Zak and Mike our installers were fantastic. Not only did they do a clean fast and accurate job they trained me on how to use the tub in a detailed manner. These two guys work really well with each other theyre definitely a good team. We had one or two little issues in the installation but they were able to accommodate the space very well. It was a pleasure working with them today. You cant find guys like this anymore.

We had a pretty big time delay from our original order date to actually getting the hot tub delivered. But we understand that is industry wide right now due to the COVID back log. Zach and Mike did a great job with the install. They explained everything thoroughly including maintenance and chemical use. And they answered a bunch of my questions confidently. This team is fantastic! I recently had to file a warranty claim on my Green Egg fire box. My original dealer was no longer in business, Spencer jumped at the opportunity to help and quickly walked me through required docs, photos and submittied. After a long wait our Bullfrog hot tub was delivered today! Our backyard is challenging to say the least but Zac & Mike did an outstanding job getting the tub delivered for us. This entailed a pre delivery visit to evaluate the best option for delivery & assistance with an unexpected fence issue. The hot tub looks great & you guys rock! Thanks for the comedic moment when Mike fell into the pool! (It may have been on purpose 😉😆?) Zac did a good job keeping the hot tub out of the pool.

If you could 6 stars for the experience, I would. I was originally thinking I was going to purchase a hot tub/spa from Costco. The prices were good- but upon further research the reviews were pretty scary. They also didnt come with installation, covers, etc. If anything went wrong, well good luck.I found Southern Leisure Spas & Patio while researching online. I started to communicate with Austin Sifuentes, who was an absolute wealth of knowledge. Austin sent me several options for spas that fit my budget. We went to visit and looked at several different options in the showroom. The Bullfrog brand immediately won me over- due the simplicity of the design and maintenance, great looking, and awesome features. The overall quality of the brand seems to take a lap around other brands.At the time, they had some great promotions running that allowed me to get a slightly better model than what I initially thought would fit the budget. Once we paired down the exact model we wanted (R7L), we went back and tried out multiple Jet Packs to customize exactly what we wanted. Everything went great, and Austin even showed us how we could get a sales tax exemption (win!).Installation was a breeze. The technicians were on time, very thorough, and clearly were experts at their craft. The spa has been great, and we use it regularly (even in the summer). Its incredibly relaxing. Maintenance has been a breeze so far.I cannot recommend Southern Leisure Spas & Patio (and Austin Sifuentes) enough. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.Finally- one more pro tip: If the spa is too hot in the Texas summers, freeze some water in a few old one gallon milk jugs. I throw 4 of those in there (on those 100-degree Texas summer days), and it will bring the temperature down 3-4 degrees, when needed.

From the time I walked into the store to the final delivery the experience with Southern Leisure was excellent. Colby was my sales guy and he was super knowledgeable about the product and guided me well. Colby also maintained good communication throughout the buying process and kept me updated all the way through until delivery. Although the time from purchase until delivery was longer than originally planned for, it is totally understandable and almost expected because of Covid challenges. Once the hot tub arrived from the manufacturer I recieved a call from the delivery team to schedule the install. Had my Bullfrog A8 for a little over a year, and it’s been awesome. Competitive and reasonable on all their tubs. Garrett at Southern Leisure was very helpful throughout the process, and their service response time is very quick. Only had to message them twice- once for a power outage (turned out it was the breaker, not the tub) and a random LED light went out that caused the tub to cut off. Got a message same business day both times, and their guys were able to come out within 2-3 business days. Service is everything with these purchases, and they’ve been rock solid. Highly recommended.

He explained new products and will return next week to install updated filters and new pillows and also review the new chemicals and procedures for optimum spa performance and longevity. I had a great experience with Southern Leisure Spas and Patio. I purchased the Marquis 14 ft Sport Swim Spa and it was delivered yesterday (May 30). The guys did a great job in delivery rolling the Spa into place and then the technician had it hooked up and powered in no time. They were all very professional and very competent. I filled the Swim Spa and swam this morning for 30 minutes. What a great experience. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Last year I purchased a spa from the Arlington store. Austin Sifuentes was the rep that assisted me. From the get go I received nothing but top notch service from Austin. When I first walked in, there was no pressure to purchase anything, and he was able to answer all of the many questions I had. He helped compare between the different models. He was upfront with some of the options that he did not feel would meet my needs and did not try to upsell me. This is ultimately why I decided to purchase the spa from Southern Leisure. Additionally, I was undergoing construction where the spa was going to be located, and the timing of installment/inspections were crucial in having my whole project completed. I probably called Austin more times than a usual customer; however, he was always very helpful and we were able to coordinate the installation perfectly. It has been a year since the purchase, and I couldnt be happier. The installment went smoothly and timely. I had one issue a few months ago with some of the settings (my guess is my kids started mashing buttons) and the company had an agent come out and fix the minor issue. I have never once felt like once they got the sale they were though with helping. The spa (Marquis v84L) is fantastic. If you are thinking of getting a hot tub, I definitely recommend going to the Arlington store.

In Oct. 2017 we bought a Marquis spa from southern Leisure, Austin Sifuentes was so helpful throughout the research period, he set us up for our wet text by putting water in the floor model we ended up buying, and stayed late after close so we could test it, he helped with the process of obtaining doctors prescription to get the spa tax free, and since the purchase he has been quick to respond to Every concern and Question, even on days he was not working at the Arlington location. We have been very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Southern Leisure and Austin in particular if you are considering a spa purchase, or are needing supplies, they also sell outdoor grills and accessories!

Worked with Austin Sifuentes on a project recently completed and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. We purchased a gas grill, Komado Joe, fridge, stainess drawers, trash receptcle and spa. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and ensuring we made the right selections, Austin also (unsolicited) offered up amazing financing (0-60) that was supposed to be for the spa only but then took it upon himself tp get it approved by management for the entire purchase. Our renovation was behind schedule construction wise and so Austin then arranged for additonal storage of our equipment at no charge until we were ready for it. Once ready for installation he set up for delivery and installation the very next day - all of which went extremly smoothly. I would work with Austin and Southern Leisure again in a heartbeat - truly once of the best purchasing experiences Ive had.

My husband and I dropped in to Pool Xpressions one Saturday afternoon, just to look and do a little research and ended up walking out with a brand new 6-man Marquis hot tub! One of the main reasons we bought on the spot, was due to the fantastic knowledge of hot tubs by Garrett, the manager. In a low key, non pushy manner, he was able to explain all the different features and benefits of the different tubs. He never slammed the competitors, which is what we had experienced in other situations. We especially appreciated that he is a veteran and seemed to have high standards and integrity. I was hot tub shopping and had previously owned a Sundance tub. I did some research and discovered Bullfrog spas and decided to take a look, The guys at Southern Leisure took their time and explained all of the features and benefits to me. 90% less plumbing, high energy efficiency, wood free construction and interchangeable jet packs sold me on an R7L. These guys took their time and answered all of my questions. They offered a great interest free financing deal and helped me save the tax with a prescription from my Chiropractor. I left a deposit and my tub was shipped in about 5 weeks exactly as promised, built to my specs. They worked around my schedule for a late Friday afternoon delivery which went off without incident. Cole, the shop owner personally showed up at my place at 9:30 am on Saturday with the chemicals for startup and spa school. (he did the site inspection prior to delivery as well). I couldnt be more pleased. Once you remove the access cover and see how Bullfrog spas are built, you will appreciate the quality. You get what you pay for. The aftermarket cover has had multiple problems, however, the staff at Southern Leisure has helped work through the situation and provided solutions. Bought one of their most expensive hot tubs. Two days after installation it was not working.Called for service and was told they are busy and will have to wait nearly a week for anyone to come out. Hot tub not filtering ...and water is now a stagnant cesspool despite adding all treatments recommended. Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. Spend your money elsewhere.UPDATE, Sept 2020: after everything we went through initially trying to get this hot tub, and weeks of back and forth with Southern Leisures so-called manager, we were offered an extra jetpack for our hot tub for any inconvenience we might have experienced. We never got the jetpack because it came with a condition that the owner of the company come to our house and talk to us about why we were unhappy. I asked for the appointment to be set up and he never showed, nor did we get a call back. Do not waste your time with this company.

Anyone that has done construction in the DFW area knows how frustrating it can be to get companies to do what they say theyre going to do WHEN they say theyre going to do it! Southern Leisure is definitely an exception. Beyond their reliability, they definitely have come thru on following up and correcting any issues that are certain to arise in any project. I purchased a very high end hot tub and have been extremely happy! I can say, unequivocally, that I highly recommend Southern Leisure!

Purchased a Marquis spa and these folks are the best! Purchased from Flower Mound store, but was fortunate to have Travis (from the Arlington store) setup and make somw adjustments. He was patient, knowlegable, and helpful. 5-stars!

The employees were very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and other products in the store. They are still in the process of getting everything set up, but it looks like they will have a wide variety of outdoor living and garden products when they get the outdoor display area finished.
