If there’s one thing that stands out between this Walmart an any other, it’s Andrew. It’s not just a regional Walmart when Andrew is involved. It’s a shopping center for gifts, necessities, and all kinds of wants we never knew we had. Three words, say it with me “we love Andrew” red flame shopping carts!

I have gotten my groceries delivered every couple of weeks for the last 6 months at least and my orders are always perfectly picked, packed and delivered. Never late, never a wrong or missing item. I’m notified of substitutions wherein I’m able to approve or deny (rarely happens). I couldn’t be happier with every employee that has helped with my orders as well as the delivery drivers who brought my orders to me. Thanks so much!!

Never have what Im looking for, whether because they just dont carry it, but often just because theyre out. Havent had sugar free coffee creamer of any brand for over a week now. But its always something.

I’ve been going here for years now, and the cashiers are always so nice; there’s a real sense of community here and this store is my go-to for any grocery shopping. The self-check outs installed are a lot more helpful, and you can easily find help if something is missing or has gone wrong. Highly recommended!

Much nicer facility after the August 2021 remodel. Now to figure out where everything is.

Had a horrible experience with the lady at the customer service desk who could not do her job properly and their machines were not working and I was dealing with a time sensitive matter and she did not seem to care or have any desire to fix a problem and then tried to tell me to leave after I asked to speak to the manager and this is a small Walmart so the food and selection is very limited. I would not recommend going to this place in less you needed it something specific that was only there. There are several other places within a mile of this location that have better selections and variety most importantly customer service.

I had a good experience with walmart pickup service today. The Walmart associate Angel came promptly with my order. There was one item which was out of stock, she asked if I wanted the exchange product, and took it back since I didnt want it.She was prompt, courteous and efficient.

I like this neighborhood Walmart. There are now more self-check out lanes than clerk lanes. So, if looking for a person to check you out, good luck. Its a hop skip jump away. I know where to find inside what Im looking for and that makes for a pleasant quick trip. Happy shopping folks!

I was there the other day with my nephew that is two years old and I heard a manager named Nicole Treating her employee very disrespectful, She was being very judge mental on this kid that was trying his best to work efficiently, it was hard to not pay attention because she was very loud and obnoxious. I got the groceries I needed and left, the management there is obviously very poor and it’s not a nice environment.

Enter the store and turn left to checkout the great produce area. Head down the bakery aisle along the West wall. Great bread, chicken salad, egg salad, and oatmeal raisin cookies.

This is a badly managed store..... chances are you will not find many items on your shopping list because they have not been restocked. Staff is very sparse.... if you need any help at the self-checkout you will have to wait for many minutes (over 5 mins) before getting help. If in doubt, just call the store..... 9 out of 10 times nobody answers the phone. Also, almost always, there is nobody at the customer service desk. Despite all these, this store is strategically located, they carry all the essentials, it is easy to locate an item as the organization of the store is great (as of most WalMarts). But although it is super-convenient, I have become frustrated on not finding items and thus will not visit this store when needing items for few days. Last, I have found that Walmart does not have the lowest prices - there are many products (under the Krogers or Tom Thumbs flag) that are of higher quality and lower in price.

I have been shopping here for years and loved it until yesterday! I noticed several weeks ago they only have self checkout registers open. I bought a basket load of groceries and had to use the self checkout, I almost walked out. I looked around the store and they had at least 20 employees filling orders, how about serving the customers that are coming into the store? I am not going to shop at this store if I have to check myself out.

I shop at this store most of the time, coming here several times a week and spending lots $$ over the years. I go here because I find you have a core of employees that I have known over the years that are very nice to me and quite friendly. TODAY WAS NOT THAT DAY!Obviously Miriam was short staffed and no one was at the check out. I had $130 plus of groceries with my a personal check and needed someone to help me at the register. I don’t know exactly how things got so unfriendly, but Miriam kept hollering to me from the service counter on where to go. I truly thought I was getting yelled at. Naturally at the checkout, no thank you for again spending lots of $$.I do know you have good people at this store, and I will be back because of them. I will give Miriam the benefit of the doubt, but will always remember today.. My Reviews are mostly good. Not today. This lady did not represent your store in a good way today. Not at all. I’m guessing Miriam was nicer to the staff that hired her than she was to me today.As I look through Reviews at this store, I see that many people write because of the customer service. Hope she has a better day tomorrow.If a manager wants to call me, I would be happy to talk about today. Again, hoping just a bad day for her.SECOND REVIEW.... The traffic in front of the store is busy and one must be careful. Today a car was parked in the Fire Lane and no one in it and engine going. You do not need a car parked there!! IT IS A FIRE LANE AS WELL!!As I walk in the store, I told the associate that the car just 10’ in front of her in CLEAR VIEW WAS EMPTY! You would think that an employee sitting in her chair could say something to the line driver as he walked into the store. I guess it is necessary now with the 19 Scare to have an employee there. Would it be too much to make sure she can also do something about a car illegally parked. Some one will get hit and Walmart COULD HAVE PREVENTED IT..

A good visit as usual. However there were customers without masks. I know yall are doing the best you can with the fool customers yall have to deal with. I will come back. You know I tell people, if Walmart doesnt have it you dont need it. 🙂

Clean and well stocked

I shop at this Walmart quite a bit but the 2 cashiers that I have to deal with need re training. Twice in less than a week Ive had to re bag my food/ milk from being put in a bag with cleaning supplies! And there is one cashier that is so slow and rude I hate having to get into her line. IF I HAVE TO SCAN AND BAG MY GROCERIES I AND I KNOW OF OTHERS FEEL LIKE THE SELF CHECK OUT SHOULD BE MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY !!

The pharmacist that helped me was AWESOME! Not only did she notice (before I brought it up) that my prescription cost higher than normal before, but then she also found a way to help me save 60 dollars. She was friendly, easy to work with, and even gave my dog a little treat.

This location is so incompetent at times compared toTarget, where carts are cleaned before they can even be touched by customers. This location doesn’t care about. The cleaning station for employees to clean carts is always vacant.Even when someone is there they don’t even make an attempt to clean the carts. Its Covid - Helloooo.. It’s just poor service all around. I visited and bought bottled water, come to find out, 5 bottles of the water didn’t have covers in them, completely open. Quality controls non-existent.I would avoid this location unless it’s just easier for you. Poor service all around.

Helpful staff, good place to get in and out quick

I understand that this store had to make remodeling and relocation decisions for their products. However, why would they decide to narrow the aisles so much, that you can barely get two carts by each other? I had heard a number of other shoppers complaining about this issue. Why would you even consider doing this while we are still living in a pandemic? Why would you consider doing this for any reason at all?

It’s a neighborhood Walmart so much smaller selection of products. Some sections viz apparels, electronics, DIY are missing altogether.

We “Old People” would like to thank Walmart for providing that special hour to shop during this pandemic. Today, as most days, Clarita went out of her way to help me check out. She made extra effort yesterday finding out about Senior Citizen Shop Time. It really helped. Please add Stephen to the great helper list too. As a check writer, it is sometimes difficult to check out. Stephen and Clarita both were terrific today. He personally assured me that a popular item would be available next Senior Day that got sold out the night prior. Thanks guys!!

Very disappointed with the on line ordering pick up. First time I have been to this Wal-Mart and I have to say it will be the last. Took a minute to get my order and I had ordered cooking oil. It did not have the safety seal and the lid was loose so huge mess in my hatch. When the employee brought out my bags, some were already ripped and do not seem to concern the employee. It was like it was the normal for them. Not impressed and I use the on line pickup all the time.

OMG the lady was so RUDE the money order thing broke in the middle of my transaction only one printed i paid for 2 she gave me the first one so I filled it out she couldnt get the computer to print out the other one so she had to give me a refund she said give me the money order back I asked why she said I have to give you your money back you was so fast and filled it out like you couldnt wait I have never felt so attacked last visit here ....GET RID OF HER !!!!

Just went to this Walmart. The cashier was not polite didn’t even know how greet customer. I’ve been raised to be respectful to others but an old woman that assist us today and in front of my kids was not nice at all. Doesn’t know how to assist customer. She treated me like I’m an idiot that it’s my first time to pay groceries at Walmart. We’ve spent hundred and hundreds of dollars at Walmart and used cards. We don’t use credit cards and why in the world that Walmart would sell their card and will not take it their own card that they sell when you swipe it? I think it’s time for other store to get my money than Walmart. Especially the Walmart in Flower Mound!!! Racist!!! 😡😡😡

Nice store. It seems clean and staffed and they were helpful staff members nice and friendly. The store was stocked and had most of what you need.

The self checkout lanes are almost always working with a cashier nearby to help with any issue. On many occasions I have come here and have been able to get in and out quickly. I think this is one of my favorite locations. The employees at the front are always friendly and the the cashiers are always there to help with the self-checkout. The fruit and vegetable aisle is always neat without items on the floor or in the aisles. Each time Ive gone into the store, the shelves were stocked with items and they were fronted for customer purchase. I checked the restroom while I was there and each time Ive gone in it is always fairly clean without paper and items on the floor.

Really beautiful store in a great location. Always well-stocked, product is easy to locate because its in the area the Walmart app says it should be, store manager Nick is always available and amiable and even the customer service team is great. This was one of my most positive experiences.

So convenient to have a little Walmart in the neighborhood. Especially when you dont need anything except groceries and/or pharmacy. You may not find everything on your list, but then this happens at the superstores too. Could use more cashiers, which is reason for 4 stars, not 5. This applied to all Walmart stores, big or small.

I normally dont shop for groceries at Walmart, however, this is the best grocery store in our new neighborhood and Ive found it to be a very nice experience. Their fresh food items are of good quality and their brand selection is vastly superior to other grocery stores in my neighborhood. Their staff is also friendly, which is a plus.

Has everything that we need for a great price. I recommend staying away from their pre-cut fruit though. The last time we purchased watermelon and it was rancid (opened it to eat the same day of purchase). Otherwise, a good place to shop for your typical groceries.

The only thing that I dont like about this store is not enough checkers. Otherwise it is a good place to go if you dont want to spend more money like you would at the bigger Walmart.

The location is convenient and it has all the basic grocery needs. The staff are generally passive but nice. I did buy an item off the shelf that was 8 months expired (which they replaced).

I went to get some supplies I saw two Walmart employees holding Hand Sanitizers. When I ask them, where I could find them. but they ignore me and proceeded to self check out. I went back to check on the stock and selves were empty. It turn out that those employees got Sanitizers from back storage room.

Very nice walmart. They only sell groceries, but they have a very good and fresh selection. The quality is above average for a wall mart. This location is my first choice for groceries.

Very good at having stock of items I hardly ever find stocked at the larger stores.

I used to love this store. It had friendly employees, easy to get in and out of etc. My last 6 visits were not pleasant. I have a disability. They had no cashier manned registers and refused to open one although on one of those occassions they were 3 employees standing at customer service talking and laughing. That last time I was there I was struggling to self check and bag some of my items. When I asked an employee that has checked me out many times for help she told me they are not allowed to help. Probably will not be returning.

Diane Newell and her team displayed excellent customer and at an important time. We had the main Christmas gift for our grandchild shipped to the store. The day it was to be delivered I went and they didnt have it. Members of Dianes team seemed genuinely concerned and diligently searched, looked through their records, and even helped me contact customer service to double-check tracking. I felt like I was their only customer even though the store was packed with Christmas customers. As instructed I went back the next morning and met Diane for the first time. She knew my name and the issue even though I did formerly leave my name nor expect my issue to be passed on to her or whomever the next day. Someone had done just that. She exhibited the same concern and diligence. She asked whether Id like to wait or have her call me while she searched. I choose to have her call me. I later found out that she immediately went back to search--even though she could have waited since I was no longer in the store. Within 15 to 20 minutes she had found the toy--the person checking in deliveries had been off for his anniversary. And all of this is just one example of the service I continually observe at MY neighborhood Walmart.

Last time I went in the manager and the second-in-command, were looking at their phones the entire time I was in the store. They were leaning on the customer service desk looking at their phones when I walked in, they were in the same position when I walked out and never even looked up at me. I have nothing against the quality of the items or the prices but if youre looking for a place that has any kind of customer service, keep moving.

Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU TO Kadsha at the Flower Mound Walmart. I lost a piece of jewelry that was very special to me there. Amazingly she found it as she sweeping the floor! So appreciative of her honesty. Thank you Kadsha!

Good clean place but always seems to have expired food on there shelves. I always find expired items and bring it to there attention. It is sometimes weeks expired.

I was using theself check out machine on Saturday (7/13) because they only had one cashier working. The machine froze while processing my payment and the assistant manager Dina was unable to void the purchase. In addition, her solution was to ring the groceries through another time. While at the store I phoned my bank since I had no receipt, but a suspicion that the charge was pending on my account. When I spoke to the banker my fears were justified . The banker explained to Dina the store needed to do a merchant reversal of charges, she refused saying I hadnt been charged ( even thought the banker specifically verified the charges were pending). Now heres a thought let me leave with my groceries, but instead Dina grabbed my car and pulled it behind the service desk. 3 hours later I have no groceries but I am missing $127.16 out of my checking account. Dina thinks this is no big deal and why am I so upset. Maybe Dina would like to give me $127.16 for nothing. Needless to say I now have to file a complaint through my bank against Walmart to get the money refunded into my account, Worst customer service ever. I promise you if this had happened at Tom Thumb, Krogers, or Sprouts I would have my groceries or a credit to my account instead of pending charges and a claim number. Do not shop at the Flower Mound Neighborhood Walmart.

Quick and easy shopping trips. Very clean and well stocked. Mostly grocery items, but also a small selection of make-up, cleaning products, and over the counter medications.

I dont care for Wal-Mart but theres is very clean but the meat was out dated & another product I had to point out to the staff.

At this Wal-Mart, they have very deceptive pricing in the produce area. They had bagged cherries with a Retail Price of $3.68. That would lead the buyer to believe the total price for each bag of cherries was $3.68. Not so. When I checked out, the total came to nearly $8.00 because it was calculated at $3.68 per pound. I explained over and over to the cashier, then the manager that you cant use the words Retail Price and then charge by the pound. You have to use the words Per Pound if there are any calculations to be done regarding the total price. (as is standard practice in every produce department). Bagged carrots may be priced with a total retail price, same with celery or packages of tomatoes. Or its priced per pound. Its one or the other, and its ALWAYS clearly stated but their sneaky way of pricing was flat out a lie. After 10+ minutes, I finally got the manager to admit that it was deceptive and she said shed add a Per Pound tag. I havent been back to see.
