just moved here from Seattle a couple months ago, never saw anything like this up there.

My first visit to this location was on Sunday June 17th at around 10am. I had ordered 3 different types of sandwiches me and my coworkers had picked online. Cashiers were polite and took my order but seemed busy. After receiving my order I quickly left for work. Upon arriving to work I noticed I had given 3 plain ham and cheese and egg sandwiches. I called later in the day after work to speak with a manger and a male manager apologized and was polite and took down my information and said I could come in next time and receive the correct order. Upon my next visit 6 days later after waiting in like for 20 minutes and reordering the first order. I asked the cashier about my comp and she went to grab a manager. That’s where we were met with the extremely rude and dismissive manager named Sheryl or sherry or something I can’t remember I just remember her nasty attitude. She asked if I had a reference number and I politely replied a was not given one but they had taken down my name. Without even blinking she quickly snapped she had memorized the list and knew my name wasn’t on it and offers me 40% off I tried to explain about the manager I spoke to and before I could finish my sentence she rudely interrupted and made it clear I was not going to be helped so I said whatever and decided just to contact corporate. She snatched my card from me ran it took the receipt and walked off. I had to ask the other cashier for a copy.

The line was winding through the entire store when I arrived. The staff work quickly, pleasantly so I was in line less than 10 minutes. They were well stocked so I got exactly what I went after. However, I suggest you eat there because they have never gotten my to go order right. Ever. They either neglect to put extra butter where requested or forget to slice the bagels or dont toast them. Something is going to be wrong. The eat in orders are always correct. Just check your take out order carefully before you leave.

Absolutely disgusting place. Came a few weeks ago to see a rat trap poking out from under the register. And was terrified to see that a rat had poked out from a HOLE IN THE CEILING! Two order takers looked directly at it and acted as it was normal. A few days later I sent a complaint to corporate to let them know. Still no response. So if you want to eat somewhere with rats crawling around, this is your best bet.

This is the absolute worst excuse for a bagel store. They always run out. Today, Memorial Day, at 10:15 they had next to nothing...not even the popular plain, poppy. I mean nothing. What bagel store doesnt prepare for holidays? Who runs out of the ONLY food they have to serve by 10am? The manager told me I couldve called my order in (i.e., the customer is wrong; you couldve done more). This time I had called twice and they never picked up. Would someone with some sense of customer service please open another bagel place in Flower Mound? (1 star is too many)

Fresh bagels, good coffee, a small outdoor area where you can bring your dog, and doggie bagels.Sometimes things get behind and the coffee area is a mess. Overall, good service and consistent food.

After two consecutive visits (one on the weekend, one during the week), I can say that the staff is consistently rude and act as if they dont like or want to be working there. I routinely by a dozen bagels to go and was never asked on any visit if I wanted them sliced, a seemingly simple question as they are challenging to slice at home with just a knife. Go the the one in Lewisville, they know how to treat you and run a great operation!

Get there early on the weekends. They can get pretty busy and sometimes run out stuff. Good bagels and great staff.

First without being prejudice, I couldnt believe how un-kept the help was. Actually took me by surprise and I dont usually comment on that. Then I didnt get greeted. Stood at the counter while the young women at the cash register chatted up the help behind her. Asked for crispy bacon and she replied, um, I dont think we can do that. Unfortunately for this consumer, I make quick decisions - I dont think I will be going back, and I work in the complex.................

I dont understand how every time I visit, this location is out of plain bagels. With bagels in the title, the least you could do is maintain a good supply of choices. I like the coffee and bagels of Einsteins but this location really ruins it for me.

Unfortunate to give a poor review to this store, however you reap what you sow.How in the world you run out of bagels when Thais the primary part of menu, and potato salad. Some of Staff is not customer service orientated to be dealing with people. I have given this particular store my last visit yesterday 12:45pCST it’s last chance. I no longer will visit the place and will tell others the same not recommend at all.

Its the only bagel place nearby. Their bagels freeze well and you put them in the fridge the night before and it is great toasted. Buy them on mondays to be supplied for a week or two.They are horrible at toasting them at the store either it isnt warm or is burnt. They are incredible inconsistent in buttering or shmearing at all. If you get things to go the whole bagel could be in a huge puddle of at least 4 table spoons of butter. To get it you have to wait a very long time whether there is a long line or no line.

Excellent bagels and abundant choices, but often they run out of many flavors very early. Twice in the last three times Ive gone between 8:00am and 8:30am Ive been unable to get the flavors I want.
