Stopped in because my glasses had broken in a way I could not fix with more superglue. Helene helped me find a set that actually fit my frames, which is amazing as they were bought 5 years ago. Got my lenses in, and frames adjusted perfectly.Came back for an appointment for a new set, and Wendy got me a new set breaking down the cost of every piece of the glasses and active promotions.Amazing service overall, couldn’t ask for anything better. Ms. Wendy was amazing at Lens Crafters. I bought a pair of frames from them a while back, and they just changed my lenses to a replacement frame after the old ones broke. I went LensCrafters in Flowermound Texas this afternoon looking for a repair kit for my glasses. Both sales associates were extremely friendly and took the time to fix my glasses even though I purchased them from another company. I would recommend this store for all of your glasses needs

There was only one person working that day, busy with customers she happily took my sunglasses for repair. She had them ready as promised! I went in for two pair of glasses. Jessica was great to work with. She not only helped me pick out frames that worked best for me, but was friendly the entire time. I can tell they appreciate their customers. Even while helping me, she still greeted customers coming in to make them feel welcome. Customer service goes a long way in my opinion. I had a hard-to-find frames request that Wendy was an absolute champ at helping me find. Once the frames were secured, my progressive lenses were made for me in a very timely manner and, once again, Wendy helped me with fitting them and showing me how to quickly adjust to the different parts of the bifocal lenses. This isn’t my first time having glasses made here and it won’t be the last.

My wife and I went in and there was not a single customer. There were 3 employees having a conversation and they told us theyd be right with us. I was amazed at the lack of customer service as we waited for them to finish their conversation. When someone finally helped us they were throwing outrageous prices at us. When we said they seemed a little too expensive the woman seemed to lose all energy and interest in us when she realized she wasnt going to make a sale off of us. So we left and will not ever go back. We ended up going to different store and were greeted with excellent customer service and seemed like they were genuinely happy to help us. Also, the prices were much more reasonable compared to Lenscrafters

They try to upsell product that no one needs. For example progressive lens which costs way more than bifocal and is really hard to get adjusted to. Insurance covers bifocals at a better rate than progressive. One of my parents went in and the lady up sold the progressives, his intention was to get bifocals, my mother hated progressives. The lady said it’s what the customer wants. Okay with insurance it would have cost $127, with frames and bifocals vs how she showed a price of $500 if you want to get best value it would cost $180. Keep in mind you get a cheap pair of frames and lenses that are really hard to get adjusted to, yet her personal opinion was 99% of people love them and her family members do as well. My advise is to know your insurance and what kind of lenses that would be best suited for you. Also would not allow to use $50 coupon which said may be combined with insurance but because it was best value, a promotional discount was given already. Also my past experience with this location was horrible, had to go to Vista Ridge mall to get the desired frames. Selection at this location is not as great and you will encounter a pushy older lady which wants to give you her personal opinion.

I have purchased two pairs of glasses from this location in the past. I am happy with the glasses, but both times I had to go there several times for them to get it right! I am not sure how they stay in business! Management is horrible! I will not go to this location again!

She was determined to find the perfect pair without being pushy into buying something. She did find the perfect pair by going through every single drawer. Loved her honesty and personality!LensCrafters was only one of very few that made me feel welcome without making me feel like I had a plague. Due to Covid, some businesses didnt even want to let you in, locked you in once you arrived and said you couldnt touch anything. At LensCrafters, they were very welcoming, clean, and let you touch anything. They disinfected everything but wasnt doing it in a rude way at all.Highly recommend them! Excellent customer service and excellent selection of glasses!

I just had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Flower Mound. I bought a very expensive pair of new glasses and damaged them less than a month later. I took the glasses in expecting for them to be shipped off and to have to wait a week for them to get fixed. Luckily a wonderful, friendly associate named Wendi with over 30 years of experience was able to fix them in less than 10 minutes while I waited. I would highly recommend Lenscrafters!

Having been a LensCrafters customer for several years, I had some standard expectations as far as pricing was concerned. Typically, my vision insurance covers the lenses and a good portion of the frames, even if they are brand name frames. I came in with a few different coupons and the vision insurance I have used with LensCrafters for years. After browsing the store and making my selection, the location’s team lead rang me up. The employee wanted to charge me over $600.00 and said that they had already included my vision benefits and the coupon I had brought in. I was shocked. After asking again, as to whether or not they had included my vision insurance and the coupon I had brought in, I knew I was being ripped off. I decided to leave and go to another location, where, after choosing frames of the same value, I was told that the entire transaction would amount to less than $130.00. This location is not worth to waste time and money.

I have shopped LensCrafters for years. Always have had top tier service. With all the online glasses suppliers out there, none will stay on par with LensCrafters. I would rate a minus star just as many other people rate how the customer service goes...Please do not go for Jessica to adjust your pair of glasses as she broke and damaged both of mine in the store🤦‍♀️(ALL OF THE GLASSES I OWN)(Refers to the photo).Since the first pair that was damaged by Jessica it was no longer in stock, I was forced to order a new pair eyeglasses. Unfortunately the new glasses are not fitting me perfectly at all and now my return has been refused by Jessica and the store manager Debbie(lenscrafter has a 30 day return policy, i tried to return my eyeglasses 16 days after pickup and they refused, they were basing the return date off of the ORIGINAL PAIR that I had brought in to be adjusted and they had broken...i was unaware that lenscrafter didnt care about the customer and played games even when they made a mistake and my PRESCRIPTION eyeglasses were BROKEN beyond repair and needed to be replaced ) I went to pick up the new glasses on 10/26(Mon), despite the fact I can still return it within the 30 days after picking up the glasses in the store. (The return policy was confirmed with Customer care hotline and managers in other locations as of today 11/13 Fri).Debbie and Jessica are still telling me that it has passed my original purchase date ( my first glasses purchased on 9/26 Sat; before its nose pad being destroyed). Even though my nose pads were destroyed by an associate which obviously was NOT my responsibility and was a service offered by lenscrafter.How can I fully trust someone that kept giving me incorrect information ?The store manager Debbie had a very unprofessional attitude. I felt I was not treated right by these 2 people and I also felt they were definitely NOT trained properly to meet customer satisfaction levels. Jessica interrupted without letting me finish what my concern were and immediately hang up the phone on me in a middle of our conversation. I was shocked that she avoided communicating with me so I had to call back the store, that was when Debbie answered the phone with a big attitude.This kind of behavior is not acceptable and it is showing bad business practice 🤮I thought a big chain store like lenscrafters were better but everyone except Helen in Flowermound location just kept disappointing me and they are not working with me for solutions :(When I asked Jessicas about her supervisors information, she refused to let me speak to a supervisor. However I have already spoken with an upper manager where I got my very first eyeglass about this whole situation and she told that she will help me communicate with these 2 people in Flowermound location so hopefully I can finally get the help I needed. I recommend the Southlake and North Park location; the associates there are WAY more professional, and when I mentioned my bad experiences they immediately guessed it was Jessica and Debbie and told me I am far from the first person THAT DAY that came in complaining about them : Thank you so much for taking your time to read my review. I truly hope that Nobody will have the same experience as me at this location. I am giving ONLY this location a 1 star review, all other I mention are 5 star.

Lies, upsales, and deception all around. This company makes their sales people say anything to make a sale and I feel bad them. Cant get a straight answer from anyone at any location. If you decide to do business here, make sure you look over the breakdown of the sale, ask questions, ask again, and check again to be 100% positive that they didnt add something new while you werent looking.
