Sales lady was helpful about hair dye solution and developers.

I went to the store and found this location is closed. With no new location Listed on the door or even on the website. Not very good customer service When it comes to good communication!

I love Sally’s! I’ve been a thousand times all over the states! I’m no beauty expert, but I usually go in knowing exactly what I need. Today I wanted to try a different kind of hair dye so I asked for help! Briona was AMAZING! She was super sweet and informative. She even suggested some deep conditioner! Which is something I was looking for but didn’t even ask! Best customer service experience I think I’ve ever had! New location is nice but employees are short with customers

The people at Sallys Beauty Supply are helping without being judgmental. I really appreciate getting advice without the look that says you really screwed up your hair or went are you buying that.The process are great and they have a wide variety of beauty supplies.

Lots and lots of stuff in one very small space but well organized

Management at this location is RUDE. They talk to you like you don’t know anything. Myself and my mother have been to cosmetology school and still get talked to like we’re stupid. Never coming back here again. When we went to the register the woman had an attitude and never helped us with anything but to tell us “you need developer with this.” As if we’ve never colored our hair before! We’ve seen her multiple times and have the same issues.
