Loved Sprouts. A Little Pricey but today they were offering 15 dollars off 100 dollars spent for coupon if you downloaded their app .Clean not crowded . Worth not having to wait on line to save at Neighborhood Walmart besides the food is a very good quality. Worth the trip . My time is valuable something I cant get back.
My first time here. Not sure what to make of it. Expensive, at least its outside of my wallet capacity. Lol. A friend of mine told me to go here to get some all natural allergy relief for my husband will see how well it works. Picked up some cough drops and hey why not dark chocolate covered peanut clusters...that ought to do the trick.
Quality of food has tanked at this location most recently. Just bought tapes and like 70% look fine but are way squishy and overly ripe. Also bought a sealed Sprouts brand bag of cashews and they are like rubber. Naturally, I’ve already thrown the receipt away because I assumed everything would be fine. Not sure if I’ll be continuing to shop at this location as it’s been slowing losing steam it seems over time.
Staff/ department heads are excellent. Store management is pathetic to put it kindly.
Store was clean and employee from health and nutrition was very helpful!
I love this location. Been shopping here for years and it’s just superb. Nice staff, clean, and good prices considering the quality of items they sell.
Wonderful shopping experience.Customer service is there, waiting to help! I was looking for okra and staff could see I was searching for something. She came up to me and asked, may I help you find something? Just the fact she noticed and offered to help. More than willing to spend my few coins here!!
I absolutely love this store. This is a health person paradise. Great customer service.
The vegetables and fruits are very good and fresh.
Organic foods, perfect quality, and kind cashiers. Their mask and social distancing rules are very uptight and allow for no exceptions, which I really appreciate. From coffee and chocolates, to dry fruits and vegetables, you just can’t beat the insurmountable wholeness of Sprouts.
Ive been shopping at Sprouts for years now...its my go to place for my shopping needs...The produce is always fresh...nice variety on organic products...supplements if needed they have...overall Im always satisfied...Cant forget staff~~Very Friendly!!
Love sprouts, far more affordable than whol foods / whole paycheck
The store was fully stocked and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Completely inexcusable. Sprouts has rolled back mask rules and other ways they made the store safer for customers like directing people. Some customers now feel like they can go into Sprouts and other private businesses without wearing a mask and Sprouts doesnt seem to care. While Gov. Abbott has lifted restrictions and mask mandates but this did not prevent businesses from making and enforcing rules to help protect their customers. The lifting of restrictions helps restaurants and bars open up more capacity, but this does not affect grocery stores, so I dont know why Sprouts would make shopping more risky for their customers. Sprouts will no longer be my go to grocerer.
Always good quality produce. Mask-up and social distance are enforced till further notice... thank you. :)
Whats not to love about Sprouts!I picked up some face serum the other day from their cosmetics section (I always forget Sprouts carries such high quality skin care products). Saddly I dropped the bottle and spilled all of my new serum 😫, so I will gladly be making a mother stop at Sprouts soon.
My go-to for speciality foods and healthier options. Great produce department and I love that they made the bulk section COVID friendly with prepackaged items. I always find something new in this store.
Lori in the vitamin section is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable when discounts are active. Food quality is excellent.
Do not shop here. They do not care about customers only thier own corporate policy. They need to leave the Texas market and stop crushing an individuals freedom.
They still think mask are needed. All natural things need to wear masks. Doesnt add up but prices do $$$$.
I loved it. Lots of choices. More organic foods than I thought would be available there. Produce is excellent.
Horrible grocery store. Do not go here ever. Their service is not what you can get from whole foods or central market.
My number one “go to” for all organic produce and hard to find vegan and gluten free options. I also have the best luck finding my keto friendly foods here! They only provide the highest quality foods and healthy products and they are an amazing value!!
If I could give less than one star - I would.I have a medical condition - two serious autoimmune disorders and have shopped in this very store mask free due to the medical condition for 8 months.I was harassed and embarrassed by a poor excuse for a manager this week. Despite being informed that I have a medical condition, despite being told I have a medical note and despite all attempts at reason - he persisted in violating my civil rights. We have reported them to DOJ, and have secured an attorney
Friendly staff and some great specials.
Love this place, i can go daily.
If you care about your health, this is the right store to shop. And the service is excellent.
Went to the meat counter and picked out 4 pork chops I wanted from the case. When the guy came over I indicated I wanted 4 pork chops and gestured in the direction of the ones in the case. He came around the counter, led me to the prepackaged pork chops, grabbed a pack and said, Here you go.If I wanted the prepackaged ones I wouldnt have gone to the meat counter.
Good location like most Sprouts.
Love this store! It always has what I need. Its peaceful even when its busy. How do they do that?
Lots of vegan items. Great store.
Wide selection of fresh produce.
I purchased Salomon fish, the gentleman working was very helpful with my selection. And I also purchased vegetables which were fresh.
Usually, the store’s cashiers are really nice and helpful but today was different. The cashier named Amy did not say hi and when my mom was gonna paid with a hundred bill, she said she didn’t have change. A store as big as Sprouts does not have change for a hundred bill. I don’t believe her. After we left, guess what, she greeted the next customer. So I guess she didn’t like my skin color. Bye Sprouts, I guess I’ll go somewhere else.
Wide selection of fresh goods, clean and organized place.
I love the clean aisle. Even though it is little small but fresh vegetables and fruits selection is really good.
Like the fresh produce & a good variety including some hard to find item. Staff is helpful.
This is one of the original Sprouts stores in the DFW metroplex area but its still excellent in every way. Great staff whos always willing to help you with healthier choices for you & your family
It may sound a bit crazy...but my produce from Sprouts just stays good longer. I think it is because they are busy and always restocked ng...the produce has not sat around on the rack for several days before I bought it.
Always on point and has the freshest produce u can expect other than picking it yourself. Lol... Seafood is on point also!!
Good fresh produce
Great store. Deli and produce section are outstanding.
Always love the affordable groceries with a side of healthy!!! Just love it 💘
Stores policy and managers attitude is not good and for sure I won’t visit them again
Not too busy this evening. Easy going in and out.
Great selection of fresh produce. Very helpful employees.
Same old Sprouts, they dont handle perishable fruit very well. Same high prices on everything except sale items.
Simple, clean store with wonderful and attentive staff.
Ok
More organic produce that are a little expensive. Not a very large grocery store.
Well-organized clean well-stocked store with nice staff.
Gold options and price.
Long time shopper at Sprouts. Best thing about the store is the smaller size compared to all other supermarkets in the area. Its easy to get in, find what you need, and get out quickly. To maintain the smaller footprint, they dont carry as many brands or varieties of packaged foods or non-grocery items so I still visit the other supermarkets for items Sprouts doesnt carry. The store usually has better prices on produce than the other supermarkets in the area.Just be aware that Wednesdays are super busy due to their specials. Double the deals, but checkout times can be considerably longer. Only a pain if you run in for one ingredient for dinner and see the lines of bargain shoppers with full carts. We are very pleased to have a Sprouts in our area. A great alternative to mega-markets surrounding us.
Sprouts is the best for fresh produce. Great deals too!
The best place to buy fresh, beautiful fruits and vegetables. Prices are great for the quality. Whole Foods who?? Their bulk bin selection is unparalleled as well. You can get grains, nuts, beans, chocolates, dried fruits, spices in exactly the amount you want for a fraction of the price of a prepackaged bag. Pay attention to weekly deals and sales as their more expensive items (the processed foods, supplements and beauty supplies) will often have sales and discounts leading them into a more affordable range. They also have great uplifting music in there and the whole place as a delightful vibe. It’s honestly a delight to grocery shop here.
I would like to acknowledge a team member at this Sprouts location. His name is Kris. He carries himself as an understanding professional employee. I had an issue that was not easy to talk about and he carried himself with a humble caring heart. He listened and told me my issue was very common, gave me suggestions and directed me to some vitamins that would help. He was right on target. I wouldnt think twice about asking him for help again. Excellent and highly recommended.
Always good experience
This sprouts is a great neighborhood location. I appreciate that they have grass fed milk. And love my grass fed Siggis yogurt as well! They have great sales too. Their new salad bar is DELICIOUS! Super convenient being located next to my gym!! :)
Fresh produce and friendly staff
The best prices and products
Applied for a job. Told them I would only be able to work after school and on weekends. Today I was told they wanted me during the week. Was really looking forward to working with them. I do not understand why you would tell me 1 and a 1/2 hours before the interview. I do not advise anyone to work for them.
Awesome store. Their stock is always fantastic. The location at the staff are amazing. My favorite store.
Great variety of health foods and an easy store to get in/out of. I have been extremely pleased with their weekly sale items and can get lots of fairly priced deals every week. I love this store! HOWEVER, I have several food allergies and all Sprouts line items can be extremely deceiving and NOT allergy friendly despite gluten free labels underneath the items. This has happened to me on 2 different occasions... not a lot of fun.
The quality & sales prices are great. The attitude at check out is a different story. When I walk out I feel like Im not good enough to even set foot in the store. This afternoon I was picking up my bags and one bag was out of my reach. The clerk acted annoyed that she had to push it over so I could reach it.There are too many stores to choose from. I wont tolerate treatment like that. I can shop somewhere else.
Delicious healthy food and drink
Great service. Great selection of produce.
If you want to work out and shop then this Sprouts is the place to be, while you’re grocery shopping you will work up a sweat. This store is so hot it’s unbearable. I’ve complained to management and it has produced nothing. But it’s not their fault, they are at the mercy of corporate. I was told they are waiting on parts to fix their A/C. I mean come on, this is Texas. This should’ve been fixed months ago before it got hot. On hot days you’ll notice even the cashiers sweating. I feel bad for them. Corporate should fix this not only for the customers but for their employees too.
Love sprouts clean and healthy food options a d their own bargain brand 😁
As a customer and former employee at this location I can say I love this store. After getting to know the employees I know that genuinely like taking care of the customer: from management to the baggers. The products are great quality at a great price as well! Hence why I still shop there.
Great store and friendly, helpful staff.
I only come here because I have to. I come for the products and its close. Service is consistently poor in every sprouts, in every state, I have been to. For example, today I stopped an employee walking by and asked, Excuse me, can you tell me where I can find (fill in the blank)? And she replied in typical Sprouts manner :I dont know, ask someone else. Im just a cashier. Then she walked away. It must be the culture at Sprouts to not give a (fill in the blank). This is another reminder why I usually drive farther and pay more to shop somewhere else. Im an optimist, so I come here once or twice a year, to only have my hope crushed. Its still bad, just like always. I give them three stars because at least they are consistent.
Very busy today and not enough cashiers but we werent in a rush. 6 corn for a buck :-) they have great produce and specialty items you cant find anywhere else. Kathy our cashier is always friendly and the bagger who helped Laura I think was equally great!
Good produce at a good price
Not as good as I remember.
Overall, I enjoy this store. Manageable size, especially when I have my kids with me, fresh produce, etc. My only complaint is with regards to grocery sacking. . . Just about every other time I go, my groceries are very disorganized in my bags, like they were just thrown in with little regard to weight, fragility of the item, etc. I even try to group them well on the belt to avoid such things. Today I had a busted yogurt when I got home as a result of it being placed sideways in the bag with heavy items on top. It was even a padded cooler bag. . . I am perfectly happy to sack my own and will do so next time to avoid cleaning up a mess when I get home. 😬
Fresh Produce is the best at this place. Love shopping here.
The best grocery store to find organic, healthy food that you will not find in other stores. The produce is fresh and great. They are opening up a Sprouts in Denton so Im pretty excited about that.
I love all the fresh produce.
Had product that I was looking for!!
Good quality veggies here, also a lot of good choices for health supplements. Some of this stuff you could still find at walmart or any other store. I would shop here for veggies, fruit, health supplements. They have a great choice of coffee beans and also sampler are too!
Good store, I give them an extra point or so for being an alternative. If in the area it is worthwhile to check out. The staff are competent.
My family and I enjoy shopping and sprouts, great meat selection, good produce and friendly helpful staff.
We love this store. It is our primary food store. The manager is friendly and responsive. Produce staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The lines move quickly.
Great store. Always properly stocked and wonderful staff. They know where things are in the store and help promptly.
Excellent cheaper, smaller competitor of Whole Foods with great prices when on sale.
First of all, if anyone would like my opinion on the 1 star review by Andrew H, please skip to the bottom of this review. Otherwise, here is a real review of the market ....Sprouts Flower Mound is a great store and many superior quality items are the same as found in Whole Foods, Market Street, etc but at usually a lower price. Vegetable selection is robust and high quality. The home-made sausage products are priced below competitors and just as tasty or better tasting than the competition. I always buy and freeze the ones that are on sale for later grilling. I also have enjoyed their grass-fed beef and buffalo burger meat. I am not too crazy about the wine selection and their gourmet beer seems always retail price with never a sale I have found but they do carry many varieties. The specialty items like seasonings and rare canned items are also priced mostly equivalent to competition, at least for the items I frequently purchase. The fish always seems fresh, and I always opt for their fish even over H-Mart because it always seems more fresh than any other market. And outside of a sometimes grumpy older head-butcher (the young men are always smiling, friendly and helpful, and most of the time they are willing to sell the seafood items that are originally frozen as frozen (great if you drive a long way to the market and arent going to cook it that day). For the most part, try to get one of the younger butcher shop attendants and not the grump LOL. The selection of grains, candies, dried fruits, cereals and nuts is also plentiful and in good supply. The vegetables are all mostly top-of-the line.Fortunately I have within 5 miles of my home a Whole Foods, Tom Thumb, Kroger, Market Street and within 10 miles, a Central Market and H-Mart. Although Sprouts is the further-est of the nearby markets, I still drive there every couple of weeks because of their prices and quality produce. Now Sprouts wont have all the items of a conventional grocery like Kroger or Tom Thumb, but for the items it does sell, it is worth the drive in my opinion. Now about Andrew H 1 star review because he cant bring his gun into Sprouts. Andrew, take your gun and go somewhere else - simple enough. (And take your 1 star with you.) I am a native Texan of over 60 years and no one can have much more experience than me in understanding your mentality, so trust me on this. Thus I suggest you just move on to another place where people who live in constant fear can flourish and live life with their guns while spending their idle time comparing gun-sizes. Each day we read in the paper of someone being protected by these guns by lying dead on the floor. The headlines never read Sprout store patrons saved from harm by customer wielding gun. What we do read about is a baby pulling a gun out of his mothers purse while riding in the shopping cart and the kid blowing mommie away. We also read of more accidental deaths than can be imagined. In fact, if you research you will find that on average two children are killed each week in the US from accidental shootings. So Andrew, let each person who enters Sprouts, Target or any other store with a sign that says no guns make their decision whether they want to shop there or not. For me personally, Ill take my chances without people like you protecting me and without junior reaching into the purse in the shopping cart next to me and taking me out in the process. And if you dont like that, just simply shop somewhere else. (And I guess I dont have to tell you what to do with your 1 and the gun in the process .... )
Great produce and organic selection. Its my go to store for most of my food purchases. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Fairly good selection of healthy food and supplements that are not that expensive. Can only be beat online.
Love sprouts, need one in Waco tx
Love the people and the products sold at the store are at great prices shop there all the time
Wow, rude clerk in the checkout lane just gave some attitude. Sprouts needs to do a better job at hiring. Dont think Ill be going there EVER.
Website says they stock items they do not. The butcher is rude and not helpful.
Nice young man helped me in the bulk section. Great selection, clean, and staff there is friendly.
Always very friendly and helpful staff. clean and well kept.
Great place for the health conscious to shop. Great quality vegetables and fruits.
Best and freshest produce you can get at prices better than whole foods.
