I WAS PURCHASING WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A GREAT FIND ( CIB POKEMON PLATINUM FOR NINTENDO DS) AND IT WAS A FULL REPRODUCTION NORMALLY FROM CHINA FOR $20-30. THEY WERE SELLING IT FOR $80. TOLD THEM THIS IS A FAKE, ARE YOU GOING TO THROW IT AWAY? THEY SAID NO WE WILL SALE IT TO SOMEONE WHO JUST WANTS THE GAME.

No wonder they’re going out of business! Something wonky happens every time I come. They buy games for very little and customer service is horrible. They id me for a game (im 16) so I had my girlfriend (17) try to buy it and he wouldn’t sell her it! Very disappointed do not recommend. Buy off amazing.

I got a game at around 7:15 went home and found out that the disc wouldn’t work. Then called at around 7:55 to see if I could get it traded the next day and lost connection. They called back and one of the employees named Jaylon (sorry if it’s misspelled) said he would stay past closing to get us another one. By far the best customer service I’ve ever seen in the chain and I greatly appreciate it.

Honestly, of all Game Stops I have been to in multiple states, in this my absolute favorite. The guys here are awesome. They have recommended several games that have been spot on with what me and my family like to play. Trust everything they say here.

This particular GameStop is just better than the surrounding stores. Example, I brought $150 cash to this stores with all intention on buying the 420X Turtle beach head set. The moment the store associate saw me eyeing them he approached me, got all the information on why I wanted them before proceeding to show me a much cheaper pair, half the price. The only difference between the two head sets was the complete wireless option, the cheaper pair were assembled with better more capable material, lighter in weight, and again HALF the price. I bought them now I love them, they are noticeably more comfortable for long gaming, the mic has great range, and once more they were HALF the price allowing me to buy some unexpected sour patch kids nice bonus.....My point is instead of being greedy they took the long road and got a lifetime customer because of it. Thanks again!

I am extremely disappointed with this store! I reserved a game online before the store even opened. When my son and I showed up to get it (right after the doors opened) we were told the store manager was holding the game for one of his friends. We drove 25 min to get this game, followed the online instruction to reserve the game, and my son and I talked about how excited we were to play our when we got back home! Imagine how that 25 min ride home was with my 10 year old son!!!!!! ??????

Just went into this store and they totally ripped us off. They didnt say the elite pro was only for their credit card. I have a power play card and didnt even get a discount. Screw you game stop. Nothing but crooks.

The employees are always the nicest no matter the GameStop you go to but the game amount is well. They have all the newest games but not all of everyones favorites... Do doubtedly good though.

Most always has all the games or gaming equipment you need. Opens late, and closes early. Has Nintendo, Xbox, and PlayStation. Prices are average, sales are common, and used games are cheap. Get a game stop membership to save money.

Midnight release of game,they had their doors closed and was ignoring us at the door by 11:30. Feels like they cared more about clocking out by how they didnt even have the courtesy to tell me sorry were closed, just ignored us at the door after looking at us directly through the glass.
