I came in just wanting general information on mattresses and Bill took the time to educate me about different mattresses and my specific needs based on my current sleeping situation. Not only that he helped me identify my sister’s mattress needs via the phone as she was out of town.. and he picked the perfect mattress that she blindly choose herself once back in town! How spot on is that!!! He and Elizabeth were both genuinely nice people packed with knowledge and personal experience so you can feel comfortable and confident about making the right purchase.. I wish every big purchase in life could be done with these two!

Bill was great to work with. Instead of a full day of mattress shopping we just worked with him. I had looked at Dream Cloud online before ordering from a different company.... bad call. They had Dream Cloud there and we were able to check it out. Bought that for us and a Sealy Hybrid at a great price for our daughter. Just got the Dream Cloud today are hoping it is all we need!

Not only does this store have a great selection of quality mattresses at good prices, their customer service leaves every other mattress store in their dust!! Mike and Michael are friendly, knowledgeable, and went way above and beyond the call of duty for our family on our purchase. Even though we went in really close to closing time the salesperson took the time to explain all of our options. We never felt rushed. The mattress we purchased was for a guest room. Our elderly guests told us it was one of the most comfortable beds they had ever slept on.

We had a great experience this week at this store. Bill helped my daughter choose a mattress that was perfect for her, and the price was great! FREE delivery and set up for her as well. Cheers to Bill, and his co-worker whose name I’m sorry I can’t remember at the moment. My daughter had been through a very terrible experience with the “crane” falling and crushing her apartment in Dallas a few weeks ago. These two men made her feel so uplifted about her situation. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Had a great experience with Craig. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient with me as I tried nearly every type of bed they had in the store. Never felt rushed even though I went in within an hour of closing.

Although Levitz mattress are not new to the industry they are new to our neighborhood. Needing a new mattress we started looking at went to Levitz since they had great reviews. We were warmly greeted and even when we said we just started looking Bill still gave us excellent service and lots of great information even though he knew we were not going to buy that day. In the end due to all his great information we figured out that we had warranty on our current mattress and we were able to get it exchanged at nearly no cost with the manufacture. We went back again since the mattress we had was discontinued so we had to pick a different one again Bill greeted it us and we told him about our warranty. Even knowing that we were just picking a mattress to order directly from the manufacturer he still helped us pick the right one for us and took the time to make us feel welcome and did not rush us at all. Can not say enough good things about Bill. Levitz is very fortunate to have him and his great customer service skills it will keep people coming back.

Buyer Beware! Im currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas Consumer Protection Division against Levitz Mattress Company (Flower Mound Location). I purchased a $5000 mattress with a 180 day return policy. I returned it within 30 days and was told I could not have a refund until I tried another one of their mattresses for 30 more days. Even though there was nothing I wanted, I obliged and tried another one of their mattresses for 30 days. Now, Im trying to get a full refund (minus restocking fees) and it is not only super difficult, but laden with phone tag, hidden fees, and outright scams. So much for satisfaction guarantee.

I stopped at a local Levitz Mattress store and was impressed with the inventory I was greeted by a friendly salesmen named Bill I only needed a heavy duty king size bed frame and was able to find it there I tried some other big box stores and the bed frames were the same price and flimsy

After visiting a few other mattress stores, we decided to buy from Levitz. The main reason was the outstanding customer service we received from Allen.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill and Michael, and both were top notch. What makes them top notch in my book is that I have a mattress that is being replaced under warranty through Sealy, and even though they wont make a dime they treated me like a customer buying a 5000.00 mattress. I went to a much larger retailer that I wont mention names, and when I told them what I was there for they all found an exuse to move on quickly.

Bill and Craig were very helpful and knowledgeable After many questions I chose a cassat Stearns and Foster mattress with an adjustable base. Though its only been about a week the mattress is perfect.
