Williams French did an amazing job of changing out my 30 gas cooktop to a 36 and the range hood from a 28 one to a 36 one. Gary was very caring of my requirements and made several trips to ensure the products I was choosing would fit. His team was excellent and cleaned up very well. Could barely tell they had cut granite. I would recommend him any day and I will be calling.him for my other projects.

After meeting Gary in person I feel completely comfortable with his expertise and work ethic. I have not picked a contractor until I get all my bids in but would not at all hesitate to pick William French for a remodel.

I would hire William French again if I ever have home improvement needs. Wil Reed was very knowledgeable in helping bring my vision to life, and Miguel (working manager) was awesome to work with! We had an ineffective narrow pantry wall that divided our kitchen from our living room, and we knocked it down, put up a beam and installed a custom island in its place. They also painted our dark cabinets white and replaced our outdated fluorescent light with 4 can lights. The difference in how the space feels is unbelievable! From dark and cramped, to bright and open. We couldnt be happier! Oh, and they finished it in 2 weeks from start to finish! Hire them. You wont regret it!

William French completed a full remodel of our master bath and now it is our favorite room in the house! Gary was great to work with, always responsive and transparent with prices. We worked with Gary to transform our kitchen and living to a new open living space. He was great to work with and really helped us bring our vision to life! As unbelievable as it may sound, his initial quote was very close to the final cost, with the only overages being our own selections of higher cost materials. He was thoughtful in timing the phases of our project. We didnt have to live without our kitchen long, as he waited for cabinets to be ready before demoing the existing kitchen...that cant be said for some friends who were also doing a remodel and went several months without a kitchen. Next, we cannot say enough about Miguel, our on-site project manager. He oversaw the daily demo and reconstruction of our project and was joy to have around. The work we had done included complete kitchen demo and installation of new cabinetry and appliances, removal of several load-bearing walls, and demo and refacing our fireplace. I would highly recommend Gary and his team for your next project!

William French Home Improvements recently completed renovations to the home we purchased this past spring. The entire house was painted, all bathrooms redone, and full remodel of the kitchen. The project was well executed from day one to completion, by our Project Manager, Gary Jackson. He helped us to design and choose tile, granite, paint, accents etc and use of the Design Center was key for us to visualize what it was going to look like once completed. When the trades arrived on the job site, they were always very nice and professional, and kept the workspace clean and tidy. The trades attention to detail was beyond amazing, as evidenced in the the finished product. We were always kept aware of the stage of the project and what was happening next. Excellent job once again!! We hired Gary over the past 3 years to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen. This time William French replaced our downstairs flooring with ceramic tile in the living and dining room, and new carpet in the master bedroom. We also had our fireplace refaced with tile and everything looks awesome!! They also replaced most of our baseboards that brightened up our 20-year old home. Ill certainly be calling Gary for our next project of replacing the upstairs flooring. Great job!!

Gary was great to work with, Helped us chose all materials and advised us throughout the entire process. We had a full kitchen remodel, all new floors for the whole house. Fireplace remodel with tile facing. Complete bathroom remodel. Quality of the work was excellent. Every person that came into our house was friendly and treated us and our house with respect. We could not be happier with the results. All of our concerns were taken care of. Communication was always prompt. Gary was always available via text, email, phone.

I can’t say how pleased I am with my new remodeled bathroom. Gary Jackson was awesome to work with. He spent a lot of time working with me to pick out tile for the new shower. William French did a fabulous remodel of our master bath. We basically had our bathroom gutted and reconfigured. Gary did an excellent job helping us conceptualize the redesign. It was incredibly helpful to be able to go to his showroom and pick out our materials, without having to run around to different tile shops trying to piece things together. Miguel did excellent tile, plumbing, and construction work. We will definitely use William French on future projects!

Crew did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel. Kept existing cabinets but replaced granite counter tops, back-splash, and had a new cabinet build to support a larger new island. Their cabinet guy does incredible work, and they were able to get the stain on new cabinet to match existing. Very high quality work. Did take longer than i expected. Love the end result!

3/20/2020 We have just completed the transformation in our bathroom from tub to walk-in shower and a single sink vanity to a double sink vanity.We are very pleased with the quality of service and workmanship of WFHI. Gary was very patient and professional working with us to make our project one in which we would be very pleased and Miguels workmanship, cleanliness during construction and dedication to staying on timelines was awesome.

This was our first significant house remodeling experience (kitchen and guest bath), and William French Home Improvements made it great! Gary Jackson was our main point of contact, and he was very easy to work with, stayed close to the initial deadline and was an absolute professional. We also worked closely with Miguel, a core project manager, who was also very professional, did great work and gave us peace of mind. Renos may hardly go off without a hitch - a few things changed outside of our control and then we changed a few things up mid-stream - but Gary was able to keep us close to the timeline provided at the start and was also very budget-conscious given our last-minute changes. Timely response to request for carpet install. Samples were brought to our home allowing for accurate color match, facilitating a smooth carpet selection. The representative was friendly and accommodating. The carpet arrived 1-2 days ahead of promised schedule, allowing for early install. The installers were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They moved and returned all furniture with care. All previous materials were removed and the new carpet was vacuumed.

I first came into contact with Choice Granite and Remodeling two years ago. They have always been professional and courteous and their work is top notch! My granite counter tops that they installed are gorgeous. I get more compliments on them than I can count! I could not ask for a better company to help me with all my projects and would recommend them to anyone!

This experience was completely stress-free from the selection to the install. The sales manager was knowledgable and asked great questions to understand our needs and budget. The carpet that was selected has exceeded our expectations and did not disappoint!! The install team was on-time, professional and skilled at their work- This was a 5-room and stairs, 2000+ square feet job, and the install team completed the flawless install in 1-DAY!!! The lead installer asked if they could work into the evening to avoid the potential rain the next day and when the job was complete all the furniture was perfectly back in place and the rooms looked great!!! We hired William French to install new carpet on our stairway and second floor. While we love the carpet and the padding, we loved the service even more. Will not recommend or use again. The final product is what we wanted but the details were left unattended. I had to clean paint off the new flooring, custom cabinet drawers do not work properly...despite the project manager replacing the glides (he tried to make it right), management NEVER contacted us once the job was sold. It was a disappointing experience!!

It was such a relief to get this fixed, and I had peace of mind that a Lic & Ins contractor was fixing my home. Wil communicated with me the entire day. William French did an amazing job remodeling our countertops in our bathrooms and kitchen. They brightened up our house with lighter granite, expanded our island creating more usable space and replaced ols slate tile around our tub and sinks with beautiful granite and had it all done really quick! Wil and Rick did everything they said they would do and were very responsive and detailed. We will definitely use them again
